Watch out for your deposits, because they'll try to find any techniques possible to take it. First time i came, had an issue with the bed being a little wet. They took the deposit. So i stayed in my car to see their method to clean and the bed and unfortunately the mattress wasn't changed and no excessive hours were added for cleaning for that whopping 100$ deposit. The second time i went, though i really didn't want to. My partner had her period, so tried to be careful of the bedding cause the contract that i signed stated to not dammage the property or wet and/or damage the bedding. To do so, she applied a 2 towels beneath her just in case. One of the towels had a bit of blood. Not as if it was soaking in blood and they wanted to take the deposit again. This hotel/motel is very complicated and not worth my trust. NEVER AGAIN, PREFER SLEEPING IN MY CAR!

The place is AWFUL, please DONT GO there. My husband and I were scammed for this people. We took a room because we trusted the pictures on their site. The room is was completely different, smelling so bad like cigarettes, the bathroom and the tub was dirty with hair all over the place. I’m pregnant and I can’t take this risk's, in a place so dirty like this. We went to reception to change the room and they wanted to charge us 100$. We decided to go. But these THIEVES didn’t refund us the money or the security deposit! 408$ for something that we didn’t even use. IS SO UNFAIR!

Publicisé en tant que chanbre de luxe, prix exorbitant pour la qualité, beaucoup de choses endommagées dans la chambre, tuiles manquantes, lumières brulées, dommages par l'eau (risque de moisissures), bain plein de résidus de savon extrêmement dangereux et glissant, aucun rideau dans la salle de bain et porte fenestrée alors plein soleil à 6am. Je déconseille de payer pour les grosses chambres, les standard avaient l'air fraichement rénovées de ce qu'on a pu voir par les fenêtres. Ah et belle vue sur le bâtiment en tôle orange. Déçevant.

You get what you pay. Nothing extraordinary. Room smells like cigar. I am a smoker myself so it didn’t bother me much. Air conditioning works bit too loud. Water pressure is good. Great standing shower. Livable convenient Motel. I wish there was coffee in the room. There are vending machines at the front desk area. Definitely not as bad as I thought. Big room clean washrooms. Enough parking.
Internet connectivity was very good. Connection was way better than some of the Big Name hotels.

J’ai louée une suite pour 4 jours et ils ont mis mon amie qui venait me chercher dehors! DEHORS! J’ai presque payée 500$! Service HORRIBLE rien de moin et ont dirait un vieux motel mal rénové! Bref je déconseille fortement cette place. Pour ma part « Barrés à vie!  » gang de sans génie j’ai tellement de gens a référer à Laval. Ce sera même pas la dernière sur la liste car ils n’existent plus! Bonne chance à vs OLUX lol OTROU dsl.

Même en dernier recours je n'irais jamais là-bas. Réserver une suite avec bain tourbillons. Cetais crasse, odeur de cigarette tache au lit bref il n'on jamais voulu nous rembourser. Les photos sont extrêmement trompeuses je ne recommande vraiment pas cet endroit!

THIS IS THE WORST MOTEL YOU CAN EVER TRY

My boyfriend and I, sometimes go to motels or hotels to spend some time, of all the motels Ive been to, this is the worst of them all.we always clean the room before we leave, as you see in the video i have cleaned the room before i leave.
You can see how the security and the so called manager are shouting at us. The security man is calling me an animal and you can hear everything in the video. They charge us 100$ because the blanket was wet! Obviously we use the hot tub and it gets wet. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful against the client. For sure i will go farther with this situation.

Nous sommes venus dans cette hôtel pour faire un trip à 3 et puis lors de la réception de la 3ieme personne dans la chambre la réceptionniste a immédiatement appeler pour nous demander de quitter les lieus en disant que pour faire le trip à 3 il fallait y avoir une chambre à 2 lit mais la 3ieme personne était seulement présente pour l’acte et après repartir après l’activité fini donc pourquoi absolument prendre une chambre à 2 lit si seulement 2 personnes dorment à la chambre lol
Ils nous a ordonné de partir sans remboursement et sans redonner le dépôt
Bref conclusion payer 260$ une chambre perdu + 200$ de dépôt perdu pour finir d’avoir été la à à peine jusqu’à 19pm (arrivée vers 16: 30) pis sortir de force

La réception avait confirmer avant même que la 3ieme personne arrive que si on était 3 dans la chambre pour l’activité et après qu’elle repartait donc quil gardait le dépôt de 200$ mais lorsque la situation arriva tout avait changer et nous devions partir et sans être rembourser
Le deal que l’hôtel avait offert était qui gardait le dépôt contre la 3ieme personnes sur place à la chambre puis c’était correct ainsi mais on finale on s’est senti comme si il voulait profiter de l’argent de. + sans remboursement en +

My experience was similar to that of Zoe Penrod. We had no choice but to stay here because we were stranded in Montreal owing to bad weather conditions and no hotels were available near the airport or anywhere else owing to the Formula 1 race in Montreal. We were charged $399 (CAD) for a room that was only slightly better than sleeping in a tent in the street. The proprietors seemed to understand that and were fully willing to take advantage of our predicament.

The pillows on the bed were about the size of a cigar box. There was no chair to sit on while writing a note. There was no trash can to throw out a tissue. While it did appear to be clean and sanitary, that's about the only saving grace I could offer for this place.

This is the kind of hotel that you'd typically rent by the hour and it was abominable. Even worse, when it was time to check out - at 7 am after only about 4 hours of occupancy, they would not allow the check out to occur until we had vacated the room - my wife was still in it finishing packing. How did they know? Well they had a camera in the room! This is pretty outrageous. We were dead tired at 3 AM when we checked in and we never undressed, so there was nothing to see. Still having a camera trained on the interior of a hotel room is unacceptable. I wish I knew the authority to report this place to because I can't believe that $399 (CAD) was the "rack rate" or even if they had a rack rate or whether a rack rate was applicable.

It appeared to me that there were other hotels within a few block radius of this one. I would run in the opposite direction from this place and stay anyplace else unless you were inclined to stay under shady circumstances.

I wouldn’t even give it a star. The manager tried scamming me for almost a 1000$ because I was young and didn’t know much. Please go to an other hotel, everything is weird there and the managers are awful. By the way the photos the hotel took don’t give you a good idea of the room, look up photos of people posting them.

Customer service And the rooms on the site looks smaller and different then in real time.they asked me for $100 deposit but when I went to check out I had to wait for long time until someone went to my room and checked it its like I was held hostage.and the owner worry Moore about

Worst place ever.they posted fake photos and it was waste of money.it was my birthday and i tried to book a place in Montreal.i was shocked to see even the outside of this place. DO NOT BE FOOLED.don’t waste a penny on it.not worth it.

Honestly just terrible. Way too expensive and all of the photos are absolute bogus. Very small rooms, cleaned OK, had to pay an extra 30$ for a non-smoking room even though that’s what we originally booked, I asked the front desk and he said I could “email the manager”, bathroom is tiny, given a little hand soap and a little shower gel, hopefully the sheets are fresh but they’re messy so I’m not sure, just a mess for the price especially (we ended up having to pay 180$ after tax).

Mauvaise, très très mauvaise expérience. Malheureusement il n’y a pas 0 étoile pour décrire mon ressenti. Ils ne disent pas tout, ne donnent pas et n’expliquent pas les politiques de retour, j’ai fait 2 réservations avec un dépôt de sécurité et quand je demande le dépôt de sécurité certains jours plus tard vu que je le vois pas sur mon compte, ils osent ne pas savoir où ça se trouve, qu’ils l’ont perdu, ils ont donc perdu mon argent qui en plus n’est pas négligeable. Je ne recommande ce Motel là à personne c’est pas une bonne expérience du tout.

This place has the worst advertisement ever. They advertise different rooms then what is actually there. It’s a shock when you walk into your room and it’s not what your expecting. When I called and told the front desk they blamed it on Hotwire saying that they are the ones that put random pictures on the booking pages and they can’t do anything. This is the worst place I have ever stayed at and won’t be going back nor recommending them to anyone.

Chambre à moitié rénové par un incompétent. Matelas défoncé et une odeur nauséabonde qui vien du drain de plancher dans la salle de bain. Je sais que ce n est pas un hotel de grand luxe mais pour une chambre 200$$ ça fait dur!

Vraiment déçu j'ai accepté un deal de 2nuit a 177$ tax in j'aurais jamais du je suis restée pas plus que 30min. La propreté des lieux son horrible l'ambiance aussi. Aucun remboursement ou possibilité de changer de date ou de chambre. Je me suis fais avoir par les photos vue sur booking j'aurai dû me présenter sur les lieux avant, je regrette tellement. La raison de pourquoi je donne une étoile et non zéro ses que au moins il y a des chambre fumeur assure toi d'être assez dégueulasse pour dormir dans ses lieux! ****NON RECOMMANDÉ POUR UNE SOIRÉE ENTRE AMOUREUX***!

Punaise de lit inclu avec la chambre 14. Je suis resté 10 min et quand j’ai vu la punaise j’ai demandé à être remboursé mais ils ont refusé et m’ont demandé de retourner dans la chambre le temps que quelqu’un vient voir. Je ne recommande pas.

J'ai été à cette endroit à la dernière minute sans réservation, j'ai payé avant de visiter la chambre, grosse gaffe de ma part! La chambre n'était pas bien, forte odeur de parfum épouvantable pas de moustiquaire permettant une aération
J'ai même pas mis mes valises à l'intérieur, j'y suis resté seulement 5 minutes et j'ai tout de suite demandé une annulation de la transaction de 200$ payé avec ma carte de crédit! Malgrés mes multiples demande ils ont refusé d'annuler ma transaction!

Je suis allé dormir au Confort In à Laval dans un Hôtel avec service honnête avec de la classe!

Chambre 32 j'y suis à l'instant ou je redige ce commentaire. Drap, taie d'oreiller et couverture remplis de cheveux. Apparament pas changé. On le signale à la reception le jeune homme arrive et dit avec un ton sarcastique, que se sont les cheveux de madame ou la barbe de monsieur. Pendant que celle ci a des cheveux crepu et le lit est rempli de cheveux soyeux et super long. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel. Vous allez depenser pour rien. Equipe de chambre irespectueuse. Plus jamais. J'ai juste envie de dormir me reveiller et disparaitre. Sachez que ya des gens qui viennent dans vos etablissement juste pour se reposer. Aprenez à etre courtoie et juste repondre audoléance surtout quand vous constatez les ecarts d'hygiene.

C'était correct, a fallu que le gars vienne pour partir l'air clim pas de bouton juste un trou. Quand même propre, grande télé mais pas de batteries dans la manette. Ça a fait la job.hihihi

They posted fake pictures of rooms. I booked Non smoking room but they gave me a room with extreme smell of smoking.
I requested to change the room and they had rooms available, as I checked online at same time, but they refused to do that.
After while, they told me to pay extra 50 $ to make changes in room.
Finally I booked Comfort Inn hotel and they also refused to return my 157$.
Please never go there.

Vraiment poche.impossible de recevoir des amis si cela dépasse le nombre de clients associés à la chambre louée. Le personnel peut se rendre jusqu'à appeler la police même. Pourri.

The bed was not comfortable and I had rent two room by error and the did not want me to change date for the second room so I ended up paying for the room. The staff is unfriendly and when you ask questions, the do like they so not understand what you say and the talk to you in Chinese. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Le lit n'était pas confortable et j'avais loué deux chambres par erreur et ils ne voulaient pas que je change de date pour la deuxième chambre, alors j'ai fini par payer pour la chambre. Le personnel est antipathique et lorsque vous posez des questions, ils font comme ils ne comprennent pas ce que vous dites et vous parlent en chinois. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CET HÔTEL

The pictures did not match the room, very easy to find, friendly and helpful staff, fairly clean room (floors did not seem washed though) bathroom was very tiny considering we got the deluxe king bed room, although the shower was awesome, rainfall showerhead with other front facing heads, overall very small space, but given a deal I might book a second time. Lastly, there was a questionable man loitering around the complex who later got stopped and questioned by the police, not sure what happened but it made my gf uncomfortable that he was snooping around acting suspicious.

The pillow was not comfortable. I could hear the springs of the bed.the bath was damaged.there was no coffee maker. The room that I saw in the photos made me think that everything would have been renovated.

PU JAMAIS.j'ai eter traiter comme une moin que rien. 112$ pour une chambre avec wifi et câble. RIen ne marchais.pendant plus se 6 h ja gosser avec une manette de tv. De plus la chambre etait equiper de foyer électrique qui dise sur le site. MENTEUR.sa fonctionnais pas. Rien marchaos ddans la chambre. J'ai eter harceler par la réception durant min. 2h a appeler toujours à la chambre. Mais cevnest pas tout, il on appeler la police pour nous mètre dehors et ce SANS DEPOT.ark il vole et harcèle les clients de l'hôtel.

We chose the Premium Queen Room based on the photos. Firstly, the bed is most definitely not a queen-sized bed. Secondly, the moment we stepped into the room, it smelled like too many people have slept here and things have not been cleaned properly. The room is also much smaller than what the photos show. The sheets are yellowed, they smell like old sweat, and the whole rooms smells musty and humid. We turned on the electric fireplace to warm up the room and it just made stench worse. We didn’t even dare get under the covers and felt extremely uncomfortable being there after just 30 minutes. The bathroom smells sour and the shower did not look clean enough to want to enter. Due to the covid-19 pandemic curfew of 8: 00pm, we could not leave and resorted to sleeping in our car. Definitely do not recommend this motel.

Not worth it. I had few questions and spoke with the receptionist and he was really rude. Hang up on me while I was asking questions before booking. I had to call twice and he did it again. Really not worth it. Comments are accurate, what you see on the pictures is fake.

Personnel qualifié, honnête et courtois. À mon arrivé on m'a recommandé de faire un "upgrade" pour 20$ additionel sur le forfait de base ce qui augmente considérablement l'expérience globale de la visite. Propre, look moderne, belle salle de bain, douche, mini fridge et micro-onde, garde-bobe rangement ainsi que "safe" (coffre) et code wifi inclu plusieurs postes à la télé.

Dès mon entrée je me suis sentie mal à l'aise. Les meubles sont abîmés, il y a des trous dans les murs. Il y avait des fourmis dans notre chambre, on s'est fait offrir de venir les tuer et de changé de chambre. Aucun remboursement malgré l'endroit sale et inapproprié. Horrible.

Je me suis présenter sur place sans réservation.
J’ai vu en rentrant dans la chambre que ce n’étais pas le bon type de chambre et surtout plus cher que ce que je désirais payer. Je suis retourner directement a l’accueil et refus de remboursement ou de me changer de chambre. Ma soirée était gâcher. Plus cher que mon budget, je n’avais pas remarquer car il était tard et je voulais seulement aller me coucher au plus vite. 159,99 pour une chambre minuscule avec deux lits, j’aurais pu aller au Hilton à ce prix. On a profiter de moi et après le monsieur à l’accueil refusait de faire quoi que ce soit pour m’accommoder. J’ai quitter sans utiliser la chambre et sans remboursement! A éviter! Type sieste? Beaucoup de trafic aller retour? Très bizzard ce motel!
