An unpleasant place. Only preferred drivers (selected by nationality) takes good trips.
5-6 days not payed waiting time for load in US. Very bad dispatching. Very bad truck mechanical maintenances. Poor communication. AVOID!

Worst experience, BENNY most unprofessional person i ever met, he insulted me to come in yard and said GET OUT, even i asked on call first about repair.

On April 22nd, 2021, a driver from OTT hit our building. He damaged the brickwork and badly bent the bollard protecting our natural gas meter. It took the driver 20 minutes to back into a space that can easily accommodate two highway rigs parked nose-to-tail.
I dealt with Paul at OTT who agreed to do the repairs. He arranged to have the bollard fixed, and his crew did a good job. On June 4th he told me the work on the brickwork would be done soon. Bob Dulay, the company President, was copied on the email chain and so would be aware of the situation.
Paul has since reneged on his agreement to do the repair, now taking the position that the driver could not have done the damage.
Well, we witnessed the driver hit the building. He hit the building because he came in on an angle because he seemed incapable of backing in straight. Again, it took this guy 20 minutes to back up into a completely empty space.
Find another carrier. These guys do not take responsibility, management, in my opinion, lacks integrity, and they apparently employ drivers that clearly could use more training.

Crossing the Petawawa Plains in the middle of a snow storm (at around 18: 45 on January 6th too be precise) one of their trucks tried to of me on the left (they didn't leave time to get into the slow lane when a passing lane started), pushing me towards oncoming traffic. I sped up (not a comfortable experience given the weather) and pulled ahead into the slow lane so the transport could zoom by. Very unimpressed

Their drivers have zero respect on the road. Sunday on mothersday with trailer 50557 just burning through red lights
