Ondeck handled our process very professionally and efficiently. BRAN, was very helpful and friendly guiding thru the application until completion.

We have been working with OnDeck for about three years now.
Had some issues in the past with not getting response from one of the advisers, which was resolved after discussed it with the manager.
Now we are working with Theo, he’s been amazing, and very helpful.
Seini is another wonderful adviser, she goes above and beyond customer service.

The team at OnDeck has always treated us fairly, and provided many different options that worked for our company as it expanded over the years. They are easy to work with, and make the experience stress free.

Ondeck has helped our company, StayShure, twice now. Their platform is very easy to use, they are understanding and personal, and the funds are transferred far faster than any bank. Definitely one of the best options for new businesses!

This is the first and only review I've ever written because some things just need to be said.

My company and I have dealt with Ondeck in the past and had a relatively easy experience. As of last year, the experience has only been hair-pulling bad. Our account manager, Andre Greenidge is probably one of the worst financial reps I have ever worked with. Not only is he unreachable, it takes threats of changing account managers through the general line to get even the possibility of getting a response from the man. The one time we finally had a response, he used the excuse of his business line not being the greatest, so he provided his personal cell phone number to then never respond to a single text or call when needed. The last time we couldn't reach him, we once again dialed into the main line to be told by the rep on the line, they got a hold of him and that he would contact us in 30 minutes. I'm still waiting for that call weeks later.

We were told that an email would be sent to his manager to rectify this, to which I have no idea if it was done.

To anyone who has the misfortune of getting Andre Greenidge at Ondeck, good luck.

If a rep from the company sees this, please for the love of god do something about it.

I still require a new account manager. Apparently no one at customer service knows how to do this. It's been requested 3 times already.

Unfortunately, we have been forced to take the needs of our growing business elsewhere.

Tried applying online just to see how much I could qualify for it didn’t work. I was phoned by a sales guy a little while after who answered my questions and explained the program in detail. I told him I didn’t have an immediate need but when I do they would be the first non-bank lender I would contact!

We have used this service for several years and have had a good experience. The last two transactions have changed our opinion dramatically. We feel that the representatives have not been honest and transparent with what they offered us. They say one thing on the phone and present something different on paper. They seem confursed when they send us emails and when we follow up with them, they seem lost. At this point we will no longer continue using their services and we would warn others to be extremely careful when dealing with them.
