One Babo - Côte-Vertu

This spot is great when you're hungry but aiming for a healthier meal without breaking the bank. It's rare to find an Asian restaurant with such spacious seating, ensuring you won't feel crowded. The beef noodles and pork rice dish offer a comforting, homely taste. Don't forget to try the sweet kimchi!

Nice little addition to ville saint-Laurent Asian cafe. Taiwanese dishes and boba. Should I say more? Everything was delish! Definitely recommend their braised beef noodle soup.

Great service, staff were very attentive and friendly

Food was awesome, specially their popcorn chicken, it felt like I was eating at a Taiwanese night market!

Their green grass cake 草仔粿 was very authentic and I am glad they sell it as I've never seen any other places in Montreal selling this!

Last but not least, their braised pork rice is amazing! It is actually made of pork belly and not ground pork like other Taiwanese restaurants

If you happen to be in VSL, I highly recommend you to pay them a visit!

Great welcoming place, close to métro côte-vertu with a café atmosphere to study but still can go with family. The staff is friendly and very caring. The place is clean and has several places to sit and enjoy a nice variety of meals and beverages at affordable prices. Self-service or on the counter, the place is quite popular. I felt they serving you with love, no rush which is rare nowadays. I had a soup, a lavender bubba and a dessert a big portion so you can actually Shara it. Definitely going back!

Very cute place I discovered yesterday. I only had the boba and it was pretty good (I don’t drink bubble tea often). Their quantities are huge (I took the regular size)! The place is pretty big and has nice art on the walls!

Really cute place with food from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Thailand. We had the Thai fried rice, stinky tofu, and the braised meat with rice. All dishes are flavorful. It’s nice to have a place like this in the neighborhood.

On top of great bubble tea, their food is great! Soups and general tao! Spacious and clean

One Babo never disappoints personally. Been a fan favourite. Either this spot when I'm around VSL or the one in Laval back home. They are consistent.

Wow this place is aesthetically pleasing and calming! I had a strawberry milk tea with brown sugar boba and it was so good! Better than a lot of other places taste wise. Also a great price for such a big drink. I’d definitely suggest coming here:) (the picture makes the drink look small but it’s so much bigger in person)

I recently discovered this amazing place through a few friends, and I finally had the opportunity to give it a try! Needless to say, I was beyond thrilled because I have an absolute adoration for Taiwanese cuisine! One Babo offers an incredible array of renowned street food that you would typically find in Taipei's night market.

During my visit, I indulged in some mouthwatering dishes. First, I had the stinky tofu, which surprisingly wasn't as pungent as its name suggests. Next, I savored the popcorn chicken, which was bursting with flavor and undoubtedly one of the best I've tasted in Montreal. The Oyster and Intestines Noodles Soup, although not an exact replica, still managed to hit the spot with its delectable flavor. To quench my thirst, I ordered the refreshing Strawberry Green Tea with Coconut Jelly and the delightful Hokkaido Milk Tea with Bubble and Pudding. Every bite and sip left me thoroughly satisfied, fulfilling my cravings to the fullest extent.

If you happen to reside in or visit the VSL area, I highly recommend making a stop at One Babo. Trust me, you won't regret it!
