My nails didn't last 24hrs. The nail polish on the tips was gone without me using any dishsoap or any harsh soaps. Even regular nail polish is supposed last longer than 1day. Not sure if it is a technique issue or product quality.

Si tu veux avoir la frustration d avoir payé aussi chère pour avoir pas seulement un mauvais service mais aussi une mediocre qualité.
Sauf si tu connais la personne qui vas t offrir les soins.

I went there because a friend recommended it to me and I loved it! Very picky with my nails (shape and smoothness) and was very satisfied. They also did a very good French (which I know can be on the difficult side). The prices are acceptable in my opinion. Will be coming back:)

It wasn’t my first visit at this nail salon. My first time was ok. My second visit is a different story! My nails had shellac manicure already and before doing my nails they had to remove my previous shellac. Instead of trying to remove the shellac with a 100% acetone soak, which is the normal way to do it, the manicure technician decided to buff my nails with a buffing drill. When she was doing that, I told her to please be careful as I didn’t think she needed to remove the shellac this way. She proceeded and assured me that she wasn’t going to over buff my nail. I was so worried and hesitant and she still continued. My nails were already bending after she completed the removal. As I was deciding the colour, I asked for a French manicure with a milky base coat. While deciding on the base coat, the technician who was next to us blurts out to me, “Your nails are too short for French manicure, this will not look nice! ” I was surprised and disappointed with this comment. I decided to continue with my idea for a French manicure and my nails looked beautiful when I left. However, as I suspected, after I removed the shellac, my nails were indented and very weak! It has been over a month and my nails keep on breaking because of how thin they are due to the way she took off my previous shellac just as I had expected and was afraid of! Not to mention how bad the pedicure was, she didn’t even take off my dead skin on my feet! Unless you have very dry feet and they use a scraper for it, they do not know how to remove the dead or dry skin. My feet were just as dry when I left, it was really horrible! Be careful people, it is so not worth it!

My wife used the service, very bad experience, they rush their customer without doing the job right, unprofessional, rude, it will be last time for my wife. Very disappointing.

The number of times ive tried another salon because this one is far from my house but despite the distance i always end up at Oasis. I am extremely picky about my nails and Steven does such a good job with the shape, the color, the length, the designs! He understands exactly what i am looking for. The pricing is also very reasonable. They open late and are very flexible with their schedules. I have an unpredictable schedule and they always accommodate. I’ve been to other salons that in a week they cannot find a time that would work with mine and it gets very frustrating. It is just so easy at Oasis. I’ve been a customer there for 3-4 years now.

Can you believe I had to go back 3 times the same day because my nails where horrible and d I was traveling the next day THEY SENT ME HOME 3 times without making sure they where dry.and she had the nerve to ask extra for chalac.i paid to avoid anymore disappointment.and she had the nerve to tell me she spent a lot of time on my nails SMH.now I have to find a new place

I’m a 12 year old and someone was doing my nails and they were incredibly gentle and it’s actually such a beautiful job I got my nails painted but I’m coming back for acrylics on Christmas!

Not worth it! The place is clean and new. It would be nice for them to clean a station after someone just used it (the chair). I have gone about 3-4 times and every time the pedicure is just meh! It’s quick and the nails are not all straight and precise. The nail polish is put on ok. They don’t properly execute a pedicure like some other places do. And you really can’t make a comment because they will start communicating amongst themselves. Which I find quite rude. Not the friendliest environment I will say, go somewhere else!

I had an incompetent manicurist do my nails.
She had no clue how to clean the cuticules and to apply polish. Someone else took over and did a poor job as well. I felt very unwelcome there as they were talking about me every time I said something about their work. Regret giving the tip. Will not go back

Bro omg i decided to to my nails there because the place looked so nice.
While doing my nails she cut them i told her i wants shorter she told me "I dont have time for you" i didn't say anything then whenever i finished i was satisfied after 2,3 days nails cracked and brocke I went to another place to redo the cracked ones the lady said that the other place did it so thing that it broke

It was horrible, i spent 200$ for a mani pedi, after them telling me my simple idea of a manicure was too complicated, they made all the nails crooked, and then screamed at me for expressing my dislike for them

You know when you have an appointment and they still make you wait 30 mins as if nothing? It is THAT place. Not super fun when you actually have a life.

Very clean, lots of space, great personnel and professional care! I had only a pedicure to date, and it was fantastic job, lasted a good while!

I used to like this place but lately have been disappointed with their service. For the past few months, they have started overbooking appointments, making you wait for about 30 minutes. Also, my shellac manicure started peeling off/chipping after 3-4 days. I called them to ask if it was normal, and the man who answered said it wasn't and that he will do them again for me for free. I took an appointment but of course they still made me wait for at least 30-40 minutes. I appreciate that they fixed my nails for free, but unfortunately, they started peeling off again after 4 days. I will not go back to this salon and will find another one where they respect client's time and provide adequate service.

I want to start by saying that the owners are very nice. The first time i went there, i had a manicure by the owner that impressed me with his skills on design! However two of my nails were crooked i told myself no problem, it happens. 2 weeks later, I went for a refill and had someone else. I asked for almond shape, i got kitty shape. I showed a pic of a French manicure with black tip and got a pink and black manicure. The old powder showed under. I asked for them to fix it after two nails, the person had trouble understanding then asked for someone to come see me i explained they said we will put extra coating at the end, it was too late to fix it (after two fingers). At the end she refused to add coating saying she doesn’t understand, took my personal belongings to the front while i was washing my hand and made a walk-in sit at my spot. When i asked if they could fix it they said for me to come back later in the day although i had an appointment and they preferred taking walk-in. Cleaniness is questionable. NEVER AGAIN!

My first time trying this place for dip powder manicure and the overall quality was average — not bad, not great. So I tried it again, and the second time was just a bad and messy job. Crooked nail filing, color running to the edges of my nails, and no overall care of the quality. They left a powder residue, and were going to add a new coat before I asked them to remove all of the old powder. I have done dip before, and know how to compare a bad from a good manicure. Frankly, I am also concerned with cleanliness. I would not recommend, unless you are looking for a quick and cheap fix.

I do not recommend this place at all as the employees are unprofessional. I had terrible nail extensions, after which it was redone by another workerwhich made more or less better but again crooked then they weren't able to do a simple design which wasn't that hard.for all this I paid the full amount although I did not receive the nails that I expected.at the end I will post the photos that I asked for them and what they did to me

Service was OK. But the result was amazing and it was quick! I booked an appointment and even so, they had to make me change seats in the middle of it, because they had other customers, with my hands full of powder so my black coat that i had to move as well was full of it.but the guy that did the finishing and color was VERY meticulous and it turned out EXACTLY how i wanted! The price was also what i expected for the quality, so im definitely gonna give them another chance for the service, since the quality was on point!

I went to do my nails it was ok but the girl put the gel on my fingers too I don’t recommend to do your nail removing processus there because the girl did it in such a bad way really painful and she cut my nails too lack of experience

I received and amazing service. The staff is very friendly and professional. Has been my go to nail place!

I really like the employees but their quality of nail polish is not the best I went today to do my nails. And I did extra careful but the color of my nails are chip already not even a day.
