Shellac started separating from my nails 11 days after getting them done. Unacceptable!
The lady doing my nails cut my cuticles too much and they started bleeding. My nails did not have the same length either.
Pedicure was rushed…
Heard a lot about this place but not worth the hype. My first visit here and I’m very disappointed.

I moved to Montreal a few weeks ago and this is the first place I got my nails done at, I will never go anywhere else! The employees are very kind and talented and the prices are very reasonable too. Very relaxed and nice environment. I brought one of my friends here and she loved it just as much as me. I plan on bringing more of my friends here to get their nails done in the future!

Got my shellac manicure there three days ago. Unacceptable. A nail tech that cannot remove cuticles properly and another one who cant pain nails properly or file them at the same length and shape. Never coming back.

DONT GET FOOLED BY THE RATES! J’ai laissé DEUX CHANCES à ce salon, et les deux fois ce fut la pire expérience de ma vie. Si vous avez l’intention de vous rendre au salon car il est en plein centre-ville et qu’il a BEAUCOUP D’AVIS POSITIFS (bizarrement) GARDE À VOUS! On ne m’a jamais autant manqué de respect qu’ici. Déjà, un prix est annoncé et arrive au payement le prix augmente. J’ai demandé quel est le prix avec TAXE et ils donnent toujours un prix plus bas, c’est une fois arrivé à la caisse que le choc est annoncé, sauf que c’est trop tard, on a déjà reçu le service. Comment SE FAIT-IL que la dame qui a fait mes ongles (et la plupart là-bas) NE PARLE PAS FRANÇAIS? Et ON M’A OBLIGÉ À LAISSER UN POURBOIRE? !? Elle m’as dis que le pourboire était obligatoire j’étais outrée. Non seulement le service est pitoyable mais en plus on oblige les clientes à leur laisser un pourboire de force? Sachez que je ferais tout dans mon possible pour avertir tout ceux qui croise mon chemin d’éviter d’aller chez vous. Il est GRAND temps que vous changiez votre façon d’interagir avec les clients vu tout les avis négatifs qu’il y a.vous n’avez pas finis d’entendre parler de moi je vous le dis.

Ever since I discovered this nail salon 4 years ago, I’ve always come back to get my manicure and pedicure done. The staff is very welcoming and efficient at what they do, and you can tell they are very skilled and attentive to the little details of your nails. The soothing jazz music they play is very relaxing and so are the pedicure massage chairs. Can’t recommend this place enough! Special thanks to Lindsay who did my manicure and pedicure exactly how I wanted it! Will definitely come back!:)
