After seeing how beautiful my sister in law’s nails were and needing some much deserved me time, I had to visit Nancy Nails.

Let me say, I was not disappointed and to say that my experience went beyond my expectations would be an understatement.

I was greeted by Nancy, the owner. The salon, was clean and the atmosphere calm, not like other nails salons. Nancy was friendly and approachable. The conversation quickly picked off that by the end we were both laughing and joking.

I asked for a manicure and pedicure and let me tell you, I have never had such an amazing pedicure. No salon, has gone above and beyond in the past to give their customer such a wonderful experience. Usually everything is rushed but Nancy took the time to massage my legs and feet, take away all dead skin, use hot stones and even took care of an ingrown toe nail causing me pain.

Walking out of the salon, I didn’t realize how much this mom of two under two, needed this pampering and special attention.

I fully expect by my next visit that there be a lineup around the block, she is that amazing.

Nancy was amazing! My first time here because where I normally go isn’t open on Sundays however Nancy is open 7 days a week until 9. The customer service was fabulous and the pedicure itself was fantastic, with two types of leg and foot massage and she exfoliates three different ways. I will definitely be coming back and have just found my new salon. ️

It was my first visit with this beauty salon today and i already booked my next appointment at the end. Those ladies were so nice, respectful, gentle and meticulous. I did a dip manicure and a gel pedicure and both service were more than what i could have expected. I highly recommend.

It was wonderful! Both Nancy and Amy were such kind and genuine people and the pedicure was the best technique I’ve ever seen! Nancy is fabulous! Just got my nails done with her, and she really took her time fixing the dodgy work from another salon. She’s also so sweet and friendly, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. Would absolutely recommend!

I was sadly very disappointed in my manicure. The lady who did them did not stop talking and trying to convince me that everyone loves her and how happy everyone was. I was on the phone and she knew however she continued to repeat herself non stop. I told her the shape I wanted, she sighed and said no. She continued to say how everyone loves her and how she listens. I politely said that I told her how I want my nails and she was not listening.

She did them very thinly so I can see through to my nail (I got a french manicure) and she picked the wrong size nail to put on mine as I told her there are gaps between my nail and finger she said dont worry and just filled it up with glue - not the solution I wanted You can clearly see what she did.
She also did not clean my cuticles.

My nail broke day 2. Overall I did not appreciate her trying to convince me how everyone loves her and not listening to what I wanted.

I've tried at least 6 different salons for pedicure and Nancy's is by far the best! Good prices and pedicure that actually lasts an hour unlike other salons. Nice calf massage and only one to use hot stones rubbing on calves and feet which feels very nice the best exfoliation and callus removal meticulous workers

Nancy was absolutely amazing. She shaped my nails beautifully and made them look natural (not too thick like in other nail salons). I highly recommend her if you want beautiful quality nails at a very decent price!

I came here for the first time today for a pedicure. The salon is extremely clean! I have been to A LOT of salons for a pedicure and I have to say, this is the BEST PEDICURE I EVER GOT IN MY LIFE! I’ve been coming to Nancy’s salon for a few years now. I am never disappointed with my nails, they are always done to perfection. And the pedicures at the salon are by far the best (they use three different tools to take off the dead skin (leaving your feet so soft) followed by an exfoliating step.

Nancy (the owner) is so gentle, sweet, funny and caring. She is very experienced with nails and always ensures that her customers are extremely happy with her services.

Also, I can’t forget to mention, this is by far the cleanest salon I have ever been too.

To put it more simply, Nancy’s salon is the best in the west. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone looking to do a manicure and/or a pedicure.

Very disappointed in Nancy and will not return to her shop after having my nails done and two weeks later my nails were starting to break back at the tips and the polish turning colour. I called Nancy to ask if I could come in and that I was disappointed with my nails this time, however she refused to listen and that this was my fault. To my surprise, she hung up on me.
Nancy comes across as a kind and giving person, but she knows how to complain about her staff and clients behind their backs. I think she’ll lose more than just me as a client as time goes on.

Avoid Avoid Avoid! Nancy is extremely rude, unprofessional, the slowest esthetician and most chatterbox on the planet. I went for a pedicure (2 hours) and gel i was there from 6: 00-10, the only reason i had to stay i had a wedding the next morning. She brags on how much she has many years of experience and how her prices are the lowest and quality of her job is the best. Accurately she’s the worse, it’s all the opposite! She injured several fingers on my hands, i was bleeding and when she used the machine to dry the gel, my fingers were burning, i kept telling her but she said no doesn’t hurt it will go away! Don’t be fooled by the reviews or the decor of this salon, she is the WORSE!

I’ve been going to Nancy’s salon for a while now and I’ve always had an excellent service and experience. She is very good at what she does and my hands and feet always look incredible! She has many colours to choose from, she’s creative, clean, quick and she does a beautiful job each time. I always get comments on my nails and I tell them exactly where I get them done.:) if you want a friendly and relaxing day at the spa, call her up!

I wanted manicure but was offered shellac which is perfect but at the end never really received manicure but shellac over my cuticles

Went there for the first time today by a stroke of luck and was very pleasantly surprised! Nancy was super hospitable and spoiled me while we waited for my previous polish to come off. I got shellac nails done and at first I thought of getting a single color but she was very excited to let me choose any color I wanted and as many as I wanted! Honestly ive been there to get my nails done. I go back to my car and I put my coat on and one nail broke. I go home and I carefully open a draw and another nail broke. So I went back to get it fixed and she accuses me of lying. I told her I was careful but she didn't believe me. She fixes broken nails for free. But I do not like getting my nails done there. I personally dont thing it's like that for everyone but I dont recommend this place. But they do good pedicures. I recommend the nail salon in galerie terrebonne and ongle coccinelle in Montréal north in the shopping center place bourrassa.

I started getting my nails done almost 6 months ago, and haven't stopped since. I always get them done by Nancy and I love how they always turn out. The shape is amazing, color aswell and she's so smooth doing them. They last me a month before I have to get a refill and they never break and I work everyday and use my hands all the time! I love Nancy so much, she's such an angel and she always finds time for everyone and she's incredibly nice + talented and I wouldn't get my nails done by anyone else.

I went for the first time yesterday and was very pleased. Nancy and Mei took such good care of my husband and I. They were very friendly, hospitable, sociable, professional and kind. We had comfortable massaging sofas while they were doing our pedicures. I especially like the fact that they "shave off" the excess dry skin as opposed to just "grating it". They used all organic products, essential oils and even hot stones and gave us an incredible foot and leg massage. Out of all the nail places I have seen around that neighbourhood, this is by far the cleanest and most beautiful one. Thank you Nancy and Mei for everything and for even preparing me a green tea. I went to Nancy nails with a friend of mine to get our nails done and spent 3 hours there (we were the only clients) Nancy also wouldn’t stop telling us how good she was, so I was expecting amazing nails. However she was very rough and made me bleed on several fingers! The shape of the nails were really good but the polish was rushed and had many flaws! Not going back because it was a painful experience
