Ongles Atelier GQ

I went for a mani Sat, and yesterday the polish on one nail lifted. I booked Anna to fix it today. She redid the whole mani, no charge, no questions. It’s stunning and took her less than 30 min! She was so nice, professional and so competent! The girl that greeted me at the front is also very nice, smiley and helpful. Will definitely go back and would recommend this nail salon to anyone. Thank you again! Prices are very reasonable quick, beautiful, and great price/quality!

C'était ma première fois aujourd'hui et je peux dire que je suis très satisfaite du beau service offert. Le personnel sont très gentils et au petit soin. Je recommande fortement!

Le service et la qualité a complètement changé!
Après 3 fois d’erreurs et de mauvaise qualité… je ne suis pas retourner, mais ma mère a été aujourd’hui et a demandé de mettre la couleur funny bunny, elle a même montrer la photo de la couleur et ils lui ont mis blanc! En plus elle lui dit c’est prêt pour partir, mais pas du tout!

La patronne soit disons elle a tellement d’argent qu’elle s’en fou, ça la dérange pas de perdre un client, voilà ce que m’a dit une tech!

C’est ridicule!

Attention, le service et la qualité ont changé dans les derniers mois, ne vous fiez pas aux 5 étoiles!
J'ai été une cliente satisfaite pendant plus d'un an, mais mes 4 derniers services ont été épouventables; changements d'employé dernière minute, plusieurs coupures sur les doigts, la majorité de mes ongles ont cassés après 1 semaines, et j'en passe.
Aujourd'hui était mon dernier essaie, j'ai pris un rendez vous pour une simple manicure gel à 25$ sur le site et après m'avoir fait payer 48$ à la caisse sans explications, voici le résultat!

It was my first visit at the salon today, and I am very happy. I’ve been to others before and wasn’t as happy with the work. An was very professional and friendly. She knew what I wanted and was really patient with me. I did the mani pedi shellac, mani inspired by the Hailey Bieber trend. Thanks so much, cam on:)

They are very talented but the price is way too expensive I shall say
my nails looked amazing but 60-70$ each time for a refill gets exensive and its like I got designs on my nails they were always simple but they tax you even when you pay cash which is not right alot of nail places dont charge taxes when you pay cash oh well wont be going back just for the price its way too expensive

C’est la première et malheureusement ça sera la dernière fois pour moi j’ai fait ongles en gel et résultat catastrophique longle n’est pas collé bien c’est pas professionnelle du tout je suis vraiment déçue j’ai jeté 65$ à la poubelle

Great place to get a pedicure. The staff are accommodating and friendly. The place is well lit and bright with nice seating area to wait. Everything seemed new or well kept and not outdated. There is wifi, free drinks, coffee and tea. They do get busy and would recommend making an appointment to avoid having to come back. But if you do they are conveniently located between a Walmart, Michaels and Marshall’s.

Première expérience, bel accueil, beau résultat, difficile de se faire servir et comprendre en français. Le point négatif tout de même important, aucun instrument n’est désinfecté entre chaque cliente, terrain hyper propice pour attraper des mycoses…. Petite suggestion pour le proprio, si il arrive à me lire et comprendre…où j’allais avant (endroit malheureusement fermé) les clientes régulières avaient une petite trousse avec leurs noms dessus incluant les objets qui se désinfectes mal (limes entre autre) et les couples ongles et instruments pour polir étaient désinfectés sur le champs après usage.

J’y suis allée pour une pose d’ongle gel avec extension. Bien que le résultat final des ongles était visuellement agréable, la procédure a été douloureuse. J’ai averti à plusieurs reprises la dame qui faisait mes ongles et cela n’a rien changé.

Également, l’hygiène lors de soins laisse grandement à désirer. Lors de ma visite aucunes surfaces, ni outils n’ont été nettoyés/désinfectés entre chaque cliente.

Great service. Kim was calm, patient, didn’t rush through the process. Staff is very nice, they even offer coffee now.
Will be back for sure.

Its always a pleasure to go there. The place is beautiful and the staff & owner are so sweet. Went there today, 3 days before Christmas and the techs had such a big day, but still everyone was friendly & my nails were not rushed (they ended up perrrrrfect THANKS SOPHIE XXX) I would definitely recommand.

The ladies are also friendly the service is great, even though it’s a bit pricey yet it is all worth it! You can even bring your daughter to do a pedicure with you. BYOChampagne and they have coffee/tea on the spot. Definitely recommend for your special occasions

Prix exorbitant.et ils n’ont pas fait exactement ce que j’espérais.et je suis aller pour refaire mes ongles dans un autre salon et ils m’ont dit que là façons dont ils ont poser mes ongles n’était pas là façons de faire, causant l’endommagement de mes ongles naturelles. Ne se soucis pas des petits détailles après la pose de l’ongle on pouvait apercevoir dans les coins mon ongle naturelle.

I though the decor was really nice and the ladies working were kind! The only thing is I got my brows done and the esthetician took a chunk out of my left brow that they shouldn’t have? Haha it looks weird but I’m sure it’ll grow back…

Bonjour, je recommande vivement cet endroit, la gérante est ces employés sont très professionnels.
Ma deuxième expérience avec eux n’était pas satisfaisante, finition des mes ongles n’était pas parfaite, je me suis exprimée ici par un mauvais avis, il m’ont rappeler une demi-heure après en m’invitant à revenir pour me refaire les ongles… bref la photo parle d’elle-même.

The pedicure with Nina was perfect 10/10 but the regular manicure was with another women and it was not that good. We could do this by ourselves. But overall the experience was great. I would recommande to do the pedicure

Ask for Sophie she is amazing she does what you want and listens to what you have to say. I’m very picky when it comes to my nails and I’ve never been disappointed

Not experienced with nail salons, this was my first Shellac manicure. Overall happy with the service and result. Sure, tips are not 100% perfect, but only noticable if you stare at them reallly close. I asked for a specific design and the 2 girls I had (Sophie and pal) delivered.

Anna and Christie were super friendly and very professionnal. I like the attention to details and definitely going back and referrals. They also offered me something to drink!

Update - The quality of the services vary. I've always been happy with the regular gel nail polish, but twice now I have been disapointed with my nails (once with acrylics, once with biogel) unfortunately

Je suis allée en après midi pour mon pédicure et manicure, comme d habitude (aux 3 semaines) et les prix ont augmenté en flèche depuis la nouvelle administration, les prix changent régulièrement (j y vais à cette place depuis leurs ouverture. Ce que je n ai pas aimé qu elle la dame m à dit que c est toujours le même prix depuis que c est moi qui est en erreur HELLOOOO j'y vais aux 3 semaines et elle me dit que le prix n ont jamais augmenté/changé (20$ de +c est partit pour le tip car j avait deja donne plus jamais à cette place.

This has got to be one of the most beautiful nail salons I’ve ever been to! It’s very clean, professionally run, and has top notch customer service!
I was greeted upon arrival for an appointment I booked online. I was offered a warm beverage from their fancy coffee machine - got a delicious non-dairy cappuccino! Although the salon was packed with clients, I waited for a only a few mins before being seated to get my nails done.
I had reserved Anna do my nails and she was so sweet! Sometimes I can be indecisive with what I want but she was very patient and provided recommendations on style and colour which helped a lot. I love how my nails turned out and would highly recommend this place to anyone!
They do take walk ins; however, because they’re often so busy, online reservations are recommended to reduce wait times:) this tip definitely helped me!
Also, it could be confusing that the store front still has the old signage out front from the previous owner “Ongles Spa & You”…but since it’s already under new management, was told the signage will soon be changed to Ongles Atelier GQ!

Went in for the first time with good expectations for this salon but left really disappointed. The decor was beautiful on the outside. I did a regular manicure and the lady technician who worked on my nails was rough and was scraping really hard on my nail bed. I was so tensed that I couldn’t watch her work on my nails the entire time. At the end of my manicure, at least four of my cuticles were cut too deep, two were bleeding and they still hurt as I’m typing. As the polish was applied, she kept needing to correct her work so she kept digging her fingernails into the wounds. At the same visit, my daughter got her acrylic nails filed down and had a new set done. While the nail art on the new set was done beautifully, I was surprised to learn after we left that she had a bleeding nail as well from her technician who had over-filed. I had seen that she was chatting and not too attentive earlier. It really pained me to see my child with an injury. The receptionist was nice to offer everyone drinks, but despite the friendly front counter service, I will not risk being injured again. This was supposed to be a pampering session for us but we left feeling like casualties.

The nail tech (I think her name was Sophie) was very professional, she took her time on my nails, she was very sympathetic. The results are beyond amazing. Plus the salon is very beautiful, the people are nice and the service is A1.

This salon is beautiful, clean, and the workers are extremely sweet and professional. It was my first time and I will be back many more times. Im extremely happy to have gone there!
