Rude staff and terrible customer service! Specially the girls name Tania and Ann! Rude, doesn’t know how to speak to clients. Read a lot of negative reviews on Google but still went to this salon thinking it’s close to my house just to realise how accurate the reviews were. First of all, they did a bad job with my manicure, It broke after 2 days, went back to fix it. Tania was speaking extremely rudely, I asked one of staff (Anne) for the manager’s name and she said they dont know who the manager is! Didn’t give me any information about the manager and ignores you completely when u ask questions, I have never been to a salon with such unprofessional behaviour! Will never go back to this place.
This place should get a ZERO star and the manager needs to give a training to the staffs on how to speak to clients!

If i could give 0 stars, i would.a previous time there, during a pedicure, the nail technician told another customer that i was being a "douchebag" because i was on my phone and not very talkative.the other customer tapped me on the shoulder and said "she just called you a douchebag".
Secondly, the owner is rude and gave me attitude when i wanted to book an appointment ahead of time to ensure that i had a slot. She made fun of the fact that i wanted to book a week prior and then made jokes if i was going to forget.and then when i wasn't impressed with the phone customer service and hung up, the owner called me back 4 times to book an appointment.she even called me back on a blocked number.

Je ne retournerez plus. Difficile d'exprimer nos préférences. Très mal reçu même en ayant donné plusieurs chances au coureur. Je ne suis pourtant pas une cliente exigeante. Déçue de la façon dont j'ai été traitée par une certaine employée à plus d'une reprise.

Cali nail salon is the worst nail salon I’ve visited since I came to Quebec. The use low quality products, do a very poor job and above all, rude to their clients especially the lady that takes the calls

Listen. Tanya did my nails for my birthday and they were crooked she didn't let the gel set properly so they ended up bumpy 2 days later. She has no customer service and treats her customers like they are on a conveyor belt. She thinks because she's been doing nails for so long she in entitled to be rude and dismissive. She wouldn't even clean under my nails and all the acrylic was stuck to my finger. She over charges and doesn't take her time. She just did my friends refill and it looks like she needs another refill already. Tanya - get with it girl, the way you run your business is disgusting. And you will never see my money again boo boo.

If you are anglophone get your nails done somewhere else!
The nail tech was a BULLY and absolutely rude!
She bullied this young girl in front of the other customers. Sounds like the young girl must have gone there before because the tech had known alot about her job. (So she must have been served in English there before). I guess the owner doesn't like English money anymore because she kept telling the girl that "Quebec is a French province" and "Why don't you speak in french? " And even after the girl told her she knew that and that she was able to speak French she wouldn't let up about it. She made it seem like she wasn't welcome there.
The whole time she was getting her nails done, the tech kept making really rude comments to the girl (something about her hair) and still the girl never reacted or was rude to the tech.
Then after all of that, when the girl asked if she could have change to give the tech a tip (I definitely didn't think she deserved the tip) the tech said "oh now you make me get up? !? " I couldn't believe it! The tech was actually annoyed because the she had to get up to get the girl change, so that she could give the tech a tip.
Wow! I will not be going back and I really hope that girl doesn't go back. She didn't deserve that and they really didn't do that good of a job.
AND she made fun of a girl who left a $3.00 tip. Her and another tech were laughing and rolling their eyes about it
They don't even deserve 1 star.

Horrible service job was rushed nail polish was not covered up to cuticles looks like I needed a refill on 2-3 nails don't recommend!

Horrible! J’ai appelé pour leur dire que je ne suis pas satisfaite et j’aimerais être remboursé mais elles ne veulent pas! Ils veulent me refaire mais j’habite loin! Vraiment amateur comme job! Je donne -10

Terrible experience. I came to the salon just to get shellac removed. The job was done quickly and when it was time to pay, she informed me that it was $10 cash only. I didn’t have cash on me but I had my debit card so I could go take out cash at the bank across the street. I told her I would be right back and she said that I had to leave her with something. She asked for my cellphone which I immediately refused. I gave her a piece of ID (health card) and she asked for my drivers license instead which I also refused because I needed to drive myself to the bank. To make things simpler, I called my husband and asked him to bring me cash from home. I told her that my husband is coming and she got frustrated and told me this was “crazy” and that people leave their cellphones all the time. I don’t understand why she was giving me trouble even after I proposed a solution by having him bring me the cash. I will never be going back to this place!
