Ongles Chery

Très très très déçue ça fait 3 ans que je fréquente et la qualité et de pire en pire. Hygiène zéro, personnel pas sympathique ne parle aucun mot en français et très peu en anglais. J’ai mis 148 dollars dans la poubelle travail très mal fait pas professionnel du tout on dirait qu’une fillette de 5 ans m’a fait les ongles. PLUS Jamais et je pèse les mots!

Sans parler qu’ils ont mis plus de 3h! Je suis déçue d’avoir jeté mon argent par la fenêtre.

J'ai développé une infection à un orteil suite à mon passage chez Ongles Cherry qui a nécessité une prise d'antibiotiques de 10 jours. Je ne recommande pas ce salon.

Ask for Lyly. This woman is an artist! My nails have never been more beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Great experience. Walked in and was able to get my daughter's nails done for her birthday. Staff was super friendly.

I went here for over a year and my last experience was terrible. The nail tech gave me attitude every time I asked her to fix something, she kept saying there was no mistakes but she didn’t listen to anything I said. There’s an imperfection on my middle nail which I asked her to fix and she ignored. Eventually she said I had an attitude and she got up and left. Another lady finished them but it put me in a terrible mood and I did not get the nails I wanted the day before my photoshoot. It’s been a little over a week and two of them popped off while I’m out of the country. Inconvenient and disappointing given I’ve been a consistent client for over a year. They used to do my cuticles during the manicure and now they don’t. It’s a shame Justin is not there anymore. I won’t be coming back anymore.

I supported this business for almost two years. The quality has gone way downhill and the owner Cherry has on multiple occasions cut me while doing my manicure. It's become normalized that you'll make an appointment, show up and still wait 30-40 minutes to be seen. Manicure and pedicure will take around 4 hrs on average. If you cannot support the amount of appointments being taken I'd rather be turned down and scheduled for another date ot time.

Unfortunately I've had to move to a new nail salon even though this one is a block from my house.

J'ai été faire mes ongles aujourd'hui, Cherry s'est assuré que mes ongles et le service soient parfait. L'ambiance était agréable. Je conseille fortement cet endroit. N'hésitez pas à contacter Cherry si il y a un problème et soyez assuré qu'elle trouvera un moyen d'arranger la situation avec professionnalisme.

I’ve come back here after a while. I think it all depends on the technician you find. This morning I wasn’t that much satisfied. The shape of my nails is uneven from one finger to another despite I had told the guy. A lot of imperfections. And quite slow.

My FAVOURITE nail salon in Montreal! They do the best nails and nail design EVER! The staff is also so friendly and welcoming!

The nail design was nice but the diamond fell out less than 24 hours later. When I went back they did a fast job gluing it and never put a new topcoat. I explained I live far. 3 hours later the diamond fell off again. I feel like it could of been prevented. I'd rather pay to have it fixed properly.

I will go somewhere else.

Pire salon où j'ai été. J'ai été témoin d'un incident raciste où elles ont humilié une femme noire et ont tout fait pour la dissuader de faire ses ongles à leur salon. Elles sont allées jusqu'à lui demander de payer d'avance pour faire sa manucure alors que cela n'a été demandé à aucune autre cliente y compris moi même.
En plus mes ongles n'ont même pas duré 3 jours.j'ai du tout enlever: le vernis permanent et les faux ongles avant d'avoir complété une semaine parce que mes ongles cassaient l'un après l'autre.
J'ai payé 80$ pour des ongles qui ont duré moins de 3 jours.

La réponse de la propriétaire ci-dessous est tellement pathétique! Elle va jusqu'à inventer un récit complètement imaginaire au lieu de présenter des excuses.une vraie mytho en plus d'être raciste et de manquer de professionnalisme.

Faire deux heures de route pour avoir des ongles parfait, oh que oui.

I have been to multiple nail salons and never had such a horrific experience. The place was dirty they applied and removed my nails 3 times ripping them off violently when they would go to redo them they were aggressive and didn’t do my nails anything like the photo. I left crying, worst nail experience ever. Don’t recommend!
