Worst nail salon!
Very bad experiences, the lady that did my nails got my money to make some exchanges at the end and she denied I gave it to her
She was blaming me I didn’t give it to her

The service was bad. When they were doing my nails, they kept stopping to go work on another customer, going back-and-forth when they could have just focused on one at a time. They didn’t know the difference between gel and shellac. When I was getting my all the people next to me were getting foot and leg massages as part of their pedicure, which is pretty standard at most places. When I asked the girl about it and even offered to pay the extra service for an extended foot and leg massage, she just said there was no time and didn’t do it.
I won’t be going back. If you were thinking of going here, book an appointment with Tina. I heard she is good. The others I am not so sure about.

I've had manicures in 4 different countries. Always shellac. This was the worst experience ever. I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time. I also confirmed the price was $35. They had me wait 25 minutes past my appointment time and then the manicurist lectured me that my nails were short and I should have booked more time for extensions. I explained I didn't want extensions. Just shellac polish manicure. She did a lackluster job, but I didn't complain. When I went to pay, I was going to use debit and the price suddenly changed. It was now going to be $40.12. She said the extra 5.12 was tax. If I pay cash "we pay the tax for you" but if I pay debit or credit "you pay the tax yourself" this is obviously not legally accurate. When I argued it was not the proce I was quoted and also likely illegal, a man named Kevin stepped in and asked what I wanted to pay. I said $35 which is the price I was told on the phone and the price on all the signage in the store (which does not say cash only).
I've had the manicure only 5 days and the polish has already peeled completely off two nails. Just came off in one large flake. Worst manicure ever and sketchy business practices. They also did not clean the manicure station between customers avoid this place at all costs

Appointments almost never run on time. I often have to wait 30 min to 45 min before anyone attends to me even though I always have an appointment. Sometimes their appointments are running so late the ladies are doing two clients at the same time, running from one to the other.

I came here for years now and never had a bad experience whatsoever. For years, now ive been doing my nails with Wendy, she is such a sweetheart!
