Ongles et Spa Tiffany

After having an average experience at another salon last month, I decided to give this place a try. I truly had a wonderful experience. Quick appointment & meticulous & detail oriented technicians. My nails look beautiful! They took their time to make sure they turned out perfect! Fair price & excellent value. I think I've found my new nail salon:) Thank you!

Honnêtement un des meilleurs services que j’ai eu dans un salon! Celle qui m’a fait les ongles (Anne) était super minutieuse et délicate. Qui plus est, mes ongles sont tout simplement magnifique! Je reviendrai c’est certain

I really thought that this was going to be my nail place, but I was wrong. If you decide to go there, make sure that one of the young workers (in their 20s) is doing your nails. The other one is stubborn and unwelcoming. I went there for a pedi and mani on my natural nails. I just wanted a cleanup. She did my pedicure first. She hurt me multiple times poking at my skin savagely. I started bleeding but didn't say anything and suffered in silence. She took off the shellac I had on 8 of my 10 toes since 2 didn't have any shellac left on them prior to the appointment. She used her little machine which took her a total of 10 seconds to do. In the end, the cashier charged me an extra 5$ for ''shellac removal'' I was not made aware of this charge before getting to the cash register at the end of my appointment. The cherry on top is that I still have some shellac left on one of my toes.

When we got to the manicure part, I was furious. I have been working very hard on regrowing my natural nails (using oils and creams). This process lasted 2 months! I was happy to have them healthy again. Alas, the lady threw all this hard work in the garbage. She started by using her little machine. I asked her to not use it on my natural nails. She replied dryly that she was just using it to cut my cuticles. This was a lie since I now have a gap in my natural nails. I am so vexed. I worked very hard to even my nails and now the root is destroyed. Then, she proceeded to file the top of my natural nails making them look disgusting. The whole nail, not only the sides or the tip! She scratched them to the point of no repair. After destroying all my work, she told me that she was done, and my nails looked very bad. I asked her to at least put on a top coat (which I assumed was part of the package). I paid 65$ and left no tip (which is the first time ever). I have never been this disappointed.

I’ve had my nails done here three times now and definitely will be back. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and their work is efficient and so well done. Would definitely recommend. Johanne

Very friendly service. I had a great experience as far as feeling valued and welcome. The service was more expensive than most places I’ve been and the nails didn’t stay on.

My friends nails fell off within a week and a half, and though my service was friendly, the nails were so thick, it looked really awful.

This would be the ideal place if the nails looked as good as the service was friendly! Seeing the reviews, there’s definitely some skill at the salon, just not the person who did mine and my friends nails.

Great place! They are extremely delicate and their customer service was great. It was my first time ever getting my nails done and they really took the time to explain all the process to me as we were going, I loved it.
I would absolutely recommend them. I saw some of their designs while over there and they have a lot of talent!

Quelle artiste exceptionnelle, Dan a prit son temps pour faire mes ongles 《TESTS》 pour mon marriage dans deux mois. Elle était douce, professionnelle et très attentionnée. Tout a été fait avec soin, je suis très satisfaite!

C'est un endroit propre (toilette incluse). Le service est excellent. La propriétaire est très gentille et elle tient à ce que la clientèle est un bon service. J'ai eu droit à un petit massage des mains et j'apprécie cette attention. C'est agréable de pouvoir discuter un peu en français, ainsi que de se faire comprendre. Je n'ai rien à dire de négatif. J'y suis allé deux fois et je compte rester à cette endroit pour mes prochaines manucures.

I absolutely love going there for my nails every month, it's a real pleasure! Their customer service is impeccable and I am always so happy with Dan's work. She is creative and extremely talented, I don't trust my nails with anyone else now:) If you are looking for a new nail salon, this is the one to go to!

Very professional and kind staff! The nail tech was very nice, took time to communicate with me to make sure everything looked good. I definitely recommend and I’ll be coming here again:)

Very nice experience. My nails looks amazing, the staff is very friendly and they have massage chair that you can use while pedicure, which was unexpected and highly appreciate. Will come back for sure!
