ONGLES HEAVEN NAILS

The services is great. They speak English, French and SPANISH! Alexandra did my nails and was so careful and professional I still can’t believe it. The staff actually acknowledges you, they talk to you and are very pleasant. They really make you feel like you are in nail heaven!
PS. My nails are on point also.

I tried to love it because the decor is cute but the customer service is so bad… I went twice and both experiences made me feel like they didn’t even want me in the salon (I’m not saying it’s because I’m black or because I’m in my twenties but who really knows) … I made an appointment both times but was “greeted” with a rude receptionist (no smile, no hello, just a blank stare) and asked if I had an appointment while being looked at like I was in the wrong place ON BOTH OCCASIONS! Then, after trying to pretend like my feelings weren’t hurt, I was told to wash my hands but not in a kind way (it’s standard practice but be nice to your customers please) the tone was degrading… The first time around, the nail tech was okay but ignored me unless she had questions and when I went to pay, I still had to deal with the rude lady at the front who continued to make me feel uncomfortable, even though I smiled and said goodbye… The second nail tech literally sat talking to her friend the ENTIRE HOUR about nothing important (they spoke Spanish but so do I) and when I told them that, they just stopped talking altogether… All in all, if you want to feel like you don’t belong somewhere, go here. They sure know how to make you feel unwanted.

Jessica is so good! Went to see her for acrylics and she did such a good job AND ON TOP OF THAT: She's good conversation. So sweet.

I called to book an appointment for regular manicure and pedicure (no polish) I was offered a same day appointment which is great, I asked about the price and I was told 55$ (tax was not discussed but assumed price before tax). According to the reviews I read and price I was given I confirmed the appointment and showed up 10 mins early, the parking in front of the salon is a paid parking. I entered and was greeted nicely but was told that I’m here early (didn’t sound like a pleasant thing to say, normally people appreciate being early and not late but it’s okay). Then I was told to hang my coat and change into their slippers which I think is very nice and hygienic. A place was immediately set and ready for me which was great, the chair you get to sit on is a massage chair (amazing!) and that was a bonus to the experience. The nail expert started exactly in time and was thorough (confirmed again that no polish and if I would like to have my nails cut, as in short and agreed and all was good) the ambience of the salon was friendly and professional. The appointment took less than an hour which is great (on the phone I was told that it may take 1h and 50 mins) At the checkout, only debit or cash is accepted, which was okay, but I was surprised by the price that was given to me which was 74.75 $ after tax, I informed the person handling the payment that I was given a different price on the phone and then said no thats our price. I was handed a card that can be stamped or marked on every visit and by the 5th visit, I would get a 10% discount. My overall experience was acceptable, I rated 3 stars due to the payment incident.

The worst person I EVER had the displeasure of meeting. This is the lady at the front desk. She made me feel very uncomfortable, her customer service skills are at a zero. You can’t get more uncivilized than this lady was towards me. She was so rude to the other workers as well. (she insulted a chubby girl)

Honestly such a nice salon. All the ladies that work there are super friendly and talented. It’s really clean and easy to book with them via Instagram. And a bonus that it’s beautiful inside. Love coming here:)

Je ne recommande pas dutout j’y suis allé deux fois et j’ai été très déçu… les prix sont très chers comparativement aux autres salons, alors que la qualité de la manucure n’est vraiment pas représentative des prix… De plus, les employés n’ont pas arrêté de critiquer les clientes et leur stagiaire qui ne parlait pas français lors de ma première visite. Ensuite, il n’est pas possible de venir accompagné contrairement aux autres endroits… alors que c’était vide les fois ou j’y suis allé. On se demande pourquoi…

Worst place i have ever been to, the lady in front was very rude. Also my nails has no shine at all, the stickers she have applied in very bad manner.
NOT RECOMMENDED.learn how to be polite to your customers, worst service.

I got a manicure and pedicure here and really loved it! I usually ask for thicker ones and she did it the way I exactly asked:) thank you Tia! Would highly recommend coming here if you need to get your nails done ️

My all time fave! I have gotten my nails done at several salons and no service compares to this one. My acrylics are always snatched, never bulky or claw like. The attention to details is astonishing! (10/10 for the playlist too)

I've been doing my nails here for over a year, the technicians are great, friendly and punctual. The decor has been recently updated and really cute. Great job ladies!

HEAVEN MORE LIKE HELL!

Do not waste your money there! Me and niece came to do our nails and my other sister was there with her newborn baby and she made her feel VERY uncomfortable by saying she shouldn’t be there since she isnt a costumer which made her leave. Not only did we tell the nail technician it wasn’t the right nail shape she started giving attitude and applied the polish with A LOT of bubbles and got mad when I told her to fix the issues. This by so far was the worst costumer service and nail salon in all montreal!

I always go to the same two places but this time were booked and I needed an appointment fast. I have been to much better places. There was no massage, which is a first for me. Never been into a manicure/pedicure saloon without getting a hand or foot massage. The service was fast and courteous and the appointment was respected. The girl that attended me was probably new, as she was clumsy. They looked weird at me for not giving tip. Do I have to tip for service I dislike? No. Place is ok, furniture and decoration is ok. Prices are the same as everywhere else. Verdict: There are definitely better places around, within walking distance.

J’ai eu une très mauvaise expérience. Mon rendez-vous était a 14h je suis venue en avance de 10 minutes et j’ai du attendre 35 minutes pour que quelqu’un me serve. La technicienne qui a fait mes ongles était très froide et a offert un service médiocre. J’ai demandé acrylique, le résultat finale était pitoyable le vernis dépassait de partout et mes mains étaient très sèches. Après avoir appliqué le vernis, la technicienne n’a même pas pris la peine de l’arranger. J’ai attendu pour le faire sécher et je l’ai demandé de l’arranger un peu et elle m’a juste posé de l’huile sur mes cuticules

New Go To place for nails. Very big and clean place, actually relaxing to go, not overwhelming at all. Fair prices, great results, highly recommended.

Great place! I love my nails, and the stuff is nice and friendly and you can actually talk to them comparing to other places where you have to stat silent for an hour.

Not the best quality for a 60$ full set and they need to be updated in their technique. Very basic.

Very, quick and clean establishment. Always welcoming. Best to call and make an appointment will go faster because they are normally always busy when I went there although walk-ins goes pretty fast also.
