Ongles Hi-Tech Nails

They are a RIP OFF. Charged me 95$ for a fill in gel and change of color on toes! They make up prices and over charge.it cost me 50$ to change color on my toes. The girl cut my toe at least 3 times then charged me 50$,
the kid at the cash is a MORON cannot understand or speak any language.the worst customer service ever. AVOID going there to do your nails! If you want to be charged over priced then go ahead

Rushed service, cash only, and cherry on the cake they charged me 5$ to file my nails…I’ve never been charged something that’s part of a service. Never going back.

I absolutely love this place! The best service, and the best nails. I go with Mimi and am always satisfied and I always get so many compliments on my nails! You should definitely try them out

I went to their saloon and this is what they did to the skin around eyebrows while doing waxing. So unprofessional lady. It took 5-6 days to heal properly. Worst and Painful experience

I had a great massage in the chair while Shanty did my pedicure. I got the shellac polish which lasted so long & looked amazing as did my feet. It was all so relaxing. Shanty always does a great job & provides excellent service. AWESOME Shanty. I was very happy. Thank you. I think I will wait for Shanty to return to do my manicure.

What i ask vs what i got!? Avec eux c'est exactement sa, tu reçois 0 qu'est-ce que tu as demandé, mêmesi tu as plein de photos à leurs montrer comme demo! Pourtant avant c'était un excellent service

Ils sont bons sauf pour les relations avec les gens je les ai trouvé un peu maladroits ils se parlent entre eux dans leurs langues et ça parait quand il parle de toi.
Ils ne s’adressent pas aux clients désintéressés par leurs présences.

Trop cher en plus tu veux pas gel tu dois venir avec ton propre vernis. Ils le font vite et font des extra sur tout

Very bad customer sevice. The employees argue in front of customers, prices are excessive for poor quality They going very fast so they can finish with you. They charges extra money for nail shape and length.
For my black sistas don't go there They will make you pay before but for the another customer pay after the service.

My daughter is a hard person to please n loves her nails. No pain, not rushed n looks really nice.

All the women seemed very talented, and the owner was good. But I think because I went l late in the day the guy was tired, when he was reshaping my nails with the sandpaper block, he cut my skin on the sides from going too fast and being sloppy. Twice. On two different fingers, same place. It hurt and I warned him about it and there was little remorse and he kept touching it. A few days later it still hurts to wash my hands! He made a few other mistakes but I'm mostly upset about ripping off my skin!
The women seemed good and all their customers were pleased.

Si seulement il y aait une manière de donner 0 étoile cette place est la plus pire au monde! Je me suis présenter et l'esthétienne voulais tout dabbord que je lui paye avant meme que le service ne me soit rendu! Sa insulte les client en chinois et par la suite sa nous parle comme des CHIEN en nous disant (TOI VIEN ICI) aucune éthique professioonelle au tout début c 28$ et dautre frais simpose pour lapplication du vernis. Je vous conseil de jamais vous présenter la bas PS: si Un de vos ongle casse c 20$ pour le remplacer LA GROSSE CrOSSE
