Honnêtement j'ai jamais autant payer cher pour des ongles.c'est dommage que les prix ne sobt pas affichés et que les prothésistes ne m'ont pas dit le prix.mais le travail était bien fait c'est dommage.pour 15$ de différence pour le même travail j'irai ailleurs.

Ask for the price first! Ended up paying 70$ + taxes + tips for a regular mani-pedi (no shellac no gel). Used to be one of my favourite places now its not only way overpriced but also the quality of the mani-pedi went down a lot. Cant believe I just paid 90$ for something that costs nearly half the price elsewhere. So disappointed

In reply to the owners: I am more than happy to pay the taxes as I always do. My comment was absolutely not about the taxes but the price. I am not going to go further on this even though I could as taxes are certainly an ironic point for you to bring up. As for the nail tech, I certainly did not ask for her to change. She directed me to another tech which I did not complain about. Its normal to feel frustrated when your nail tech files your nails in a way that leaves them crooked. I tried to express this to her but gave up as we didn't seem to understand each other. She then directed me, of her own accord, to someone else who was more accomodating, which I actually appreciated. As for the time frame, how can you blame me for the time your own techs take to file nails. It was a regular mani-pedi, nothing major. The only thing I asked to adjust was the filing of some nails which hardly takes half an hour. Unless you're counting the time I was literally sitting there waiting for my nails to dry. Anyway just more disappointment. I was and remain unpleasantly surprised by the major price hike and the lower quality of the mani. As I said, it used to be one of my favourite places, but no more. Goodbye.

Merci pour le champignon! En plus que c’est tout croche… quand j’ai été à un autre salon la personne a enlevé tout les ongles… elle ne pouvait pas faire un remplissage… les ongles décollaient seuls! Pédicure shellac? 2 eme jour de plage 2 orteils décollés…

Très mauvaise expérience, je m'attendais à mieux et je suis très très déçu du travail, du service et c'est trop cher. La responsable n'est pas une personne accueillante et le prix n'est ni logique ni abordable, Je ne recommande cette place à personne, c'est dommage.

Super endroit! Très propre et le personnel est très gentil. Ils ont une grande clientèle et malgré tout, elles trouvent toujours un moment pour te recevoir et t’accommoder dans tes disponibilités. Diana est la meilleuree!

I really like the atmosphere of the nail salon. The girls are very sweet and friendly have done an amazing job for my feet and hands I would definitely come back for my next pedi and mani.

Tout d’abord lorsque tu arrives dans le salon personne ne t’accueille, service très froid et certains ne parle même pas français. Je suis venue 2 fois dans ce salon et ils ont raté ma pose les 2 fois. J’ai demander un certain style et ils ne les ont pas bien fait.

I really do not recommend this nail salon. I made an appointment in advance and they made us wait 45 minutes with our feet in cold water. My nail tech took out too much skin/nail on one of my toes to the point that I was in pain. I told her it was hurting and she continued. (I get pedicures every 2-3 weeks so my feet are pretty taken care of). A couple hours after the pedicure, I still felt pain on one side of my toe and also noticed that the gel was peeling off half of the nail. Three days passed and the pain got worse and I'm almost certain I have an infection on both big toes: (

Pros: Best pedicure I’ve ever had, I was told it was done by Judi. She was impeccable in the application and really made sure every nail was perfect, she took her time and did an excellent job. The prices are also really fair, for a new nail gel set, removing my old gel pedicure and applying a new gel pedicure: 105$ cash or 120$ credit. I was happy with the service and the cleanliness, they actually use gloves to do your pedicure and use fresh utensils. And the massage chair as well as foot massage is 10/10.

Cons: I waited almost 30min past my appointment to be seated. I spent 2h30 over there for the service so make sure you have enough time and aren’t in a rush. The new nail set was done really quickly and could’ve been better. I find it kind of see through and bubbling a bit as well as shorter nails than others. Nothing too drastic and ugly, just slightly off.

Overall would still come back but I’d keep a closer eye on my manicure. It is rare to find decent places and by the amount of customers they receive and the hard work of their staff, this place is still above the others.

Loved this spot! It was a nice vibe, very chill, may be different during a rush! The employees were so kind and friendly. Had great conversations and enjoyed my time! I got a manicure and a pedicure. Pedicure was nice, did everything as expected. Nice technique on the french tip. And the manicurist was super efficient and skilled!

I had the best experience in a nail salon ever, they are amazingly sweet, the place is super clean. Beautiful and my nails and toes are absolutely delightful! They know what they’re doing, and they take their time to give you exactly what you want! Would never go anywhere else again! Thanks to Cindy especially she was adorable!

The artist you get highly influences your end product. I'm a south Asian woman and so "natural" on a Caucasian or east Asian women doesn't look natural on me. Which I clearly mentioned at the first drop of polish.he artist I got who did my full set was very rude, unwilling to adapt to my concerns, and making excuses that simply did not make sense. She also completly skipped doing my cuticles. On the other hand I got a shellac pedicure by someone very receptive who adjusted things according to what I requested ie cut cuticles a little less. I would consider going back and getting served by her specifically. You'll see photos of what I asked, and what I got. The actual natural looking one is what I got elsewhere, the ones that look like pink stick on is what I got there.

Malgré un rendez-vous pris à l'avance, attente d'une heure et aucun suivi ou excuses! Un des pires services à la clientèle!

J’ai fait une manucure/pédicure au gel le 27 décembre, et déjà en partant la pose était mal faite (on voyait une démarcation et espace clair entre mes cuticules et le début de la pose, pourtant habituellement cette démarcation est censée apparaître plusieurs semaines après quand la pose vieillit) ; même pas une semaine après j’avais déjà perdu 3 ongles! Et même mon vernis gel sur les pieds commençait à s’effriter, pourtant c’est du gel et habituellement il me tient même sur 1 mois quand je le fais ailleurs! Le tout m’a coûté 120$ pour même pas une semaine, vraiment déçu! A ce prix là vous pouvez au moins acheter une vraie colle pour vos manucures, je suis vraiment déçue! Pour ce prix là je m’attendais à mieux! Par contre le seul point positif est le service client qui était bien, les filles étaient polies et souriantes. Réponse: Si je ne suis pas revenue faire une retouche comme vous dites c’est parce que j’étais en déplacement, je n’allais pas prendre un avion pour revenir à cause de votre travail mal fait! Je n’aurais pas pu vous le « dire directement comme vous suggérez » vu que c’est une fois partie de votre salon que j’ai remarqué les cuticules ressortant et les ongles qui me tombaient 4 jours plus tard, c’est logique! Pour le prix payé je ne m’attendais pas à moins qu’une pose bien faite et qui tiennent un minimum, c’est la moindre des choses.

I’m lowering the stars because of my recent experience for my manicure. One of the technicians with dark short hair was very rude and lacking professionalism. The other girls seem very nice and the first girl when you enter the salon did a very good job on my manicure.

I’ve been seeing Dianna for years at kingdom ongles and her quality of service is truly stellar. She is amazing - super satisfied with my nails!

This is my first time here and since it's closer to my mother's I figured I'd give it a try. As soon as you walk in, they ask you to wash your hands. Please try to use the slippers they've provided on the front entrance as it's there for a reason. The staff was very nice. I waited a bit longer than expected but I figured since all staff were busy with each client when I walked in so all in all it wasn't so bad. They do let you call in to reserve a spot but don't expect to be taken right away at the time you've requested. It's normal for a nail salon I figured since it's like this on all the other nail salons I've been to (unless they no other clients). I haven't quite figured out the massage chairs yet so maybe I'll give it another go. As for the price, it's reasonable. Overall experience for me was the fact that it's near my mom's so I'd definitely go back.

I’ve been coming here for a while and i do not have one complaint. When you walk in they all greet you by your first name and make you feel so welcomed. I’ve grown a relationship with my nail tech, Diana because we talk for the whole time i’m doing my nails. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone. They’re amazing!

Absolutely amazing! Super friendly and they take the time to do it right! Definitely going back! Just be prepared to wait a little bit but the wait is worth the while! I love my nails! Keep up the great work you guys are amazing

J'ai adorer mon experience chez Ongles Kingdom, finalement un endroit dans mon quartier qui font le services quond recherches tous! Elles sont perfectionnistes, font les formes d'ongles comme ont le souhaite et prend la peine de demander si nous voulions qu'elle corrige la formes avant de continuer, je n'etais pas certaine de la couleur et elle a pris son temps pour me conseillé, et ma suggerer une couleur pour mon occasion. Pour la pedicure la meilleure que j'ai recu de ma vie sans exagération! Les pierres chaude à la fin est tout simplement genial! Vous aurez le choix pour choisir votre couleur! Tellement il y en avait j'avais du mal a me decider hehe:) je conseille fortement cet endroit! TRÈS PROPRES! J'ai meme recu un rabais pour ma prochaine visite! Merci les filles a très bientôt!

I decided to choose this place after doing A LOT of research on the best nail salons in Montreal - by best I mean clean, hygienic, and where the manicurists do a good job. This place fits that criteria perfectly. I walked in and the place is beautiful, like I was in a salon in Paris. As soon as you open the door the girls are smiling and ready to help and so sweet. Diana is amazing, she’s meticulous, she knows her craft, and does a fantastic job. I’ve had acrylic, gel, and shellac nails done in other places, and my nails have never been this perfect. Keep up the amazing work ladies!
