Ongles Laval Nails

J'ai été faire une pédicure et la dame qui a fait mes pieds n'était pas professionnelle aucune communication. Semble ne pas comprendre ce que je voulais et ne portait pas trop attention. De plus, elle a été si fort sur mon orteil droit avec son instrument que j'ai saigné et je lai meme dit et elle a continué comme si rien était! Et encore là, la douleur est toujours présente avec infection au pourtour! Ma séance a été très désagréable. À éviter.

Used to love coming here but clearly some ladies have changed and the service is becoming bad.nails got chipped and she did horrible waxing + changed totally the shape of my eyebrows (making them like 2 thin lines not even thw same shape!) when I just told her to clean around. I was almost crying she was screaming at me telling me that it's nice and am young? ! Not an excuse.nothing.ill never come again

They do a good job on nails, but they will overcharge you and force you to pay extra. They charged my friend and I for a gel pedicure when we clearly asked and received Shellac. Also, they will NEVER respect appointments, if there’s a walk-in, they will always take them no matter the upcoming appointments and people who took the time to call ahead will wait, and never be on the same time as the friends/family they come with. This salon is NEVER EVER GETTING ANY MONEY FROM US. Bande de voleurs…

Payé 60$ pour une pédicure Shellac. Vraiment du vol. Le panneau d'affichage des prix est incompréhensible. Très déçue. Le service ne vallait pas le prix

Très mauvais service, Il ont de la misère à communiquer. Ils sont zéro professionnel il font juste parler dans leur langue, aucune courtoisie. Le prix trop chère est le service est à zéro. 1e fois j’ai été le monsieur qui travail là ne sais définitivement pas faire des ongles. 2e fois j’ai été enlever mes ongles avec la madame.je lui dit qu’elle me fais mal! Et elle trouve sa drôle! Et elle a arracher mon vrai ongle au complet! Plus jamais! Plus pire expérience!
