Super expérience! Endroit paisible et confortable avec de la musique de relaxation et netflix sur les télés. Staff très attentionné et délicat. Travail impeccable. J’y suis allé pour un remplissage des ongles. J’ai beaucoup apprécié les attentions particulières à la fin dont un petit massage des mains. Je suis sortis de là complètement détendue. Je recommande fortement.

I can’t remember the last time that I’ve got such good service at a nail salon. So much so, that I started doing my own gel manicures. I decided to go to Ongle Lili after a colleague told about her great experience there. Well…I’m not disappointed. From the moment I entered the salon, they greeted me very nicely. Also, the salon is very clean and calm. I will definitely go back there. N. B. I only did a pedicure so I have no comments on the manicure service.

I've been going here for quite some time but my last appointment would be my last. First and for most, everytime I take an appointment I choose who I want the appointment with. Three quarter of the time, it's not that person doing my nails. Why have the option to book with someone if I'm going to have two other people working on my nails while that person is there working on someone else's nails? Another thing that is frustrating is that one person shapes my nails and another applies the gel, and it's never the same person, every appointment is a different person applying my color. I usually don't say anything, although it bothers me very much, but If a person is not available, we shouldn't have the option to book the appointment. Anyway, never said a thing but my last appointment was a mess. I got my nails done on Saturday, and it looks like I need a refill, less than a week later. My gel has bubbles inside and the sides are very poorly applied, the gel was also applied far from my cuticles which make it look like I got my nails done two weeks prior. Very disappointing experience, unfortunately, I won't be going back. '

I've been a loyal customer for over a year, but my recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed. Within the span of two weeks, I had to visit the salon twice to repair cracked nails, which were a result of their work. To make matters worse, during my last visit, a staff member shouted at me in front of everyone, simply because I was communicating with another employee about the color number I wanted. This type of behavior was disrespectful and uncalled for.

As a long-time client, I expected better customer service and a higher level of professionalism. To my surprise, not only did they not take responsibility for their mistakes, but they even charged me for fixing the cracked nail that was clearly their fault.

I hope this review serves as constructive feedback to the management of your salon, highlighting the need for improved customer service and more consistent quality in their work. As someone who has supported their business for quite some time, I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Gros voleur 74$ pour une pedicure mal faite qui a pris dejas une heure Alors Non Merci pour votre petit massage! Mais le prix est abuser demander avant de booker un service! Il y a assez de place dans la région qu’on peut facilement trouver mieux!

Employés serviables, gentils et attentionnés. La musique d'ambiance est tellement paisible, je m'endors toujours dans la chaise de massage pendant ma pédicure. Local très propre et frais, ça sent bon. En plus, ils font jouer des classiques sur Netflix en même temps, j'adore. Leur travail est minutieux et réussi. Je recommande et y retournerais sans hésitation.

Cet endroit est de loin le meilleur à Laval pour en avoir essayer plus d’un, et étant une grande perfectionniste moi même, je considère le travail de ce salon impeccable!

Je suis allée avec ma meilleure amie, ma mère et ma fille de 3 ans. Nous avons toute été très satisfaite. Les employées étaient toute très gentille et que dire de la propriétaire qui a fait une jolie manucure a ma fille. Merci beaucoup

Amazing salon, got my nails and pedicure done there today! I felt like in heaven. They massage, scrub, exfoliate your feet, use hot lava stones, and paraffin treatment! They also have massage chairs, and you can enjoy amazing back massage while they take care of your footsies I went for the first time, and will 1000% come back again and again!

Depuis + d'un an je vais à cet endroit, les 2 dernières fois ont été les DERNIÈRES. Remplissage fait le vendredi, samedi vernis écaille! Cliente perdue.

Meilleur spa pour ongles de loin! Et j’en ai essayé beaucoup. Rapides / efficaces et ont une grande variété de couleurs. L’endroit est impeccablement propre et on nous offre café ou bouteille d’eau. Je deviendrai cliente régulière!

Si tu souhaite avoir une manucure et une expérience désastreuse et bah je vous le conseille! Je suis allé faire un remplissage j ‘ ai commencé avec une esthéticienne puis une autre est venue me demander de changer de place, par la suite une deuxième a pris place pour s’occuper de moi au final y a un autre monsieur qui arrive pour me dire que finalement c’est lui qui va prendre soin de mes mains! Il applique une très fine couche du gel puis il me laisse attendre pour aller s’occuper d’une autre femme je ne vous Parle même pas de la qualité des produits ️ Bad gamme

Après m’avoir recommandé de faire du biogel sur mes mains (c’était supposément moins dommageant que le shelac), je n’ai jamais vue mes ongles aussi détruites! Ils utilisent des matériaux très cheap. Ils ont beaucoup d’amélioration à faire et ils devraient être plus à l’écoute des plaintes des clients et ne pas se montré hostiles.

I had high expectations but to be honest it was the worst manicure and gel i have ever done! They started cracking after 5 days only and the manicure was not close to good! So sad!

I went to get my nails done for the first time with my best friend. My nail artist did a horrible job, knew it and let me go like that. I only noticed when i was paying how uneven and really not well done my nails were. My best friend had no problem, her nail artist did an excellent job compared to mine. These are gel nails. So she messed up my nails before putting them in the machine and didn't do anything to fix it after. Really bad experience especially for the price I paid (i also tipped) and it was the day of my show so i had no time to fix what she had done. I could've done them better at home which is really frustrating that I paid for that. Anyways maybe I was unlucky, but that doesn't make me want to come back there.

The place is very nice and clean but not happy with the pedicure. First of all they cut one of my toes around the cuticle to the point it was bleeding, the color they applied was not the one I had chosen, my toes were under the dryer for 45 minutes, I was wearing sandles and the polish still smudged. Cost was over $50 with the tip and definitely not worth it.

Done via online booking. Locale is pristine, staff is polite, professional, and very good at what they do. Communication as to services you are having done very confusing. Pedi was one of the best I had. Though very $$, and tech smudged my big toe, should have removed polish, & reapplied instead of covering it up. For a 90$ pedi, least they could have done.

Pédicure super relaxante! Manicure Gel bien aussi. Ils offrent le café, l'endroit est très beau et calme.

4.5 Amazing every time I go for mani-pedis. Clean place, respectful staff. Decent prices. Service a bit slow, but they compensate in quality. 9/10 would recommend.

I had an appointment on Jan 12 for a manicure. The nails started peeling off after two days. She fixed them on the 19th as they were closed the day before and they couldn’t see me. They fixed them at no charge. However, two days later, on the 21st, the nails started peeling off like stickers once again. I called them, they said to come in and the girl on the phone said I would not be responsible. Once I was seated, she told me I would be charged for it. Besides charging me for something that is clearly a lack of quality of the product, the owner was also very rude - and it seems to be a regular comment by many reviewers.

By the way, my nails started chipping again after I did them 4 days ago. Clearly very cheap products being used. NEVER going back there again.

The technician was very rude, I think her name was Lili. I wanted to know what were the steps for manicure/ biogel and she replied: it’s my job I know what I’m doing. It’s the first time I receive such a bad manicure, she was over cutting the cuticles and the shape of my nails was uneven. After a week, the nail polish started to ship from the top and nails were breaking. Such a bad technique + she doesn’t know how to clean the nails. Usually nails need to be cut/filed/cleaned (cuticles) and last step is applying the product/nail polish. Not forgetting to mention that it’s overpriced.

Best pedicure service all around - nails, massage, and service. Truly professional and great at their job. However, I could not say the same about their manicure or nail extension service. I found they made the nail look fake - it pops up, it’s too think and it’s not perfectly filed (and that’s not because I had short nails to begin with as I had a similar service elsewhere -different country- that turned out much better). But I’ll let you be the judge.
Bottom line is, I would only highly recommend for pedicure.

I really loved this place and it's really clean.but my acrylic has bumps, lumps and started to chip. And I did them 4 days ago.and paid 55$.

I had an appointment for manicure and pedicure.
I waited for almost half an hour before someone starts with my manicure. Not even 24h and the manicure started to pull off as it was very thick.
They were in a hurry because of the closing, dropped the manicure once on me and didn’t bother to fix.
Don’t take appointments if you cannot give your client their time.
Very unprofessional especially when it costs you 80$

Ongles plus cheap que sa pis on crève je comprends pas pourquoi il y a encore des femmes qui vont la bas plus leur shellac et gel son de qualité 0. Même quand tu paye cash ils chargent des taxes. Plus jamais

Honestly just a really good spot. The staff are very kind and they do an amazing job. I'm a particular fan of the massage chairs while getting a pedicure. Highly recommend.

Meilleure expérience pour une pédicure, elles prennent le temps, te masse, elles sont minutieuse, chaleureuse, te demande constamment si tu veux qqchose à boire, si tu attend elle te propose de te faire masser par la chaise massante. De loin, le meilleur service j’ai eu!

Cleanest, most professional nail salon I have ever been to. Comparable to a high end spa. Covid measures in place yet enjoyable experience. Pedicures offer hot lava stones rubbed under your feet and legs. Manicures are beautifully done and hand massage. Staff is fluent in three languages. A definite thumbs up from me.

Hands down the BEST pedicure ever. My feet have never been this spoiled before. Super clean salon, no hésitation. Lili and Rouby are amazing nail techs. Booking appointments online makes it super easy and accessible. Highly recommend. It will be my new regular
