Ongles Luisants

I came in to do a pedicure the lady who did my nails cut me 2 times (didn't say sorry or anything) for the price it was im not happy spending over 50+tip for her to give me an ingrown nail NEVER AGAIN! Had her head phones in all along! Also my appointment was at 9: 30 i got there at 9: 26 no one was there they got here at 9: 30 and started cleaning the mopping as if they didn't have clients waiting! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Nails are usually pretty but always a bit crooked. Don’t plan anything for at least 3 hours after that because they take too many clients at once and do 3/4 at the same time. Appointment was at 10: 30 with a friend, I passed at 11: 15 and they started her nails at 11: 45, it is now 1pm and her nails have no nail polish yet. We’ve been here for MORE than 2 hours. To add to all of that, one of my nails is visibly crooked and the polish for the French tips isn’t even. DO NOT rely on the appointment time they give you. They will take more time and start your appointment later. I’ve been there a few times and it’s the same thing every time.

N’essayez pas les couleurs claires ou transparentes… on repassera sur la shape. Ongles fins mais 5 couches de vernis gâchent tout.

2h pour une nouvelle pose et resultat deplorable. La forme et longeur de chaque ongle etait differente et vernis mal mis. De plus le vernis depassait sur la peau sur touts les ongles…

Tried this place few times now and I’m always extremely satisfied, I think I finally found my spot!
She always takes the time to make my nails perfect, listens thoroughly to what I like/want and pays attention to details.

Tam and Tee are super nice, they both were able to do what we wanted based on inspiration pictures! I went with my boyfriend and he love his first nail spa experience. We will be back for sure!

Great place! I lOVE T. She's the owner, who always has time and place everytime when I call last minute.
We have great chats, and laughs with her staff and clients.

Ma 2eme fois ici et je suis très satisfaite. Elles respectent les heures de rdv (parfois un très petit retard, sans plus) et le résultat de mes ongles est superbe. Elle est très attentionnée et soucieuse du détail. Je recommande fortement.

Ma toute première expérience avec Ongles Luisants. J'y suis allée après une manucure complètement ratée dans un autre salon. Tam a pu sauver mes ongles, la forme est parfaite et la pose du vernis gel impeccable. Le resultat final est vraiment tres beau!
