"J'ai eu une mauvaise expérience dans ce salon. La dame qui m'a fait les ongles était têtue et n'écoutait pas ce que je disais. Mes ongles sont mal finis. J'ai demandé qu'elle lime mes ongles, mais elle ne voulait pas. J'ai demandé une couleur blanche, et elle a mis du beige. Après que j'ai réclamé, elle m'a dit que si elle changeait la couleur, je devrais payer. Les photos montrent la mauvaise finition. De plus, le monsieur à l'accueil n'a même pas essayé de demander quel était mon problème. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans ce salon. " Les photos montre une seule journée qui passe seulement

I was a loyal client for so many years I can’t even remember when I started to go to this place. Whenever they double booked, I was always compliant, but today I had an appointment (and it was the only one I could attend to as I have a very busy life) and when I called regarding something else, the owner (with whom I had my booking) wrongly booked my appointment and had other people booked during my time. I was already on my way there and she never even thought to call when I didn’t show up in the alleged hour. She didn’t seem to care much and didn’t even care that she just lost a loyal customer. Companies only thinking about the money clients can bring them and not actually caring for them do not deserve my business.

Meilleur service à la clientèle par Van pour la prise de rendez-vous et Fily pour les ongles. Très douée, propre et professionnelle. Je recommande Fily à tous. Cliente depuis 1 an et demi.

Personnel très gentil et poli, pendant la séance la personne qui s’occupait de moi s’assurait que j’aime le motif, la forme et la couleur qu’elle m’appliquait! Je vais revenir à cet endroit c’est assuré!

Médiocre. Ongles cassés par la technicienne pendant le travail et sa collègue qui prend en mains la suite et au final un vernis permanent qui n’a pas tenue une semaine sans parler de la finition.

J’y suis aller pour la première aujourd’hui puisque j’étais loin de mon salon habituel et que je me suis cassé deux ongles hier en essayant d’ouvrir une chaudière de cornichon La photo avec les ongles blanc était dans l’état mes ongles/doigts était avant mon rendez-vous. Elle a tellement bien limé, qu’elle a limé ma peau en même temps. Pour la couleur/design ce n’est pas exactement comme je l’avais imaginé, mais je lui donnes quand même, je suis tout de même satisfaite. Par contre les 2 faux ongles qu’elle a ajouté était plus long que les autres. Je lui ai mentionné de les raccourcir un peu. Elle m’a dis qu’il était de la même longueur que les autres et qu’elle n’avais pas finis. Elle a tout de même raccourcis un peu plus à ma demande, mais on peut tout de même voir le résultat final où je compares mes anciens et le nouveau. La seule fois où j’ai parler s’était pour la longueur et elle tirer fortement ma main vers elle en étant très bête. Timide et réservé comme je suis je n’ai plus rien dis jusqu’à la fin. 65$ pour 2 ongles, un remplissage et du vermis pour les curieux. 10$ de tips donc 75$. Je vous laisse vous faire vos avis, mais personnellement je n’y retournerai pas!

J'ai adoré mes ongles Vicky à fait un magnifique travail, je recommende fortement, elle est douce, avec les mais elle prends sois bien de tout!

J'ai choisi ce salon pensant que les services y seraient excellents en me basant sur les commentaires que j'avais lus en ligne. Pourtant, mon expérience était médiocre. J'ai fréquenté plusieurs salons de manucure et il s'agissait de la pire expérience que j'ai eue. Je me suis sentie jugée et non accueillie chaleureusement dès mon arrivée. On m'a fait attendre 30 minutes avant de commencer ma manucure alors que j'avais un RDV et que je m'étais présentée pile à l'heure. Ma technicienne a arrêté ma manucure à plusieurs reprises pour parler au téléphone ou pour parler avec une autre employée pendant plusieurs minutes, de sorte que ma manucure au gel qui prend habituellement 45 minutes à faire ailleurs a pris 1h15 ici, sans compter le 30 minutes d'attente au début. Quand la technicienne m'a demandé si je m'étais fait faire les ongles ailleurs il y a quelques semaines j'ai répondu « oui » et elle a fait une expression désapprobatrice. En plus, la technicienne ne semblait pas savoir comment enlever ma précédente manucure dipping powder (elle a commencé à gratter pour enlever le dipping powder à l'aide d'un faux ongle, ce qui était douloureux!) donc j'ai dû lui expliquer comment faire. Au final, ma manucure au bio gel (je ne sais même pas si elle a vraiment utilisé cette sorte, j'en doute) était jolie mais manquait de raffinement. Compte tenu du temps que j'ai perdu à attendre et de la qualité des services, je ne recommande pas du tout et n'y retournerai plus.

Fily is the sweetest! She asked lots of question to find the best type of manicure for me. Fast and efficient but the quality of the job was great!

Aujourd'hui c'était ma première à ce salon pour une manucure et pédicure et sûrement pas la dernière. Le propriétaire courtois et gentil. M'a orienté vers ce salon vu qu'il n'avait pas de rendez vous dans son autre salon.

They did a horrible job with my nails. They weren’t the same length, they were very thick and bumpy, the lines are disgusting and not straight at all. And when I tried saying something they got mad and gave attitude.

Today was my first visit and definitely the last. The worst mani pedi i have ever had. The technician didn't even know how to file my toenails, it's uneven, she didn't remove the cuticles and the way she applied the nail polish was horrible.

This was my first time going to this salon and the last.

When i called to make my appointment i asked how much it was to do a full set (with tip) and was told 50$.

When i got there, before the nail tech started i asked one more time how much it was as I’d taken out 60$ -10 for tip.

She told me 52$+tx.

Right away i though the 60$ would not be enough to leave tip but figured i could explain at the front at the end of my nails and thought they’d wave the tax since i was paying cash and also since every other nail salon i have ever gone to would not charge tax if you paid cash.

The nail tech was lovely and we made nice conversation the entire time.

I go to the front to pay and i am greeted by a man and woman which i presume are the owners.
The man tells me it’s 52$+tax which total to 59$ and some change.

I explain to him that when i called i was told it was 50$ and that i had taken out cash to pay + tip, he turns to his wife or partner or whoever she was and proceeds to tell her i was given the wrong information.

She abruptly interrupts her phone conversation and with the most demeaning and aggressive manner turns to me, waves the phone in my face and tells me with disgust “everywhere is +tx” turns around and continues with her phone conversation.

I felt so embarrassed, so humiliated and attacked.

I was not at all agressive or mean when i spoke to the man, i was simply trying to explain that someone was giving the wrong price over the phone and that i had taken out cash and thought they’d wave the tax but her reaction made me so uneasy and uncomfortable and taken me aback so much i couldn’t even speak.

I gave the 60$, had to use my card to leave tip because i didn’t think it was fair to penalize the nail tech for this miss communication but because of this and the way she acted and looked at me i will never again be going back, i do not feel comfortable stepping back into this establishment.

I would like to note that if I could give more than 5 stars on this review, I would give unlimited golden stars.

If you’re looking for a high-end ambiance along with celebrity pampering I highly recommend Everyone is so kind and original.
Amazing service, The owner and employees really stand by the quality of their work.
The salon is absolutely stunning and modern.

Don’t go here, I’m sorry to say but that was horrible service. I may have gotten a nail tech that it was her first time.she filed my nails and fingers down to the point where my FINGERS ARE BLEEDING and then put alcohol ON IT! I was crying it hurt so much

One of the greatest one place to get your nails done. Been going there for months now. All the girls are nice. The place is nice and clean. You feel welcomed appointment or no appointment.

This is my second visit visiting this salon. Both times Vicky has done a beautiful gel manicure with a full set. Today I went for my refill. One of the most loveliest women and such a gentle human. She is so amazing at what she does an extremely meticulous with her work. My hands look so beautiful and so well manicured. I highly recommend her because she is absolutely fantastic!

Très propre et belle décoration. Cependant le service est mauvais. Désagréable et les filles parlent entres-elles et rient. Pas très professionnel De plus mes ongles se dédoublent et ce n'est que 3 jours après.
