I’ve been going there for over 8 years on and off. The price point is great, quality too. The ladies here are nice, clean and make sure they protect your nails. Would not go anywhere else for good everyday nails.

Manque d’organisation évident dans ce salon. Depuis plus d’un an que je vais l’as bas, je n’ai pas été traité correctement aujourd’hui en tant que cliente. J’ai attendu 1 heure pour qu’au final la gérante fait passer des clients qui sont arrivés après moi avant moi. Vraiment un manque de respect. Je ne mettrai plus les pied dans cette établissement. Vraiment scandaleux. Je n’ai même pas pu au final faire ce que j’étais venu faire après 1 h d’attente.

I got acrylics from somewhere else and was very disappointed. I went there hoping they could help correct the shape of my nails growing upwards. The last spot did a very bad job and they were on a terrible angle. I showed the tech and asked her if she could do something about it. I got a whole new set and they are PERFECT. If you have ski slope type nails, just tell the tech you want them corrected, the owner is really good at it. I was worried about the removing of the old set because I read in the reviews they would just rip it off!? !? They did but it's actually not painful and was kinda interesting to watch. Anyway I love my new set and the shape is just right. If you are not in a hurry, this is a great spot. I payed 50$ for the whole thing which is surprisingly inexpensive for good nails in the city.

I went to this salon today and i had a great experience at a very good price for my acrylic nails! The staff was welcoming & professional, would recommend + its at 5min from metro berry Uqam

Pas du tout professionnelles. Elles ne prennent pas le temps de s'occuper de vous, Et sautent de chaise en chaise pour aller chez plusieurs clients à la fois. Tout est fait à une vitesse d'éclair. Je déconseille

Ruined my nails by dunking them in strong nail polish remover. Literally in a bowl … with the masks and the partition I couldn’t smell it until it was too late. My nails have since become brittle and broken. I’d rather pay MORE and get good quality service than someone who has no idea how to do something other than basic painting.

I’ve always had lovely polished and fairly long nails. This lady has completely messed up my nails. Not recommended at all. Please pay a professional $5 more and get them done right.

This place is the best! Cheap, quick, pleasant and they always do an amazing job. I go here all the time and the ladies are so nice you they take everyone at any time and are super quick and I always walk away so happy. The manicures hold up really well too

Last time I went the girl who did my nails was so rude to me I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else. My nails were nice tho but the service is so bad.

J'ai mis le gel manucure et pédicure, un jour après j'ai des petits trous qui ont apparu sur l'ensemble de mes ongles, en plus du service à la clientèle qui reste à désirer, très mauvaise expérience. Établissement pas professionnel!

Disappointed. Le service était bon avant mais la qualité a vraiment baissé. Ils sont pressés et mal appliqués. Ils ont aussi changé leurs vernis pour des beaucoup plus cheap qui ne tiennent pas. Mes ongles sont déjà abîmés dès le 1er jour. Je ne reviendrais malheureusement plus.

One of the worst places I've been too. I went there to just color my nails. After a few weeks I noticed that I couldn't get the color off and as it turns out they have applied gellish without my consent so I went back to get them removed. The esthetician used an electrical tool a buffer to remove the color, my once strong long nails became thin as paper and they were hurting me for weeks. He ruined my nails. There is also an important language barrier. Plus the place is dirty. This business should be closed down!

J’ai donné 4 étoiles il y’a 2 ans, ca a changer et je ne reviendrai plus a ce salon après avoir été fidèle pendant plusieurs années.

Ils ont laisser un jeune garçon s’entraîner sur mes ongles, qui ne savait clairement pas ce qu’il fesait et me font payer le plein prix.

Certaines employées sont malpolies et parlent entre eux. Qui sait si elle parle de toi? Malaise et pas professionnel.

L’endroit n’est pas tres hygiénique non plus.

My experience here was really bad. I reserved an appointment on the phone and clarified many times that I had never gotten acrylic nails before so I would need some guiding with the prices and styles. I arrived to my appointment and told the lady once more that I wanted the basic regular 30$ acrylic nails. She gave me the colour choices and I chose a light blue. She goes ahead to style the nails and I notice that 2 of them are crooked so I asked her if it was possible to fix them but she just filed them a little more, making them even more uneven. It’s time to pay and she finally tells me the total is 45$ instead of the 30$ nails I had clearly asked for. I asked her why 45$ when I had asked for the regular 30$ acrylics nails and she said that the colour I picked was gel and the cost for that is 45$. She didn’t mention that to me when I chose my colour because I believed (having never gotten my nails done before) that she would show me the colour that went with the regular acrylic nails price point. Why show me the gel colours if I didn’t ask for gel. I was seriously disappointment and felt scammed because I wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference between regular and gel on my own and expected them to tell me that what I chose was in fact gel. I was extremely clear about what I wanted and mentioned the price of it as well to avoid any confusion. Paying 45$ + tip for those nails was not worth it because they were crooked and uneven. Furthermore, they only accept cash which is pretty inconvenient. Now I still decided to be positive and still tipped her very well for the service. She said that gel lasts way longer so I thought that okay, at least that’s one positive point of this whole experience. The nail polish started to chip and fall off after just 10 days and I had taken very good care of my nails. Overall a very bad experience, I was scammed and the quality wasn’t even good.

Best value for best quality. My nails can last me a month if it weren't for the length growing too long! The owner is wonderful, kind and accommodating. They offer so much customization; matte finish, chrome finish on any base color. They accept walk-ins and finish in record time, you can easily get your nails done on a lunch break. LOVE this place!

Le travail est extrêmement mal fait, ils collent des faux ongles à la glue extra forte directement sur nos vrais ongles, pour me les enlever ils me les ont arrachés sans même les faire ramollir avec un produit, sans même les limer. Ils les ont enlevé en passant un faux ongle sous mes ongles collés pour me les retirer, je suis ressortie avec mes vrais ongles déchirés, à ras la peau, à vif. Ça a été une réelle souffrance. Je déconseille vraiment de se rendre dans ce salon. C’est honteux.

Bon rapport qualité prix, j'y vais toutes les 2-3 semaines pour une manucure shellac, seul bémol la qualité du service n'est pas toujours la même selon l'employé.

Service vraiment rapide et pas cher! 40$ manicure et pédicure. 70$ pour le shellac ça vaut le détour!

I've been coming here for 3 years to do my nails and always leave completely satisfied! As a waitress, I use my hands a lot, yet my nails still look good after 3 weeks. These ladies are quick, efficient and do nails beautifully. I highly recommend them.

Cela va faire maintenant 3 semaines que j'ai fais une manicure-pedicure gel shellac et je dois dire que je suis tres impressionnee par la durabilite et qualite de mes ongles! Malgre que je suis maintenant du pour un remplissage, a cause de la repousse, mes ongles sont toujours impeccables!

It has now been 3 weeks since I had a shellac manicure-pedicure done, and I have to say that I am very impressed by the durability and quality of my nails! Even though I am due for a refill, because of the growing of the root, my nails are still on point!

Je suis cliente de ce salon depuis plusieurs année pour mes faux ongles mais depuis quelques temps ils ya certain employés moins bons qui ce pratique sur les client et qui m’ont fait mal, saignée à plusieurs reprises. De plus il yen as qui son assé impolit. Donc tu paye le meme pris pour des ongles mal fait par un débutant. L’Endroit n’est pas très propre non plus et ils ne lavent pas les instruments entre les clients. Je ne conseil vraiment pas.

Cet endroit est souvent recommandé dans le top 5 des manucures cheap à Montréal et il ne devrait pas … Oui l’application d’une manucure gel est cheap mais à contrepartie vous avez:

1/des conditions d’hygiène à revoir: les instruments sont des fois lavés en quelques secondes par le fils de la patronne au lieu d’être correctement stérilisées

2/Une application souvent rushé, trop épaisse dont la qualité varie beaucoup dépendant de la personne

3/Les ongles limés avec des formes différentes sur une même main

4/La manucure gel qui est enlevée incorrectement (les doigts sont trempées dans de l’acétone et le reste et enlevés avec comme on enlève des faux ongles, ce qui en plus de ne pas être hygiénique fragilise les ongles)

5/Peu de choix de couleurs et des marques cheap

Y aller seulement quand on a vraiment pas le choix.

Bon service, mes ongles sont toujours beaux et durent toujours plus de 3 semaines si ce n'était pas de la repousse. Je recommande la propriétaire, car elle est plus professionnelle que certaines, mais au final on sort toujours satisfaite. Point fort: c'est beaucoup plus rapide qu'à beaucoup d'endroits à Montréal.

Came in. Said hello. Sat down and waited at least 30 minutes. No one asked why I was here and what I wanted done. It wasn't very full so I figured I could wait a little. I didn't have an appointment because I was visiting from out of town but they do take walk in. After I'd waited so long more and more people started coming in and they had appointments. I realized that I wouldn't be able to get my nails done (which is okay) but it would have been nice to be greeted and told that they had more people coming in with appointments and they couldn't take walk ins or that the wait would be very long before they could take me. I guess that's too much to ask. Not good customer service in my opinion.

Saw all the good reviews and gave it a shot. TOTAL MISS. I am incredibly disappointed and annoyed for wasting $70. Just came out. Worst shellac/mani/pedi I have had. The painting is lumpy and uneven, and so badly done, I just scratched my nephew with the rough edges.
Furthermore, she painted shellac ON my skin, didn’t clean it, and the clear coat of shellac is also on my skin.only realized it later. So much for “relaxing” on the chair.and to finish, she calls the kid (I’d guess he’s 12-13yo) to apply oil and do the hand massage. Incredibly uncomfortable. Absolutely NEVER going back.

Not bad, but not great either. I walked in for a regular mani-pedi and they were able to see me right away (they do appointments too). They have great prices but seem a bit rushed even when it's quiet. The technician was a bit rough and cut my toe, not deeply but still a bit careless for my liking. Some things would make it better, for example if they filed my nails straight (most of them they did crooked and I fixed on my own at home), they don't polish to the base of your nail so there's a strange gap at the bottom and you come away looking as if it's already growing out. They also don't seem to like you to test a colour on your own nails, they will happily dab some on their nails or gloves but it can be tricky to tell if it works with your skin tone, but the technicians are nice enough. Don't forget it's cash only, so stop by an ATM first.

Très mauvaise expérience. La personne qui s'est occupé de moi n'était clairement pas bien formée et m'a fait mal à plusieurs reprises. Malehureux puisque la propriétaire fait bien son travail. Si ses employés avaient son niveau d'expertise, l'endroit vaudrait peut-être la peine.

I love coming to Ongles Pro. Lyn and her employees do such a great job with my mani’s and pedi’s. I’m always in and out very quickly with well manicured nails and feet. Whenever I’m undecided on my nail colour, Lyn will choose for me and I always love it!

I never write a review but I had to share my experience. My regular nail salon that I go to was full therefore I came here. What a mistake! My appointment was at 11am. I got there ahead of time and still had to wait. They knew it was for a nail refill but asked me to go sit down where you get pedis? ! The lady was nice but did a horrible job. I asked for coffin and to have my nails very squared at the end. They were very round. The nail polish color is nice but started to come off after a week and was not applied properly starting from the top of the cuticle. There was a big space in between and was not applied in a nice circular shape. The polish did not reach the end of the side of my nails either and isn't cut straight either. At the end the cuticle oil was applied to my nail.and not the cuticle. The other place I go to is fantastic and looks exactly like this one. It isn't a fancy franchise or upscale place so I thought the result would have been the same. VERY SLOPPY AND DISAPPOINTED. Pls let me know if you have had the same experience.

Avoid! The lady cut my toe in 2 places and I got an infection from what I assume was dirty instruments. Shellac manicure started chipping after only 4 days and the polish on my toes didn’t last more than 2 days before chipping when usually regular polish lasts over 2 weeks.

Can get very busy so be sure to make an appointment. Staff work very quickly and expertly. Underside of my acrylics are a little rough but looks perfect from the front. Satisfied.

The quality of service is really great! It's quite inexpensive but they still work nicely. I got mani + shellac and it was 30 (wowww). The many was great. The application of shellac could have been better but it's no like ugly.
