Manque de professionnalisme
M’a blessé j’ai dis à plusieurs reprise qu’elle limait mon doigt que ça devait être coller …. Il y avait un pique en arrière qui piquait mon doigt ça l’a tout pris pour qu’elle l’enleve en roulant les yeux elle a parler à sa collègue dans une langue inconnu et elle m’a parler bêtement comme si je demandais la lune ……. Elle était tellement désagréable et j’avais vraiment l’impression qu’elle parlais contre moi …. Elle a renversée près de moi son acétone … j’ai du retourné car mon ongle n’étais pas là même longueur que les autres! Elle me répétais sans cesse ok la ok la? J’ai du lui dire regarde …. Après une autre est venu et elle m’a également mal parlé et je me suis fâchée j’ai dit après sont 5 iemme ok la enlève moi le je vais aller ailleurs si t’es pas capable de me respecter … j’ai fais un ongle! Ça m’a pris une pratiquement une heure! 10$ un ongle une heure à être mal alaise à avoir un ongle symétrique au autre sans saigner du doigt…. Aller ailleurs sérieux

N’allez surtout pas là! My God c’est horrible et terrible! Incompétence, incivilité, aucun professionnalisme.
Elles abîment vos ongles, elles ont des problèmes mentaux et elles vous manquent de respect. Je n’avais jamais vu cela. En plus, ils sont racistes. C’est grave! Ils vont fermer!

Avoid this place, they are doing their job heavily, all of them looks like so tired, frustrated and just able to walk hardly, no smile at all, bad attitude, in addition, no complete job, no cream, message or even transparent topic after Manicure and Padicure - Woman was putting her headphone and keep talking by her language all the time she was doing my hand, she kept chit chat over the phone while working, without concentrating of what she is doing, I spent with them 2 hours and half. I just wanted to finish and go from this negative place

J’ai appelé en fin d’après midi et ils ont été en mesure de me donner un rdv dernière minute. Une jeune fille super sympathique qui m’a fait ma pédicure! Je suis satisfaite. Les commentaires face aux manucures ne sont vraiment pas recommandable mais pour les pédicures, je ne suis pas à ma première expérience mais j’ai toujours été satisfaite.

Ça fait des années que je me fais faire les ongles là-bas et je suis toujours satisfaite! Première manucure française cette fois! Belle expérience! Je recommande!

Ma copine est revenue de là en pleurant les ongles tout scrap les mains plein dacetone la fille à été bête toute le long avec elle l'obstinai que c'était sa quelle avais demandé alors que pas du tout tout sa pour quasiment 100$ bref horrible experience je recommande à personne

Pire place naportez pas votre femme las bas.pire ongles sur la terre. La technicienne éfronté etc etc (1star)

Je vais à ce salon deux fois par mois et j'adore le résultat. Celle qui fait mes ongles de mains s'appelle Mi et elle offre toujours un excellent service. J'ai aussi été servie par Lam pour une pédicure et mes ongles d'orteil sont restés beaux pendant très longtemps! Je recommande ce salon sans aucun doute.

One of the best salon in Longueuil, staffs are really friendly and kind, good service with normal cost. Very hygienic and beautiful. MUST VISIT

I had an appointment. I showed up for the appointment 10 minutes earlier. I was told to sit. I waited. Then the man said I did not have an appointment. Moments later a woman “manager” rifled through the schedule agenda and said I did not have one either. He said then moments after that I needed the appointment card as proof. Well I went to my car feeling humiliated, retrieved it and returned. I went up to him and said “ Is this your handwriting? Do you see the appointment and the time clearly written? ” In a very timid voice “yes” was he reply. I looked at him and said” I won’t be needing an appointment now and tore the card in half and walked out of the salon.
I did apologize to the woman who was suppose to do my mani/pedi though.

Arrived to my appointment for bikini wax, manicure and pedicure only to be told that they can't do the bikini wax. The said the technician not there but yet I had an appointment! I told the lady why wouldnt they call me so I can reschedule? She said sorry, didint know. DIDINT KNOW WHAT? I said I didint want anything from them and left. Never going back again, waste of time. No respect.

The service is good. The technicians are clean and friendly. They can go a bit to quickly when busy. I find it's always best to schedule an appointment and not just drop in.

The selection of colors and services is diverse and great. The environment is nice and welcoming and the staff is also welcoming and inviting.

Very rude and took my credit card so disrespectfully and she threw it back just because I didn’t have cash….

Les ongles étaient assez bien faits mais lorsque j’ai voulu payer avec ma carte de crédit on m’a avisé qu’on me chargeait 15% de plus chose qu’on ne m’a jamais avisé. Jamais un marchand ne m’a chargé 15% parce que je payais avec une carte de crédit! C’est p-e même illégal.
