Worst experience. Gel polish’s quality is bad. The gel polish lasted 3 days only.

Not happy with the owner’s behaviour. He was getting paid for that, still made me feel like I’m there for free services. Didn’t want to do the design I asked for, first he said it’s ugly design. I convinced it’s ok I still want it. Then he said he doesn’t know how to. Then he did the same and said I’ll charge extra for that. He wasn’t sure about his mood of whether he should do or not. They want people to pay and leave without getting services I think.

I wanted to try a new salon and my first experience at royal spa was not pleasant. They gave me a different price before and then after a while when filing my nails they mentioned it would cost more which was not mentioned before and were rushing me to choose a color. I wanted to add a design of just an initial on my nail and they were not able to do the design and told me not to do it as it’s ugly. This is something I really wanted and when they told me it’s ugly I felt embarrassed. My nails started lifting and I called them as they shouldn’t be lifting after 2 days, and they were not able to do anything about the situation. In the end literally all the nails completely fell out within 2 weeks. Very dissapointed and overpriced.

Never want to go again. One lady with thin eyebrows made my eyebrows and my eyebrows were thick and that lady made my eyebrows very thin

J'ai pris un rendez-vous pour deux personnes pour une pédicure. À mon arrivé, on me demande de patienter. Deux employées chargé des pédicures étaient occupées avec une cliente chacune & les employés venaient d'installer une dame qui a été rejoins peu de temps après par un homme. J'étais à l'heure pour mon rendez-vous. Voyant que j'attends 20 minutes sans être prise en charge, que les employées à la pédicure sont toujours occupées avec leur même deux clientes & qu'en plus ils installent deux autres clients pour une pédicure qui ne sont pas encore servit, j'ai tout simplement quitté. Le salon était quand même occupé, plusieurs femmes au comptoir de manucure. Bref, j'ai pris rendez-vous exactement pour éviter ce genre de situation advenant le cas qu'ils soient occupés. Si le salon n'est pas pour respecter leur rendez-vous alors dîtes aux futurs clients que c'est SANS rendez-vous & seulement du walk in.

My daughter just went there to get her nails done. She asked at the beginning how much it was. They told her 65$ then at the en d they charge her 80dollars. She is 16 and she didn’t know what to do so she paid.
They clearly stole money in her face.
I called to ask the price and the manager, she said her name was Ann told me that the cost of acrylic with French tips were 55max.
Then when I told her what happen she started to say that if they are long they charge more and if so and so
Adding to make it to 80
Clearly that is not normal.
She doesn’t speak English and her French is broke so I really think she did not totally understand me.
If someone goes to that place make sure to ask for prices before and be clear because they took advantage of my 16 years old

The best service i had ever. They treat and greet you with love. So i prefer to go and get your nails done. The location is appropriate. Its few steps from metro. Go girls get your nails done…

I've been coming here for a while now and have to say the quality is amazing. Staff is super friendly and very talented. My sets always last way over a month! This is my second refill but it feels and looks like a new set i love them!

I went to this place and my nail broke! I went back to fix it. The guy that was doing it didn’t do it correctly and I told him it wasn’t to my liking. So he asked the person that did my nails to do it which is the owner. This guy told me I was annoying and that I’d have to wait until 9pm to have my nail fixed because I shouldn’t come on a Friday for broken nail. I told him he saw me he could’ve told me that instead of me waiting and have him telling me because how should I know? ! He told me if ‘’I keep making noise” he’ll kick me out. I literally did not raise my voice and I’m pretty sure he said that because he was anticipating me doing that because I’m black. I just got up and left. Never ever raised my voice at him. It was the worst experience of my life at a nail salon because it was like gaslighting me to not speak. I wasn’t creaming!

Tried this place last week because I was unhappy with the last place I was going to. I was very pleased. The price the owner quoted on the phone was the price I was charged when I went there for a refill. Chau did a wonderful job and took the time to ask me if things were to my liking. She also compared one hand with the other to ensure the nails were consistent on both hands. She buffed my nails without me asking (very important). She also took the time to ensure the finishing was good and that there was no overrun of polish on my cuticles or skin. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I had to wait about 30 minutes and had made an appointment. This could be improved. Overall, I am very happy and will continue to go back as long as the service remains consistent. Thank you!

Long temps d’attente, staff pas très poli qui vous ajoute des coûts, résultats finale qui ne ressemble jamais à l’image. L’employé qui m’a fait mes ongles a utilisé mon téléphone pour signaler des avis négatifs sur leur entreprise en disant qu’il allait juste écrire un avis positif. Aussi, la base est très très mal faite et c’est un rose à la place d’un beige. Venez ici juste si vous avez un budget serré. Honnêtement pour 10$ de différence j’irai à un autre salon de meilleur qualité.

They didnt even give me what i asked for
i told them to give me a certain length of my acrylics and they gave me way shorter than i expected.i also asked for a design and they did not even say a word about and just didnt even do the design.i still love it and happy for what they did.

I was served by Nathalie great service and good price for shellac the salon was full and they stayed open after closure to finish my nails i will definitely come back

Favorite place to do my nails. Been going there for over 9yrs. New comfortable chairs and Cindi (my only go to nail tech) is still awesome. The prices has gone up as expected.

I haven't done my nails in such a long time and coming here is definitely the best choice I made! I came in without an appointment and they were tight on schedule but still gave me a spot. Super nice and super friendly workers. Definitely recommend the man, his focus on details were so precise to the image I showed him that I myself was surprised!

The worst experience EVER! Not only we had to wait for 40 minutes although we made an appointment ahead. The sanitary measures are terrible. I never saw the lady changing the supplies after the last customer. My shellac was not drying.not to mention that it was all over my toes. If you want to save your money and time stay away from this place

My cousin books me an appointment for the next day, they confirm, when I come in they ignored me, said I had no appointment, my cousin called and he denied everything. I understand the walk-in but he didn't even explain. Very unprofessional.

Service médiocre et cher. Aucun professionnalisme, en plus de laisser des poils encire à plusieurs place sur les jambes, aucun soucis du confort de la cliente et cher! Il a fallu lui demander de me mettre de l'huile sur les jambes parce que madame croyait que je partais avec les jambes collantes en plus de laisser tomber de la cire sur mon chandail! J'ai effectué une plainte au propriétaire et il se contente de me dire qu'il va parler à son employé! Plus jamais à cette place, une étoile c'est déjà généreux.

Avoid at all cost. I swear never had nails done so poorly! Had acrylic all over the sides and the lady had missed so many spots with the nail polish

I got my pedicure done twice at Ongle spa royal and will always be going there from now on. The staff are welcoming, friendly & professional, the space is lovely & very clean, the atmosphere is relaxing and the products used are good quality.

Always come here every 2 wks and my husband for pedi and footspa. People here are nice and Cindy made all my requested nail designs with no complains and been enjoying their services for almost 3 yrs now. Thank y'all and see you after 2 wks!

This business follows all covid preventative measures and is super professional and quick with service. I would recommend here to anyone looking to get a mani pedi as their prices are also really affordable!

Il y avait du retard malgré avec RV, les employés parlent entre eux en chinois, ils se chicane et critiquent aussi et oublient qu'on peux tout comprendre grâce à une simple application mobile. Ça rends l'expérience très désagréable. Dommage!

Staff was very unprofessional and rude, would not do my nails the way i wanted to and told me to just get over it because it is “okay”

If I could put 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional, my appointment was at 1: 00 p.m. And they started working on my nails at 1: 40 p.m. They didn't clean the dead skin of both my toes and fingers. Customer service is non existent. The nail technician, Liza, leaves and comes back every 5 minutes to work on my nails.
Another nail technician applied the french ombré on my nails and messed it up 4 times and ruined the nails with the acetone and told Liza that I'm the one messing them up. They were both very rude.
She did not fix the nails that were ruined.
At the end, the total was supposed to be 85$ (like it's shown on the website) but they made me pay 95$ while threatening me to cut the nails if I pay 85$ instead of 95$. Usually I don't like to leave bad reviews but this spa is terrible.
It's a total waste of time and money. I do not recommend at all.
It's the very first time I don't tip my nail technician.

I don’t usually get my toes done due to my ugly toes, but after this my toes could breathe freely and I feel more confident with wearing slippers. I would recommend this to others. Great experience!

Had great experience getting a pedicure (Gotta keep them feet clean!). Very clean service and very gentle. Whole store is very nice and welcoming will visit again when im in the area.

This salon has very fast and inexpensive service and your nails will come out very beautiful, I really recommend it if you are near Ville St-Laurent!

I went in on Sunday, I did not have an appointment. They said it was not a problem. First thing I noticed they do not use a liner in their foot soak tubs. Not very sanitary in my opinion. Second, they did not have those machines where they sanitize the work tools they use. Third, NO AC. Anyways, let's talk about the service, so I asked for a mani/ped. They placed me with this guy, newbie obliviously. He was slllooowww (slow), took him 1: 30 hr just
too do a pedicure, which was very frustrating. Needless to say I did not stay for the manicure. I will not be going back to this nail salon ever.
Note to the owner, please hire workers that at least speak French or English. Also, it is very impolite to talk anything other than French or English in front of your paying customers.
