Ongles Spa Stylate

The place was far from luxurious and chic. I was expecting some relaxing and calming time during my pedicure, but it was an unpleasant experience for sure!
The guy who did my pedicure seemed very reluctant and unwelcoming. He seemed in a rush the whole time and didn't ask if I needed something or so! Would not recommend this place at all! It was a waste of money for sure.

The best of the best! Lovely girls that do an amazing job! Always satisfied with the results. So welcoming and nice! Definitely recommend this place. I've been coming here for the past 7 years because they are so good at what they do. 10/10

Been going to this place for over 15 years! Never disappointed and if I ever needed a change to something, they were more than accommodating! They are always kind and willing to go the extra mile!

I have tried many nail salons and this is the only one I always end up going back to. The staff is so nice and my mother and I have been going to see Rasmey for years, she always takes the best care of us. She takes her time with my nails and makes sure each one is perfect and the exact way I like them, she’s truly amazing. Definitely recommend!

Crazy price.
Had a pedicure, the lady who did me needs lots of training. She cut my cuticles so deep my nails kept hurting me for two days. She cut my nails so short too and she kept filling them down which hurts more. Application was ok.

First impression was good, place looks clean and bright. Had a manicure and pedicure with two different people, had bleeding on one finger, day after most fingers and toes are puffy and red around the nails, two toe nails were cut so short they almost bled (quite painful as she cut), others have uneven length. When I pointed out the two toe nails were too short to ask if she could cut the others not so short (you could see the pink underneath) she looked at me as if I was unreasonable and said nothing. Painful and rough overall and bleeding is totally unacceptable.

I went to remove my outgrown acrylics and get a gel manicure and they completely destroyed my natural nails. The woman servicing me used the metal drill bit all the way to my natural nail to the point where I can see layers of my nail and also cut the cuticles that didn’t exist so I now have scabs around my nail. I will never go back here and now have to restart my natural nail growth from scratch thanks to the erroneous process that was used.

No respect of appointment time and what appears to be the Manager is rude and 0 customer service. Too bad for the wonderful ladies working there who are all smiles. She doesn't deserve them. I took my business somewhere else.

Have been going for years, great service, clean & very accommodating! Tried a couple of other places during Covid but never again! This is my go to!

I won’t recommend going on their busy hours. They don’t pay much attention to make your nails perfect they will just do without finishing and rush quickly.

I went to this salon often to get pedicures, manicures, and my eyelashes done. I called today to make an appointment for my lashes and was told that the lady who does lashes left a note refusing to do my lashes.

I always tipped, and to my knowledge we got along well, so I am very confused why service would be refused to a paying customer. I also promoted this salon when I competed nationally for the title of Miss Canada 2022.

I am absolutely disgusted and feel that this is a very poor way to do business. I will not be returning here again for any services, and I will be making sure to leave this review on other platforms so that women won’t suddenly be surprised when the eyelash technician they have seen for over a year suddenly leaves them in a tight spot right before a big event!

Edited: went back a second time for a refill this time but she suggested we do a new set because they looked rough (I didn’t argue because I knew i was overdue) they charged me a lot more this time than last and not even 1.5 weeks later, I have a nail that’s fallen off, and the others are unsticking…

Worst nail salon even been too. Rip off! Took advantage of my 15 yr old daughter and wanted to charge$70 for refill, said it cost this with extra.had heated argument with owner. Will never see me again. Terrible quality and service. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been doing my nails for over 20 years and never encountered this. The price quotes on the phone was $45 not$70
