I’ve gotten my nails done a few times here and I’m never fully happy with them. I get gel polish and acrylics. There’s usually imperfections in the polish application and discolouration. The nail tech who did my acrylics left a gap between my real nail and fake nail which could have resulted in a fungal infection if I didn’t catch it. I went back and they fixed it. I got a pedicure as well and they didn’t scrub all the dead skin off even when I asked them to, but the polish application was fine.

The people at the salon didn't use sterilised tools consistently (i had a gel manicure), the gloves they used were teared and had been used on other clients. The service is honestly expensive for what they provide.

Fast and precise, she made sure I liked what I had and has a lot of alternatives. She was also very friendly Will definitely come back <3

Best place in town! Ive tried a lot of places but this one as always been the best! No matter who does your nails you know that they are going to be beautiful! Would def recommend going there!

Le monsieur a commencé faire mes ongles et d’un seul coup il a arrêté et m’a passé à sa ki collègue sans aucune explication et il n’a pas arrêter pas à parler leur langue maternelle aucun mot en français ni en anglais je reviens plus jamais

Great manicure but bad customer service. I made an appointment and when i got there, they said they didn’t have it in their system even when I called to confirm. I had to wait 1.5 hours! This needed up happening to one other customer who came in while I was there. My manicure was rushed.

This was my first time getting fake nail extensions. I loved the experience! The gentleman did a great job and helped me bring my vision for my nails to life. There was great attention to detail, a woman checked my nails at the end to make sure they’re all smooth. I love them! I was going for a Sailor a Neptune inspired look, while still being magical and witchy enough for the month of October.

I keep on going here because the people are super nice and accomedating and prices are the most reasonable!

If you are looking for the best quality however they have it, just some stuff isn't so knowledgeable.but they're trying

Je suis venue plusieurs fois jusqu’à ce que je me rende compte que vraiment ce n’est pas possible, mes ongles des mains se sont tous cassés et affaiblis et cela est entièrement du aux produits utilisés et la manière dont les ongles sont traités.j’écris aujourd’hui cette review car c’est mon gros ongle de PIED qui s’est cassé en plein milieu, en plus de faire mal et d’être pénible cela ne m’est juste jamais arrivé donc je peux affirmer que c’est à cause de mon expérience chez venus.de plus les ongles ne sont pas bien limés, si on demande la forme carré c’est en diagonale, le travail est malheureusement pas pro.a part ça personnel gentil et rapide

Acrylic nails way to thick and when I asked to do a simple design it was not well received by the person. The other nail technicians were nice but I wouldn’t go back.

First time doing my nails, they were really professional and very kind. They know how to put you at ease. The nails were really well done, I asked for acrylic nails and they look like my real nails!

I am obsessed with this set. Ongles Venus nails is very professional nails artist. Everyone work here is very friendly, nice and kind. They are really notice in very small details and fix it untill I satisfied. Here is my second house. They are absolutely really kind. I know them because I got my nail done in other nails salon but I didn’t like that do I come here to do the new set, But I surprised that people here is so nice. They really professional artist and do my nails really nice. I highly recommend about Venus nails.

Ever since I visited the first time, I knew I would be coming back here every time I need to. The shape and details are always exactly how I wanted them. The acrylic set lasted a month for me. I just love their work, so I highly recommend them!

Staff is super friendly, they spoiled me before my wedding day, we were three people, i even was late but they never acted mean or bother me at all.

I went to Venus Nails several time and Mia does my nails. This is the best nail salon I’ve been to in Montreal. She’s extremely perfectionist and does an amazing job. She always spends the extra time to fix the smallest details and makes sure the shape is perfect. My sister also does her nails with a man working there and he does a great job too. The acrylic set lasts at least 3 weeks and I could keep it even longer (I only chose to redo it because my nails grow). I highly recommend this place for the quality of their work and their prices

The service was very fast and the lady doing my nails did them very well. I was very pleased with the way they looked. The only thing that bothered me was that everyone in the salon barely spoke English AND French. It was very hard to be understood when asking a question. When it was time to pay, a lady (which I presume is the owner) showed me a phone number and asked me to text it. She told me I wouldn't have to pay taxes if I texted the phone number my email. I was so confused, After 5 minutes of fumbling around, I managed to understand that she wanted me to send her a e-transfer for the money. It felt like the staff was lowkey laughing at me for not understanding what they were saying, while they could barely speak any of the official languages of the country like. Great nails, bad communication.

This is really a great experience for me. I have tried my nails in many places but only Venus Nails I can feel confident and satisfied. Friendly employees. The space is clean and beautiful. The prices very affordable. This is definitely my place to stay. Thanks everyone

This was my first time visiting this salon and they did an amazing job. I showed the nail technician a picture of what I wanted and she went out of her way to try to find the exact colours, as well as spending quite a bit of time trying to get the design perfect. The staff members were all super nice and the prices are very very reasonable! I will definitely be returning:)

Great pedicure, torturous manicure. The place is noisy and a little chaotic. Customers are switched among staff members throughout. The pedicurist seemed to block out the confusion to focus on her work, and did a professional job. But after sitting for half an hour waiting for a manicurist, I was left with painful, bleeding fingernails.

Travail méticuleux, choix de gels et vernis vraiment large, gentillesse, toujours de la place et des massages merveilleux pour finir chaque soin. Cela fait 6 mois que je vais la bas et je continuerai encore.
