Je connais bien les magasins de chapeau, ma tête ne s'en passe plus depuis des années mais je n'avais jamais vu une telle boutique auparavant. Une partie de l'atelier se trouve dans le magasin. On peut voir les artistes à l'oeuvre. Tous les chapeaux ont été fait à la main ou sélectionnés avec une même rigueur de qualité. La boutique fait cohabiter plusieurs styles de chapeaux (classique, excentrique, street). Ce sont des pièces uniques et peu importe votre style, vous trouverez forcément quelque chose qui vous ira dans l'une des rangées ou sur les tours. Si ce n'est pas le cas et que vous avez l'âme de discuter avec la propriétaire de vos attentes et de vos envies, elle vous proposera une commande personnalisée pour votre futur chapeau au même prix que si vous l'aviez trouvé sur place! L'ambiance est chaleureuse, vous entrez dans un vrai lieu de création et d'artisanat. Le rapport entre chaque pièce et les artisanes est authentique. Les prix rendent la qualité accessible pour tous.tes. On a aussi trouvé des supers lunettes de soleil dont le style ne se trouve pas ailleurs pour moins de 30 $. Je repasserai à la boutique très certainement pour voir les nouveautés, flâner, ou bien juste pour partager un café avec celles qui font vivre le lieu. Au plaisir de vous revoir et de porter vos créations fièrement sur le haut de ma tête.

Great shop with many different options. We got ours for a horse race and was perfect! They are also so helpful at the store and stayed open a bit later for us to assist us.

I really love this hat boutique. Firstly, the sales staff are lovely and will go out of their way to make sure the customers are happy with their purchase. I live in Toronto and have purchased a few hats from this shop on my visits to Montréal. This is a “must visit” shop for me when I come to the city because 1) I don’t need to visit shops we have in Toronto 2) the selection and customer service is great and 3) I prefer to support local. I would recommend visitors to Montréal make a trip to Ophelie Hats.

Vraiment satisfait de mon expérience, service excellent, tres sympathique et efficace. Fait sur mesure, mais rapidement (seulement quelques jours). Vais certainement retourner et recommander.

Even though I was window shopping, I could feel the good atmosphere about this place and the person working there was thoughtful, nice and caring about her customers. The selection was great: you can find many type of hats and motifs. They also have a section to customize your own. Definitely will come back to check it out when I have more time!

Very helpful salesman/clerk pointed me quickly towards the correct size of Panama hat. No sales pressure techniques, just helpful and knowledgeable about their product. Have been enjoying a cool, shaded head in the hot weather for 2 weeks now. Not a cheap store, but good quality. Disclosure: l received a 5% discount for writing this review.

So I have been looking for an well made custom Fedora around town. Found this gem. Staffs are incredibly helpful and friendly despite being super busy.
Price was reasonable and the experience was awesome. Id highly recommend this location if you are looking for a quality Fedora and/or other types of Hat made to your liking. Already looking forward for my next Hat

It was pouring rain and I came in to look at all the amazing Kangol hats in the window. They had a great mix of fun hats and really practical ones. And the woman was so kind in offering me a deal if I got two. Sweet owner, locally made things + all the brands I love, great prices <3

Went by to get a hat for my wedding. The kids that worked there seemed to try to avoid helping me, to the point I had to stand in front of them and ask loudly for some help. Cold, unfriendly, unhelpful.it's been quite a long time since I've had customer service that bad! An absolutely dreadful experience. I went downtown to Henri Henri and had the complete reverse experience, and found my perfect hat. Honestly it's really puzzling why the store would hire such surly unfriendly young people to mind the shop but they sure lost a substantial sale today!
They should consider new floor staff or simply just moving to online sales.

I walked in, in a rush not thinking I would find anything because I am not a hat person.but next thing you know with the help of wonderful staff members, I walked out with 3 beautiful pieces. Cela fait maintenant 5 mois que la gérante me dit aux 2 semaines qu'elle va recevoir des chapeaux que je lui ai commandé. Elle a toujours une bonne excuse "je les appelle lundi, je vais les avoir prochainement", "bon dès que je les reçois, je t'en offrirais un".

Je me suis tourné vers cette boutique car les fabricants de mes chapeaux favoris faisaient affaire avec, gage de sérieux selon moi.
Mais là ca en devient puéril et malhonnête.

Bref, si vous voulez quelque chose qui n'est pas déjà dans cette boutique, passez votre chemin, vous économiserez au moins du temps.

J'ai eu une expérience hors pair chez Ophélie Hats. Étant un amateur de chapeaux, je souhaitais en obtenir un sans payer un prix exorbitant. Ici, j'ai eu le prix et le service avec le choix du ruban, l'ajustement à ma taille. Si vous je voulez pas trop vous casser la tête et trouver quelque chose de personnalisé, c'est la place.

En mettant les pieds chez Ophelie Hats, je suis accueilli par une charmante équipe dirigée par une adorable dame ; tellement à l’écoute du moindres de mes désires que je n’ai même pas besoin de parler pour qu’elle comprenne ce que j’aimerais! Vraiment, un des meilleurs services que j’ai jamais eu de ma vie… Tout ça, sans parler des produits qu’ils offrent! D’abord, on choisit le type de chapeau qu’on aimerait avoir. Ils sont tous à notre disposition pour qu’on puisse les essayer. Ensuite, si on le désire, on choisit un joli ruban assorti et un petit accessoire, comme une belle plume, pour rendre notre chapeau unique. Finalement, ils ajustent avec un ruban à l’intérieur du chapeau pour qu’il soit parfaitement à votre taille.
Ils y a aussi beaucoup de chapeau qui sont déjà très bien décoré si jamais vous n’avez pas le goût d’en créer un vous-même. Mais personnellement, j’ai beaucoup aimé pouvoir en créer un!

C’est Adam qui nous a accueillit dans cette merveilleuse boutique. Adam est de supers bons conseils, ils prend son temps, ils nous a expliqué le
Concept original de la boutique. Et devinez quoi, nous avons acheter avec plaisir, sans regret. J’adore mon chapeau. C’est le lieu où acheter votre “couvre chef” à Montreal.
Nous sommes deux clients très satisfaits et bien couverts grâce à Adam que je vous recommande.

Beaucoup de prétention, très fort sur les réseaux sociaux mais pas vraiment porté sur le service à la clientèle.
Choix restreint pour les hommes et les modèles hommes présentés sont presque tous fabriqués en Chine.

Clairement c’est une adresse à Montréal! Les chapeaux sont en vogue et voici un lieu de choix!
De nombreux modèles, formes, styles, couleurs.la customisation est proposée sur place en live!
J’ai craqué pour un chapeau de feutre.

Had been looking for the perfect hat for quite a bit and I ended up at this shop by chance. Great, friendly staff and a huge selection of beautiful hats!

I was (and i am still) blown away! They have a wide collection and it is hand made! And the prices are really reasonable. I am a hat/cab collector, so quality attracts me, so this shop does just that. Alex was very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with what i got and i am coming for more. I strongly recommend this shop.

Le concept est bien trouvé et seuls les vendeurs sympathiques.
Éviter de passer les jours où vous voyez l’envers du décors: lorsque la propriétaire parle mal aux employés et que son accueil vous laisse sentir qu’elle n’a pas envie de vous servir.
Venue à plusieurs reprises, sur recommandations, me faire une idée pour des cadeaux et mon mariage.
Les matières premières des chapeaux proviennent toutes de chine contrairement à ce qu’on m’ a dit.
Le hasard a fait que Montreal étant un village, le turnover des salariés n’est pas anodin.
Par éthique et principe, je n’y donnerai pas mon argent.
Très bon concept marketing pour touristes de passage vu l’emplacement.

My experience at Ophelie Hats was amazing! Dominique was fantastic in helping me choose a hat as well as fitting it properly and customizing it to suit my own style. She assembled a brown leather band with a hand sewn gold detail that gave the hat a unique appearance. I had gone in the store just over a month ago with my brother and we had such a good time that he ended up buying a hat for himself as well.
I've been wearing my hat for the rest of the summer and have gotten so many compliments, I definitely reccomend coming here!

Sam did an awesome job making a custom boater hat for Roy in just a few hours when he was visiting Montreal. Look for it on stage!

The best hat shop I've been to in my life. Beautiful hats that can be custom made and a team of super sweet helpful kind artists to get you exactly what you want. They even have a Bow Master if you want to add bows to hats that dont have any. Thank you for my hats and head band, love you guys!

I love my new hat! They were super patient because I’m a picky person! And the prices are incredibly reasonable, I got a hat handmade for me in 2 days for 70CND which, coming from London, is very cheap!

The staff was very helpful. They were short in the styles of hat I like (flat caps), but found one I liked. Then the staff really went above and beyond and found a hat my wife loved with multiple ribbon highlight options. I highly recommend this store.

I'd looked everywhere - all the familiar hat stores - for a specific style of cap and had almost given up until I walked in here. Service was amazing, they make all the hats there, and the price was right and they even custom tailored and shipped it for a reasonable price.
