The worst possible restaurant you will ever have the displeasure of eating at. Absolutely horrible service times. We sat for 1 hour until our first entree came and we never got all the food that we ordered. DO NOT GO.

Oplante is my favourite restaurant ever! Kind owners, great service, and delicious and healthy vegan food. Keep up the amazing work!:)

It's one of my favorite vegan spots to eat at. For a non vegan, the food is fresh & very tasty with lots of choices to choose from. Highly recommended. Service is excellent.

Au-delà de la cuisine franchement passable au mieux, le service et l’organisation sont désastreuses.

- Ne pas prévenir que les cuisines ferment à 20h30, lorsqu’une réservation est faite par téléphone, c’est déjà pas top
- Mais alors une fois arrivé, commander sur des tablettes > attendre que la serveuse vienne valider la commande > livrée par un robot > mais que la serveuse doit récupérer et apporter, il y a un vrai problème organisationnel qui:

- impacte le temps d’attente (30 min avant que tout le monde doit servi)
- des erreurs dans les plats, pour 4 personnes sur une table de 10
- et surtout, une méconnaissance flagrante de la carte de la part des serveuses

À méditer sur le concept, et à éviter en attendant

Not at all the quality I expected. I was really looking forward to trying this place. Went for my best friend’s birthday. She was also excited about trying this place.

As a predominantly plant-based eater, I may be a tough critic. I’ve tried many other vegan restaurants including vegan sushi places. I can’t say that this place ranks in the top 20…unfortunately.

We had the all-you-can-eat (AYCE) menu, which is the same than a la carte. The AYCE is about $35 plus tax. If you were to order a la carte, the meals would be about $12.99/ea more or less. Which makes me wonder, if I would’ve ordered a la carte, what would have been the quality of the plates? Because if it would’ve been the same as AYCE, I DEFINITELY would’ve been disappointed and so would most, in my opinion.

Since it’s AYCE, my expectations were a bit lower and I didn’t complain. But the soups were lukewarm, as if it had been sitting on the counter waiting to be distributed at some point. In fact, many of the plates arrived lukewarm.

Also, the wait time was ridiculously long. The restaurant was not that busy at all. I think it took about 30-40 minutes before we got our first round and when it did, it was warm not hot as if it had been forgotten on the counter.

The plates were either too saucy or lack flavour. The white rice felt like it was the end of a batch with really dry grains.

The only thing I’d admit was satisfying was the sushis! The service was fine. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. It looks a bit bare when you first get in but the décor is decent and if your expectations are not too high, you may enjoy the place.

I would say that it’s not a place to take someone who’s wanting to try vegan food for the first time. It wouldn’t do justice to vegan food.

In conclusion, for a $40 bill of AYCE, I don’t think it’s worth it. Either the quality needs to increase or the price should go down. I still gave a 3 star because the food was edible and my friend and I had a great time regardless of the aforementioned.

Wasa, bae? I dined with my brother at Oplante Sushi and Wok and was blown away by the modern and creative take on sushi. As a plant-based eater, I was thrilled to see that they had a wide array of vegan sushi options, including torch oshizushihako (pressed sushi) veganized, which was a unique and refreshing twist on the traditional sushi. There were planty of options.

My brother was particularly fond of the Volcano roll, which was made with Konjac-based tuna, inari, crispy sweet potato, and spicy mayo. He also loved the Sushi Unique, which featured Portobello, jalapeno, and avocado. Both dishes had a wonderful balance of flavors and textures, and we loved that each bite. It was like a plant-based party in our mouths.

One thing that really impressed us was that the staff were incredibly friendly. They were more than happy to answer our questions about the ingredients, and we appreciated their willingness to help us make informed choices about what we were eating.

Additionally, I was thrilled to see that items on the menu were made without allium, as I have a sensitivity to them. This attention to detail and thoughtfulness showed that the restaurant truly cares about their customers and their dietary needs.

Overall, I would highly recommend Oplante Sushi and Wok to anyone looking for a creative dining experience. I really like the way they roll! Oplante may very well be my soy-mate.

Beaucoup de choix délicieux au menu, je conseille fortement la formule a volonté. Service rapide, endroit tranquille. Seul bémol les toilettes laissent a désirer et les clients unilingue francophone auront peut-être plus de la difficultés a se faire comprendre.

I decided to make a reservation here for my boyfriend’s birthday on Saturday with friends. The service was excellent. Our server Chloe was super kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The staff even let us bring our own cake for the party and helped us set everything up. The food was out-of-this-world delicious and portions were very generous. The pricing is unmatched. We chose the $35 all-you-can-eat option and we were very happy with everything we had. We will all definitely become regulars here. Thank you O Plante for making this birthday gathering so wonderful!

Très déçu de mon expérience dans ce restaurant. On nous a assis et personne n’est venu nous revoir. On a reçu aucun service, même pas nous apporter de l’eau au courant du repas. Personne nous a demander si nous avions besoin de quelques choses. Nous avons dû nous lever pour aller demander de commander, car personne venait nous voir en 30 minutes. Au final nous n’avons reçu que la moitié de ce que nous avions commandé. Par la suite, il nous demande de payer 35$ de prix fixe pour le buffet. Nous n’avons pas donner de tips comme nous avons reçu aucun service et la serveuse a oser êtres bêtes avec nous ensuite. Ils nous ont amené des plats que nous n’avons même pas commandé au lieu de ceux que nous avons commandé. La table à côté de nous a aussi reçu un très mauvais service. Vraiment déçu de notre expérience. Je ne recommande pas le restaurant.

Meilleur resto en ville pour de vrai. Un menu entier vegan, sans prise de tête, asiatique et all you can eat par-dessus le marché! Watatatow!

Vegan food isn't my first choice, but I'll accommodate a vegetarian friend. Oplante has to be among the best. Everything we tried was great, especially the sushi. The surroundings are clean, fresh & welcoming. The servers are great. I'm sure I will be back.

Nous avons dû attendre plus d'une heure pour une salade d'algue. 45 minutes de plus pour nos soupes (2) et la MOITIÉ de ce que nous avions commandés. Les portions étaient réduites puisque nous avions l'option buffet, mais ils voulaient nous charger le plein prix si l'on payait à la carte.
Le service laissait a désirer. Le désert nous a été servi après les soupes avec un commentaire soulignant ce fait. La serveuse nous disait constamment qu'elle allait en "parler à la boss" sans jamais nous faire part de ce qui se passait.
Perte de temps, manque de respect et perte d'argent.

I'm glad I discovered this restaurant in UberEats. Hands down the best chinese/sushi vegan cuisine in town.
This is my third time ordering dinner and I'm always very satisfied by their mouthwatering food.

Ne croyez pas au buffets, c'est de l'arnaque.on ne te dit pas que, ce que tu ne mange pas, tu dois le payer.et, quand la serveuse m'a demandé si on prenait le buffets, ou à la carte.on choisit à la carte, et, quelques minutes après avoir dit notre choix, sans avoir vu les portions.elle nous dit"la cuisine ferme, allez vous prendre autre chose? "alors, pensent que ce sera suffisant, on dit "c'est correct"hum.la soupe wong ton, 1 boule de pâte farcie dans le bouillon, et tout les autres plats, il y a juste une boucher dans l'assiette.et pour ce qui en est, de payer ce que tu ne mange pas.cela m'étais arrivé dans une autre visite.v'la plusieurs années.en y retournant, j'ai espérer qu'ils étaient plus honnête après toutes ces années.mais non.pour moi, c'est fini définitivement avec eux-autres.et, si j'ai fait un autre essaie, c'est parce qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de restaurant végétarien. Voilà!

Un restaurant à essayer absolument, le service est impeccable et agréable, la cuisine délicieuse et le cadre parfait pour un repas en famille ou pour célébrer un anniversaire.

Hands down one of the best vegan sushi places, they have so many options in sushi and wok. I have tried almost everything of their menu and never been disappointed. The whole concept is really good, I especially love the robot server (it is very cool and futuristic). I have been there few times now and wait time for food has reduced alot, last time we were there on busy saturday evening and were served food within 10 minutes of ordering which is really fast.

I would recommend to order food in one shot, portions are not too big but ofcourse be mindful and do not order too much and waste the food. Once you have been there one time you will get and idea of the portion sizes and you can order accordingly.

Overall great restaurant, ambiance can be improved (I think they are working on creating a vegan store infront), food is excellent (ofcourse everyone has the personal preference and tastes to certain things), so many vegan options and mock meats and ofcourse love the robot. I would recommend you to go and try it once yourself.

This is a great vegetarian restaurant, but please only go when you are very free, that's my advice! I admit that all the dishes I had were very good and very innovative, I have not had anything like it anywhere, so much like real meat vegetarian food, I give the food a good rating, but I am very sorry about the service and experience I received. There were very few servers, no one at the front door to greet you, we were seated at around 5 o'clock and the server would give you drinking water but would not offer to give you the electronic device to order. The robot that delivered the food was very cute but within an hour of placing our order we only received six sushi, later in the hour we barely received the dishes we had ordered, the food came so slowly that we were not full at all but we were still in a hurry to get to the festival, at around 6: 50 we asked the waiter if the food was ready and the answer was that it was. But just as we were about to check out and leave, another 16 large sushi were delivered, almost like a joke. The server asked us to pay $15.99 to take the plate of sushi away, which I personally thought was a very bad move as the four of us had been waiting for two hours but had only ordered ten small plates of food, so I questioned it and fifteen minutes later the server spoke to her boss and gave us half price to take away the plate of sushi! It was already 7: 15 and really not wanting to waste any more time, I chose to compromise but getting the packing box kept us waiting for another five minutes! Over two hours, we only ordered two times, and I believe that we didn’t receive all the dishes we ordered. What’s worse, we brought our friends to eat, it was really a disgrace!

Excellent service, tout était délicieux, prix raisonnable, agréable pour les enfants, accessible en métro. Nous prenons toujours le buffet, ce qui nous permet de goûter à tout et d'être bien rassasié sans gaspillage. Ça nous permet aussi de déterminer quels sont nos sushis préférés dans le but d'une future commande. C'est définitivement notre resto préféré à moi et ma femme.

Awesome experience but was a bit of rush since we got a reservation at 8pm and kitchen closed at 8h30pm and restaurant closed at 9pm.

Made a reservation. Traveled an hour to get here. Showed up on time. The restaurant had lots of open tables. Was told we would only have 40 minutes to eat dinner. Was not able to be served. Loved the concept, but I would not recommend, unless you have a plan B.

Tout était délicieux, le nigiri saumon est incroyable. Par contre j'avais demandé sans wasabi et sans mayo épicée, cette demande n'a pas été respectée. Dommage.

Très bon. J'ai beaucoup aimé les raviolis à la sauce arachides. Pas sûr que le à volonté en vaut la peine, c'est déjà très remplissant une entrée et un plat principal.

L'expérience de la réception pourrait être amélioré parce qu'elle désavantage le restaurant: il n'y avait pas de menu affiché à l'extérieur et la salle à manger très design est caché loin à l'intérieur.

Had the chance to eat here yesterday. The food was good. It's a fully vegan place but they name things for meat eaters lol. They have a young staff and a robot that serves you. They were nice enough to give us an early dinner table even though we didn't have a reservation. We were in a hurry to eat before a show. (Reserve ahead). The environment was themed minimalistic and you feel you are eating in a Zen basement lol. The staff was very nice but because too young, were not able to handle the kitchen breaking down after our main course. So we had to leave without our desert and they didn't refund us for that: (Nice place though, good food. I will likely head back at some point.

Best vegan restaurant in Montreal, definitely recommend trying! Everything tastes amazing and most of the time you can barely taste that it's vegan. The seasonings are always on point

Repas excellent et de qualitée, tout etait delicieux! Par contre, les serveurs semblent très confus avec les commandes, ils ce trompent de table souvent. Le systeme de commande avec tablette est bien mais à ameliorer.

We took the all you can eat option, so much food! Everything was delicious and their meat imitation are absolutely fooling! Very nice service!

Les sushi Océan était délicieux, la soupe miso passable mais fade. Le dessert de boules sésame était très bonnes et croustillantes.

Le service à la clientèle laissait par contre a désiré. J'étais venu seule pour compenser un événement sushi qui n'avait pas eu d'option vegan, et la serveuse était très froide et lors du dessert m'a dit d'un ton condescant " ce sera 4 boules c'est ça? " (une portion normale est 2). Lorsque je suis partie et que je n'ai pas pris le bonbon qui venait avec la facture, elle a prise une voix de bébé et a dit "Tu ne veux pas ton bonbon? ". Je lui ai dit qu'elle pouvait le garder

Je suis à mon poids santé pour ma grandeur, donc très confuse et inquiète pour d'autre clients potentiels pesant plus ou des foodie essayant juste de profiter d'un moment à eux

La nourriture est excellente. Le service, par contre, laisse énormément à désirer. Très long avant de se faire servir, bien des erreurs dans les commandes ou commandes absentes? Bref, faut pas être pressé quand on mange là!

Juste sensationnel! Quelle belle expérience. Une version améliorée de Yuan. Service très efficace. Plus écologique avec service sans papier. J'adore. Je le recommande! Wow. Nous avons pris All you can eat
