Really poor service, they come at you like hawks trying to make a sale then sit you down and pretend they care, in the end just to overcharge you and rip you off! You’re much better at the stores in fairview.

I use to always make my glasses from here since I was a kid, but lately each time any of my family members have went they have had a terrible experience and learned that we have been paying way overprice for the glasses here (basically getting scammed) and i see many people have commented the same thing. Also absolutely horrible customer service where they only care for you when you come in to buy new glasses (even with that they are so pushy almost passive aggressive) but if you come in for anything else you just get brushed off. Upon checking many other good companies with much better prices carrying the same brands. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Pascal was very professional, helpful, and friendly. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and his willingness to spend time with me to make sure my glasses looked amazing- and they do!

Being from Los Angeles, I have worked with a lot of opticians, and no one really compares to Pascal. He is patient, extremely attentive, and he will not let you leave until you feel 100% confident and amazing about yourself!

The staff is just so professional, attentive and personal for each of their customer. The wonderful service, state of the art and modern frames and lenses do make you feel very special. Never look elsewhere for eyeglasses and vision correction.
