Pas une bonne expérience. Vendeur qui veut nous vendre la livraison alors que le colis entre dans la voiture. Mobilier qui ne correspond pas tout à fait à celui acheté (barrotins en position verticale alors que le modèle est prévu avec des lattes horizontales). Finitions vraiment pas qualité. Bref je n’y retournerai pas

I love this place! Bought a bunk bed and got it delivered the next day! Then i went back to get a double mattress and also got it delivered the next day! Super nice people and great prices. Definitely recommend to go see them.

They had delivered the wrong bed size at first, but after some back and forth they were nice enough to agree to taking back the bed they gave by mistake and give me the new one the next day. Nevertheless, this company offers good prices. The bed I have is very modern and glad I could get it at such at affordable price.

Advice to future buyers: Make sure you check if you received the right items, so you won't experience any hassle.

Terrible customer service and the installation service men are horrible. They left the plastic on my TV stand and screwed it in with the other pieces of wood

J’ai commandé des articles de chez eux, mais lorsque je l’ai reçus endommagés, il ne voulait prendre responsabilité des dommages causés, malgré toutes les tentatives. De plus, leur service à la clientèle est vraiment très lent et très mauvais. C’est la seule compagnie, qui ne vous rembourseront point pour les dégâts qu’ils ont eux-mêmes causer. Pour être franc, 1/5 étoiles est le plus bas note que je peux choisir, mon expérience avec eux est bien plus pire.

We came in and within 30 mins we had found our perfect sofa, coffee table, and TV stand. And they can deliver the next day. Can't ask for more!

Le jour j il m’appelle pour que j’aille cherché ma commande, je confirme avec elle vue que je reste vraiment loin du magasin, oui monsieur tout ai correct vous pouvez venir cherché

Rendu la, la madame s’excuse et me dit qu’il l’on reçue seulement en Brun alors que je l’avais commander en blanc!
Personnel manque d’expérience, parle ni français ni anglais aucune courtoisie aucun respect aucun soucie du client!

Placed an order and waited all day for delivery in Montreal i didn’t work as they asked me to be there and the delivery was not done even though they gave me a long time frame of 7hrs very disappointed i expected more from you

J'ai acheté un lit à cet endroit et franchement mon conjoint et moi étions étonné de constater la bonne qualité de meubles à des prix très abordable et.l'accueil était très bonne également. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Instructions de montage incompréhensible!
Il faut payé une somme exorbitante pour l'installation par heure! Et aussi le déplacement.

Excellent service, nous sommes arrivés à 17 h et il nous a laissés regarder les articles que moi et ma fille voulions acheter pendant plusieurs minutes et nous a aidé lors de la transaction

Si vous avez a visiter ce commerce visitez plutôt celui sur la rue de Celles. Celui-là ressemble a un local restant dans un immeubles a être démoli squatté par des SDF.

Most horrible experience and company ever! I recently bought a dining table and bed at this store.the dining set arrived in a broken box but before i even had time to tell the delivery guy he had left (without even leaving me a delivery paper) i opened the box that was already broken so it got even more broke because it was already so fragile.we put the dining table and 2 chairs together when we realized the the corner of the table was cracked open and some of the paint was scratched (pictures as proof taken not even 30 minutes after delivery guy left.when we sit on the chairs (15 year old boy) it looks like as if its going to crack in half.so the next morning i contacted the store to inform them of the situation.i told them the table was broken so wanted it exchanged but didn't want the same one because seemed way to fragile so i was welling to pay more to get a bigger stronger table. They didnt want to do it, the wanted me to go threw the manufacturer.i had to contact the OPC for them to actually accept to take it back themselves.i brought back the table myself to their warehouse in a very weird building.they told me reimbursement would be done that night which was last friday.saturday i received an email saying they had inspected it decided they would be keeping 15% of the valut of what they owed me because the table was broken (it already was) because the box was broken (already was) and because we forgot to put the instructions back in the box (thats possible true) so i got charged 59$ for a piece of paper with instructions written on it! Hahahaha oh my god! Finally got my reimbursement back today around lunch time and im tired of arguing with them so i accepted the amount and dont want to waste anymore time and energy on this.and oh ya thats not even talking about the bed.the metal frame and box spring are perfect but the coils in the matress are already making very bad sounds on the left side of the bed so im probably going to have to buy a new one in less than a year! Oh and some of their employees that respond by email are very impolite and i went over a week with no table to feed my kids.im the one that should have got a gift but no they charged me for a missing piece of paper.congrats optimum plus you are officially the worst furniture company that i have ever bought from

Acheté leur lit king fabriqué en Chine en 2018 à partir du catalogue pour 670$. Ce lit a endommagé notre matelas de 1300$, parce que Optimum nous a pas installé suffisamment de lattes et seulement 4 pattes au centre du lit pour supporter le matelas et notre poids. Par conséquent, nous devons acheter d'autres bois + des contre-plaqués pour renforcer le poids, coût 150$ supplémentaires. De plus, nous devons acheter un nouveau matelas de 3100$. Je ne recommande pas ce magasin pour leur mauvais produit et travail.

We bought and prepaid a mattress, they called us the day before they couldn't deliver it. They offered us the test mattress from the store which was 2 months old at least, but didn't offer an appropriate discount for this inconvenience. We ended up taking that test mattress for the same price as the new one after being tired of phone calls and discussion with them. They even tried to sell us a story about a new mattress they found in one of their transporters. Do not prepay your mattress if you chose to buy there!
