Oram still uses a 3 way valve fan coils for 2022 construction. They also use steel and do not take the time to insulate the connections. This an old, outdated, inefficient installation. Unacceptable for today's standards. Why couldn't they just use brass? ! This is the cheap quality you can except when choosing Oram. Stay away from this company!

*UPDATE after ORAM's response*
There was a heavy downpoor, however I expected that in a brand new building with today's code of plumbig, we would see a few drops of water not Niagara Falls! Will this happen at every downpoor? We were the only building in the area with these damages. ORAM's service trucks are always present to complete repairs in the building, which speaks to the poor quality of materials and instilation completed!

À ÉVITER! Pour un edifice neuf, la qualité et l'instillation de tuyauterie laissent beaucoup à désirer. On est constamment à la fut de déversement et de fuite d'eau constant. J'y penserais deux fois avant de faire affaire avec ORAM. À ÉVITER!
