Le vendeur ma dit qu'il installait windows (non activé) sur mon pc quand je suis arriver en magasin le technicien ma confirmer qu'il avait windows d'installer. Comme surprise aucun windows. En plus le vendeur a oublier de me vendre le fil pour le courant pour mon pc. De plus le Gérant du magasin a tellement l'air bête épouvantable. Les 2 etoiles que je donne c'est uniquement que mon pc roule bien. 3800$ pc gamer.

You can find what you need. Customer's service wise is really variable. I have had to endure an unmotivated/insolent/lazy sales young man that the whole time looked like he wanted to jump off a cliff instead of completing my transaction. I had an idea in my mind and a budget. I checked online what they have, and in the store, he was refusing/resisting to show me the things I was asking for, and instead, he was pushing for different products that were obviously more expensive. He would get visibly annoyed when I would reject his options and would directly ask him about the products listed online that had the same specs. I guess he gets commission? But lord, he had the attitude of a spoiled brat, even though I was the one paying. I was about to tell him to take vacation soon.sad, a very young man with such a bad attitude towards customers. Anyway, last night I had a different experience, I went for a laptop, the guy who was helping me was diligent, and found me something with the specs within my budget. Nice guy, polite, and knowledgeable. So, I guess if you are lucky, you get both what you need and good customer service.

Best place to get computer parts around. Good service, good selection and prices that's neck to neck with Newegg!

J'ai acheté une carte mere defectueuse et ils ne veulent pas la remplacer. 300$ dans le vide. Je deconseille fortement. Aller sur amazon ou newegg à la place

Le tier des employés etaient sur leurs cellulaires,
le deuxieme tier avaient l air a s emmerder et de ne pas vouloir travailler,
Le troisieme tier sont serviable, et content de travailler la.

J ai du appeller 4 fois pour ne pas avoir la ligne, et conduire 30 mins pour me faire dire par un employé qu ils ne repondent pas et bloquent les lignes quand ils sont "occupé".

Le magasin n etaient pas specialement plein, surtout en temps de pandemie ou un maximum de 25 personnes est admis.

Le trois etoiles est du a l employé dévoué de ma derniere visite. Sinon, j aurais mis 1 a 2 etoiles

Let me tell you if there was 6 stars i would give it to these guys they took the time to help me mount my cpu onto my motherboard and change the cooler and then also took the time to explain to me how everything works since i am a beginner to the pc gaming world alejandro and alex were very fun to deal with and i would definitely reffer anyone to go visit them and ask for them to help them! The team at this store is A1

I wanted to encourage a local shop so I bought an external drive here. Later, I found out that I need more storage then expected. Because I opened the box, they won't accept return or exchange. Honestly, this return policy is quite stingy. Since their price isn't better than elsewhere, I will be buying elsewhere just for the no hassle returns.

They don't accept returns anymore if a package seal was broken. They don't price match amazon. Wait to be served like in a restaurant. I purchased many products from Canada Computers before. Not anymore.

Broad range, moderate prices. So much quicker and cheaper than ordering from amazon. It was kind of a wake up call for me.

They have any pc component you need and so many peripherals. They have all the best monitors, keyboards and headsets. The inside of the store looks nice. This place is very similar to microcenter.

I was able to pre-order a serie 3000 RTX gpu just before they stopped taking orders. About 7 weeks later I finaly got an RTX 3080 card from them. Thank you very much

Good selection of products but awful customer service. Also moved locations without putting any notification on their old store.

Outstanding customer service. They went out of their way to help me out after I purchased several components to rebuild my PC. I came back to the store the next day with my computer and they helped me make it work, on the spot, without charging me extra money. Very few stores will give you this kind of after sales customer service. Special thanks to Johnathan, Osama and the manager for their knowledgeability and obvious desire to help. This store will be my #1 to-go place for computer parts from now on.

Friendly helpful staff, always try to offer best suggestions based on our budget and needs. They have a wide selection of products, probably the best in town. Prices are competitive, especially when they have a sale.

J'ai commander une écran en ligne le 20 août, le produit était backorder pour 1 a 3 semaine, nous sommes le 8 septembre et toujours rien.impossible de contacter la compagnie par téléphone et les réponse par courriel sont tes lente et sans aider. Je ne le recommande vraiment pas.

Mixed emotions about this place, bought multiple parts with help from people working there and they gave excellent customer service that would deserve 4-5 stars, but recently i had issues with my computer and brought it there to fix and after paying 80$ i was told "things weren't plugged in right, all your hardware is fine. " I got home and pc still crashed when played games (which is something i mentioned and they never looked into it), ran a memory test and turns out the ram was faulty, so in the end they never found my issue and im not sure they use the greatest tools to test if your parts work or not.

Excellent magasins, prix compétitif! Je met 4 étoile car certain employer selon moi son trop 'non chalant' et pour les autres super profesionnelle et service impécable. J'achete tout mes pieces labas depuis plus d'un ans, jamais été décue.

Les prix sont bons, la dispo par contre ça dépend de ce que vous recherchez. Retour impossible en période de covid, pas de démo en magasin! Vous pourriez simplement alléger votre politique de retour durant cette période.

It's a good store to get computer components locally. With the COVID measures in place you need to order online and pick your order up at the front door. They will not allow in store visits at this time but they are well organized for the pick-ups.

Ne jamais commander en ligne chez Canada Computers! Impossible de rejoindre le service à la clientèle. J'ai reçu un ordinateur de 1500$ qui ne fonctionne pas du tout et je n'arrive pas à rejoindre le service à la clientèle depuis 3 jours. Je suis vraiment déçue!

I have been trying to support them since 2014 buying parts from them. Now their prices are higher then other companies offer.
Last time I was trying to price match and even talked to their manager who refused to do so. He added the shipping cost while I'm driving myself to the store. When you go to the competitors store they won't add the shipping cost and sell it as it mentioned on their website.
Now I'm building a new pc and will buy parts from Mike's computers or Newegg.

Service attentionné, les commis prennent tout le temps qu'il faut pour nous servir comme si on était seul au monde. On trouve toujours le bon produit au bon prix. ça vaut la peine de s'y arrêter.

Endroit favori pour magasiner, prendre note et faire attention a leur produit ouvert en magasin, il m'en ont refiler un aujourdhui, pas de rabais, pas d'explication comme quoi j'achetais qqch d'usager. Arriver maison la souris a plein de grafigne en dessous, salete a certain endroit, cette souris a deja servi au moins qqes jours.

Malgrés le fait que nous étions 2 ou 3 clients et aucun employés occupée aucun accueil j'ai meme eu l'impression de déranger.

Autre fait parcontre lier à la chaine entière il ne prennent pas de financements du moins au Québec.

Le plus beau, le plus gros et le plus merveilleux de tous les magasin d'informatique qie j'ai jamais vue de toute ma vie, il y a du choix et de la diversité en masse. Il y a beaucoup de personnel et la majorité des personne qui y travail ont un très grand potentil et une grande connaissance de leur pièce et de l'efficacité de leurs matériel ce qui fais de ce magasin un des plus recommender de toute ma liste de magasin en informatique, les prix sont compétitif, mais c'est définitivement LA place pour ce construire un ordinateur de A à Z. Si vous cherchez des marque comme asus, msi, acer, samsung et j'en passe, ils ont de tous en passant du case a la carte mère, cpu, cooler, power supply, SSD, carte graphique, ram, fans, disque dur et pleins d'autres.

Le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai vue depuis longtemps. Beaucoup de produits non étiqueté. Nous avons posé une question à un commis, et il nous à complètement ignoré. Très déçu.

Je trouve ça un peu bizarre que je n'ai pas été permis l'accès aux toilettes après avoir dépensé 2000$+ et fait 2h de route pour venir en magasin. Pourtant je l'ai demandé très poliment.

De plus un employé m'a dit qu'un item était en rupture de stock mais je l'ai trouvé moi même 5 minutes plus tard.

This is the place to get your pc and electronic needs in the southshore. They have lots of stock and if not, they can order it for you. I'm going to giv eit only 3 stars because the customer service needs more work. I ended up knowing more than the person working there.

Commerce très mal organisé avec des employés qui manquent de formation et donnent de mauvais conseils. Certains insistent beaucoup avec leur garantie prolongé qui ne vaut rien au Québec (on a la garantie légale). Faites très attention sur qui vous tombez là-bas.

Shady place, manager is incompetent, Will do anything to scam clients.had an issue with a faulty component and they didn’t want anything to do with it even accused me of breaking it.

Now I’m out a few hundred dollars, better of buying from Best Buy or amazon.

Toute sorte de choses pour l'ordinateur, en général les employés sont compétents mais parle souvent entre eux et non pas le réflexe de venir nous servir.

Je vous déconseille fortement de builder un ordinateur chez CC, ils m'ont conseillé de ventre des pièce de mon ancien ordinateur disant qu'il étais défectueux, mais ce n'étais pas le cas que j'ai constaté plus tard.ils ont changé mon power suply ils l'ont magané, le gérant chiale après ma copine car on voulais le changé sous garantie il dit que vous l'aurais jamais su si on te l'aurait pas dit. Ils m'ont chargé plus de 300$ de temps pour les main d'oeuvre, ce n'est pas remboursable malgré tout les problème occasionné ils ont pris deux jours pour builder mon ordi j'arrive au magasin, il allume pour la 1er fois devant moi, blue screen il me dit ayoye sa jamais fait sa sa doit être normal apres avoir unplug l'ordinateur, je lui est fait confiance a mon retour chez moi j'ai eu des artefacts en plus des blue screen sa fait plus de 1 semaine que jai des problème avec eux le gérant du magasin est vraiment impoli veux rien comprendre de ma situation.vraiment un service exécrable. Je vous déconseille fortement j'ai payer plus de 5000$ pour rien avec eux.

N'emmenez jamais votre pc pour reparation ou build. Mauvais service et j'aurais pu faire mieux. Pc pas reparer et j'ai payer tres cher et mon ordi est pire il boot meme plus. Gerant tres desagreable. Allez-y pour acheter les pieces mais n'accepter pas qu'ils ouvrent les boites pour vous.
