Went to the store today around 15: 30 to look at a particular product on sale. There were three employees there at the front cash that were: only talking to each other, ignoring the fact that there was a customer there to inquire about the product, and devoid of any professionalism. Looking at their behavior, it almost felt like they were high school students hanging out.

There was no respect from those three employees, and not once have they even tried to sell or convince the customer to buy the product with any form of accommodation at all.
Needless to say I was not surprised, as this was not the first time the store lacked any form of structure and professionalism.

I've shopped here previously with great employees that made me feel confident in my purchase, but with these experiences piling up, I am hoping for either a consistent restructuring of management or a different retailer with a clearer understanding of b2c interaction in the future.

Service client moyen, réparation lente et chère,

3 mois d'attente pour la réparation de mon écran. Pas nouvelles de la part de leur service client, j'ai dû les appeler moi même toutes les 2 semaines. Pas au courant non plus du déménagement de leur boutique, j'ai pu enfin récupérer mon ordi. Heureusement j'ai payé 298$ au lieu de 430$ soit une ristourne de 130$ soit le prix de la main d'œuvre, ce qui semble cher pour un ordinateur à 1000$. La réparation est par contre de qualité.

The place is ok but the manager isn't professional. He chuckle while we were trying to recover my "CC rewards" card and after I asked him if they have open box items he told me to look it up online. At other locations the staff would gladly do it for me and it's easier for them to search their current inventory compared to me going through it on my phone. The current staff aren't as adequate as the previous ones.

Incompetent, unorganized and clueless staff. Ordered laptop fans and never received them. Called them many times to see what was happening with the order which was supposed to take 1 month and every time it was delayed and delayed until i waited three months for them to finally tell me that they could no longer have the fans for me.

The store itself seems okay but customer service doesn't build confidence, IMO. I was told if part breaks, specifically the hinge on Gigabyte's Oarus 15P XD (pic below), you have to buy part but they install it under warranty. I did a search on the Oarus 15P XD and didn't find any reviews related to broken hinges, but he seemed to imply that it was a common problem. I think you have to be very careful. The clerk I had 'helping me' was cracking his knuckles, so you felt like you were being mocked. It could be location which is sort of run down right now, which may explain the unpleasantness, IMO. I looked at other locations and some get better reviews and might be higher quality than this one, but they also have disappointed customers there too.

I phoned listed number and I got a cellphone that no one seems to be answering or took time to record an actual message. Store is quite nice though I wouldn't buy a computer from a place that didn't have functioning phone service during business hours. Good selection of computers and adapters but felt very snooty, someone turned sound on super loud as I was trying to talk to salesperson.

When I walked into the store a clerk had their back to the door so I went in other way and instead of being greeted they scolded me for going through wrong door. Off to best buy.

DT CC It is high quality. I accidentally spilled water on my mac book, and they repaired it in a day and a half, before I thought I would buy a new one. Now I will continue to use it, nice job DT CC

Terrible returns policy. Go to amazon or newegg instead. Clearly they have a monopoly on in person computer hardware sales and have no incentive to improve. Would expect the quality to only degrade over time. Not a business i would want to support long term. Shame.

The prices on products are better than elsewhere in the neighbourhood, but the staff is slow, unresponsive and not very helpful. You really have to go out of your way to grab their attention, because they're too busy chit-chatting and joking: at that rate, it'd better to fire them (place is way overstaffed) and replace them with robots. Tech services are to be desired. I brought in a computer with some water damage and was told that it couldn't be fixed, but they would still look at it for 50$ (!). If it can't be fixed, why try to bill me for an inspection.then, I brought it elsewhere, where it was fixed within a week, and the estimate/initial inspection was cost-free. In short: go there if you know exactly what you want, but in all other regards, this place (and the staff) are useless.

Allowing one person to enter the store (Store is over 6000ft), and it’s freaking cold outside. In addition they do not take orders on the spot. I know what I want, they still asked me to place an order online and wait 20min.
Fix your system or you will go out of business sooon

I was gonna give this store 5 stars but their website is. No optimization for smart phone, order eta is not specific, and it doesn't have specific "in stock" tag for the specific preffered store in each product thumbnail. Having to click in the product to see that is kinda inconvenient imo.

Made me wait 30 minutes outside in the cold for my pickup. Would have had quicker service at the sqdc down the street, and a lot more fun results.

I spent hundreds of dollars on computer parts here including an m2 drive. When I went to mount the drive, I found that my motherboard didn't come with a mounting screw. So I went back to the store to buy a screw and even though they had hundreds of them in their repair shop, they refused to sell me one.

The manager seemed personally offended that a customer would have the audacity to ask for a mounting screw for the expensive computer hardware they just bought. I would have returned everything on the spot, but they are using COVID as an excuse to refuse returns of all opened merchandise.

Terrible customer service.

The computer parts market is highly competitive, and there are many other companies to buy from. CC just lost a customer for life over a $0.30mounting screw.

Terrible customer service.they don't answer their phones. I called 10 times and then had to go to the store for a simple question for an item they didn't have. They had more employees than customers in the shop and still couldn't answer their phone. When it came to finding cables for my monitor they were unhelpful. The shop is disorganized. They need better staff who Aren't lazy and mad at customers. I spent a lot of money there a couple weeks ago, trying to support a local business instead of amazon, but shops like these just make it hard.

Wow! Quel service. J'ai commandé en ligne et j'ai reçu mon achat le lendemain. Les prix sont super abordables. C'est sûr que je vais répéter mon expérience d'achat chez eux.

If you are into tech and computer, this is like a paradise for you, the employee and the manager are so nice and helpful, this is my favorite store, i pass by all the time to get just about anything. If i can i give 10 stars to this store.

Order for pick-up, get a confirmation email. Am now up to radio silence for 11 days and counting, even after sending an email to the store. Guess I have to go down there and bust someone's balls. Will update.

They are very strict with their no-returns policy but then will happily sell you parts they use for servicing themselves. Or at least it seems so, as they keep them in stock, presenting false information on the site, and send you back home when you want to buy them. Avoid.

Non existent customer service, I put an order in online and it went on back order, i can understand that because its around the holidays, however when it was shipped they emailed me the wrong tracking number and if I tried to access the tracking number from the order page i just got a message saying Error could not create object, I decided I'd call to try and sort this out, waited for an hour and then was sent to the voicemail where I only heard a busy tone and could not even leave a message, I then put a ticket in online and asked for a call back as well, no one answered the ticket in the supposed 1-2 business days so I tried another ticket all the while calling to no answer every business day as well, this continued for over a week until I received a notice from Canada post saying it was shipped back to the factory, I checked the invoice to see if I had made a mistake but the address was certainly submitted correct, I contacted them in another ticket about this and yet again received absolutely no response, a few days later again the money was just refunded to me, I'm glad to have been refunded but even still after refunding they have not responded at all, I'm still waiting to get an answer as I ordered these items at a special price and would at least appreciate an answer as to why this was handled so poorly.

Only accept sealed product. I was sold a hard drive as new. Yet, the bag had been opened. According to the S. M. A. R. T.data, the device had been used for a few hundred hours. (Isolated case - happened only once).

Good prices, at present, better inventory than MicroBytes Downtown.

The absolute WORST customer service I've ever had. West Island store NEVER answers the phone. I made an online purchase, 9 days later I heard nothing so I went to the store. They had no idea there was an order and now the computer I ordered is back order. Two days after that I get an email saying they cancelled my order. I would call them but you know. The whole phone thing. Steer clear of this dump.

2020 NOV 19, I got a phone call, said my backorders are ready. I ask my boss for leaving 1 and half hour to go to the store, that is at Catherine street Montreal H3H 1M7. After I got there the guy who calls said that they are not ready, only one of them is ready. No sorry from the guy who calling me. Then I change a 650W power supply to 850W from my order list. It needs 10 mins for system to get the result. After that I can take one of my backorders, EVGA 3070, to go home. I wait more than 10mins, because I count secs on my phone, you should know I can only left my work for 1.5 hours. I am in the line, and the only one in the line and I am the first. The guy walk away. After more than 10 mins. The guy take other 2 customers to me said I have to move aside for 2 customers wanna pay their order. I ask why, 'I am the first in the line, and it's more than 10 mins, you should finish my process and let me go' The guy said, plz move aside and I will do your process next. Which triggers me cancel all my 1310.69 Dollars orders and leave. I am a Chinese guy and Goodbye canadacomputers.

I made a pick up order an hour before opening to reserve the last remaining item and thought i would came here during my diner time, but by noon the order wasn't process yet. So disappointing, i thought it would be done in about a hour since this is a simple task for a store, in the end i order the item at amazon.

Some of the worst customer service ever over here. I got told I couldn't return a defective item because it would be expensive for them to take it back.
Just listen to the other reviews, supervisors go on fits and power trips instead of helping you solve the problem they created. I'm genuinely surprised how a place like this stays in business. Probably just out of desperation. Avoid at all costs unfortunately.

This place is a monopoly, they are taking advantage being the only computer part store in the area. Final sale (no refund) policy on almost everything you buy. Most of the employees are knowledgeable which is good but many tend to come off as rude and unprofessional. Whenever you have a conversation with them they reply in a very dry and unclear manner as if they just want you to buy your items and leave.
Shelves are almost always empty and they barely have anything in stock. CC must work on their staff training and increasing stock.
Oh and no one ever answers the phone.

The worst customer service ever. No refunds, no exchanges, no store credits whatsoever - like at the small souvenir shop somewhere in Egypt, but it does not fit a computer store who tries to be respectable. I would give zero stars if could.

Even now with the COVID and the Christmas season at full roar I got in with no lineup and got great service right away. The gentleman that assisted me was very kind a knowledgeable so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs any computer or laptop or really any electronics of any kind.
