J'ai été magasiné un ordinateur en mâtiné le mardi 21 nov-23 au canada computers marché central, grâce au super explication et très bon service du personnel sur place, je suis sortie avec un ordinateur full équipée pour mes besoin. Merci a toutes l'équipe, mention Spécial au superviseur ce matin la qui ma Ultra bien conseiller

- 4 mois pour réparer mon ordinateur portable
- Aucun suivi téléphonique
- Quand j’ai appelé pour savoir où la réparation en était, on m’a dit qu’il n’y avait aucun ordinateur en réparation à mon nom
- Finalement quand je l’ai récupéré, ils avaient perdu le câble d’alimentation et la boite d'emballage
- La panne a été réparée, mais maintenant j'en ai 2 de plus:
le ventilateur ne fonctionne plus et l'écran est en piteux état

I got my computer assembled through Canada Computers in July 2023.3 months after I had an issue where I was getting blue screen of death. So I called them up and they asked me to the bring the PC to their store.

The technician Yvon not only helped me fix my issue but also helped me resolve other questions and problems I had. That too, completely free of charge.

Extremely professional, friendly and top notch service. Deserve a 5 star!

Amazing service for the repairs department (8 august, at around 3pm). They helped me with figuring out what was wrong with my computer and how to fix it. It was related to a Gigabyte GPU.

J’ai été magasiner des produits électroniques et informatiques et j’ai été agréablement servi par un jeune homme nommé Sami au magasin Canada computer de Brossard sur le Boul taschereau. Sami était très bien renseigné sur les produits car je dois l’avouer je suis un client avisé qui fait bien ses devoirs et je peux confirmer que Sami prenait le temps de répondre à mes questions avec beaucoup d’intérêts et ses réponses étaient réfléchis et justes. Son rôle conseil allait au-delà de mes attentes, il y avait même une dose de philosophie melangé a de l’humour bien placé. Merci Sami pour ton travail ton employeur doit se compter chanceux d’avoir un employé dévoué et intelligent.

I asked if a cpu cooler included the intel socket 1700 bracket in the box, they confirmed that it did, but it was not in the box so I had to contact the manufacturer by email to get some one, on the other hand it took a while to receive and now the cooler is too big for the motherboard, can't use it, even though the manufacturer told me it would work so now I am struggling with Canada Computer to get a full refund, including the shipping and not just the price of the product. Let's say it's the last time I buy there.bad information that was told to me and it's me who has to bear the costs because of that.truly magnificent.

J'avais demandé si un cpu cooler incluait le bracket pour socket 1700 de intel dans la boîte, ils m'ont confirmé que oui, mais il n'était pas dans la boite alors j'ai du contacter le fabricant par email pour en avoir un par contre cela a pris du temps à recevoir et maintenant le cooler est trop gros pour la carte mère, même si le fabricant m'avait dit que ça allait fonctionner donc maintenant je me débat avec Canada Computer pour me faire rembourser totalement, incluant le shipping et non juste le prix du produit. Disons que c'est la dernière fois que j'achète là. Mauvaise informations qui m'ont été dit et c'est moi qui doit assumer des frais à cause de ca.vraiment magnifique.

De très bons conseils, un énorme stock en magasin et une possibilité de commander sur Internet.
Le magasin parfait si on a besoin de câbles/ adaptateurs/ accessoires pour du streaming/gaming, …

(Bon par contre, va falloir faire un effort sur le front du magasin, de dehors, le magasin semble carrément fermé définitivement)

I came in to replace a simple fan. They were able to help me right away which was a plus, did not want to go a few days without my computer. Yvon was quick and efficient, super friendly and nice when serving me. Amazing service! Noticed small other issues that he was able to quickly fix. He went above and beyond to help and assist me that day! Look forward to going back.

N'allez jamais acheté chez eu service nul, pas de service à la clientèle au téléphone ne repondent pas (plus de 10 appels sans réponse). En bref il sont très très nul.

Magasin très bien situé, service et accueil impeccable.
J’ai réservé le produit et lors du ramassage tout s’est déroulé dans les règles de l’art.
Les prix sont très compétitifs.
Pour des pièces d’ordinateur c’est une des meilleures endroits.

They don't value longtime customers.

I ordered a $1200 laptop online to pickup at the store. I drove from Laval as this was the only store that had it in stock.

When time came to pay, I wanted to put it on a Flexiti 12 month plan. The acting manager proceeded to tell me that if I want to use Flexiti, I need to pay now and come back in 3 business days to pick up my laptop.

Excuse me what? !? !

Yep! Because of supposed fraud, they tell me, a customer with years of orders and reward points, have to leave my purchase at the store for 3 business days.

I tried everything to convince them that this made no sense but Gary the incel from head office was on a power trip and refused to use common sense.

I said they could photocopy my driver's license and still no go. Gary the incel says no.

I showed them I have a PHYSICAL Flexiti card with my name on it. Gary the incel says no.

I then called Flexiti and they authenticated me and told the manager all is good but Gary the incel says no.

Do yourself a favour and buy your computer stuff from BestBuy, Staples, Amazon or Newegg.

They certainly will never see another dime from me

Mon mari leur a meme dit qu'il était prêt à payer la différence entre l'ordinateur qu'ils lui ont vendu et celui qui correspond réellement a ses besoins ; cependant il n'a pas voulu!

Sa seule erreur a été de faire confiance aux vendeurs de Canada Computer du Marché Central. Il se retrouve avec un ordinateur qui ne répond pas à ce pourquoi il a payer! Il s'est visiblement avoir!

It has most pc components you need. Staff are friendly and the most important thing is that they acknowledge the discounted price when you bought the item during sale or pre orders. Ordered RTX 3060TI and waited almost 2 months

Called to ask if I could come in to back order a product, was told that yes I could. When I drove over was told no and that the person made a mistake and the manager would not make an exception.

Couldn’t have been happier with my new gaming/streaming rig and the fantastic service here. Huge shoutout to Mehdi who worked with me for a good hour to find all the best parts for my custom build, per my needs. I’ve never built a pc before, and he did a great job of advising me and explaining each feature. Rig works great! I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Better service than others closer to me. They actually helped me even if their inventory was off and I would have driven there for naught. Hear that Brossard?

Staff I very helpful but they should get the checkout moving faster they have a lot of computer hardware for online prices that's why they get 5 stars

I bought a mid range gaming PC on a Friday afternoon around 2: 30, the guy (ricky) promised that it would be ready before 7pm as the technician is not busy, otherwise he's gonna build it himself. I called and some guy told me it should be ready by the next morning. I came back the next day 10: 20am and saw that the technician is just starting to build it. He again promised me that it should be ready in few hours and I can certainly get it before 5pm. I called again around 4: 25pm to check and some guy told me to go back again Sunday morning. I mean seriously? 2 days to build one damn PC? The service level here is so appalling. My advice is to go somewhere else like microbytes etc.

A decent Canada Computer the worker there are very knowledgeable and will take their time with customers.

Mon ordinateur ne voulait pas marcher, donc je suis venu voir un technicien dans ce magasin. Dans 30 secondes, monsieur Olivier a trouve le probleme et l'a resolu. Service rapide et de qualité! Je recommande fortement.

Store representative was very genuine and thruthful, didn't felt rushed at all when asked for some advices and opinions. I am defenetly tempted to go back in order to do some purchases.

Store also had a nice keyboard selection, I was able to get ahold of a rare one that was pretty much sold out on the Web.

Call 2: Let me verify with my manager.

No problem, you can come preorder.
Me: Ok, tomorrow, or today?
Them: Today should be no problem!

I drove over (1hour) and got told the product isn't even in their system yet.
No preorder. After asking for confirmation.

Also, who the hell can't take a preorder over the phone, even if a payment has to be made?

Wouldn't recommend their service at all.

I called a few time this week to get a hold of somone at the store for some questions and I could never reach anyone. Today I actualy called EVERY shop in Québec province and not a singleone picked up the phone.what kind of service is that? If you are in Gatineau, take the time to cross the border to go to the Ottawa Orlean shop I got great service from there.

I bought ethernet cables, USB hubs, keyboards and webcams. All are excellent quality. There are people to help you choose, give you information and find what you need. There are often great deals and you can also subscribe to their membership for points.

The service I got from this place was amazing, thanks to Ricky and the Manager (a tall asian man), always walking around making sure customers are served as well as it can be expected. Would definitely recommend!

Great service from Sam, Lucas and a few others that helped put together a great pc build.

Management was super friendly and the tech guys were on point in making sure all the proper firmware and software was installed.

Daniela was warm and friendly upon first contact on the phone as well. She went the extra mile to ask some questions on my behalf regarding some very in demand products.

Overall its the most chillest and stress free computer store in the montreal area.

This location is not yet open, but I love this store for computer supplies. Build a nice gaming machine from scratch; you can always have parts shipped to ‘your’ store.
