I can't say enough about this place! The person I dealt with - Dan - was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as being really good to deal with. He was very good-natured and patient as he thoroughly explained things to non-technical me. Dan went the extra mile to recover almost all the files from a physically damaged hard drive, and I also bought a new (refurbished) laptop. Six stars!

Got a really quick reply to my query and when I brought in my old Toshiba lap top, Dan was able to fix the problem in no time. He knew what the problem was and fixed it right on the spot.i appreciated the service and quality. I came to these guys for help twice and I couldn't have asked for better service. They served me right away, they efficiently figured out what the problem was and fixed it. The owners are both really personable, friendly and aim to please. They gave me great free advice on Windows 11 and other apps. And I noticed they treated all the customers who walked in with kindness and respect. A local business that I will definitely continue to support!

Spark Computers was highly recommended by my usual IT support provider, who is on holidays. I was pleased to find Spark Computers took the time to explain the problem, discuss possible solutions and provide high quality service that was reasonably priced with a quick turn-around time. It was definitely worth the few extra minutes it took to drive to Aylmer! I will definitely be using their services from now on.

Great, honest people, I like them. I know about computers and I have some skills so I know when I getting the run a round. Not with them very professional people.

Were honest in letting me know my computer wasn’t worth fixing and let me know of problems with the brand of my computer. They taped up my computer for free with gorilla tape to keep it from splitting open. Good service and honest work!

J'ai acheté plusieurs ordinateurs et fait réparer d'autres par Dan et Jamie et je suis pleinement satisfait pour tout. Meilleur endroit pour se faire servir par 3 beard (geek) men en cas de problème avec votre laptop. Ils ont toujours essayé de m'expliquer les procédures technique de manière à ce que je comprenne ce qui va se produire et pour me permettre d'avancer dans mes décisions sans inquiétudes. I was sent by my husband to the Sparks Computer since he and my sons who were building a computer for the first time lost one of the tiny screw. I have no idea about computer but was not overwhelmed or intimidated when I got there since the gentleman who greeted me was courteous and understood what I was talking about even though I didn’t understand what I was talking about muchσ. ;
He mentioned that he does not sell the screw I was looking for but he went to the back to search one for us to try it out for no charge.
He gave me clear instruction about what it is.
Yes, it perfectly fit and my boys are very happy with finished product!

Jamie went out of his way and time to help me with my internet and router issues. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He configured a router for me. All I needed to do was go home and plug it it. My internet has been working perfectly every since.

Great people! Jamie helped me out with my computer. He gave me a very fair price with many options. My computer completely died on me and he fixed it quickly. I even had an issue with my keyboard that was not brought up when I brought in my computer. I am so happy to have my computer back in tip top shape. Jamie even cleaned my computer as an extra service. I highly recommend seeing the guys for any issues.

Like many of us, I provide a lot of basic IT support to my elderly parents. When a problem with an older laptop had to be fixed urgently because mom could not access recipes. I phoned Spark, a quick description of the problem to very knowledgeable and courteous employee (Jamie), provided me with a solution (DIY) and a fallback involving a visit for repair. Mom is back in the kitchen, and I know where I am going for my next computer repair issue. Thank you Spark Computers.

Extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Called and Dan and explained images and text were distorted. He said to bring in my tower and he would take a look at it right away. Issue was solved immediately.

One of my friends recommended Spark Computers. He had in the past and was really satisfied with their professional service and products. During my first visit I met Dan, one of the technicians on hand. He recommended a Dell solid state refurbished computer which I decided to purchase. The computer exceeded my expectations and performs perfectly. I also bought a 4K monitor as I am a photography enthusiast. Thanks Dan for the great service.

Had a PC custom built over there for gaming, great experience.

Talked a bit about parts, told them what I'd want, they suggested a few things and it turned into a beauty, well worth the price and I double checked online.

But the thing I was super impressed with and wasn't really priced or necessary, but it's the extra effort they put in, is the cable management, it is beautifully done on my PC.

Also had a few repairs done there and they are amazing for that also.

I had a my screen flickering for weeks and had to get it repair asap for my online classes. I'm so glad they were able to get it fixed in 3 days. Such a blessing

I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I needed a specific screw to make upgrades in my laptop and the gentleman on the phone offered to hand one over to me, I paid a small amount for the product since he was very honest and helpful, if ever I need a computer/laptop repaired this is place Ill go to, highly recommended.

I went To that store because I had problem charging my Bios and the guy working there just made it for free since it was a minor problem, he was really polite and professional and even gave me some advice to start building my own business. Great experience!
