My name is Chris and I have a carpenter ant problem for the last 3 years.

After having called and hired two local companies to solve my problem. One only wanted to get paid by cash only. I had to fight with him to get a receipt and the other came with an attitude both of which did not solve my issue. They simply sprayed the inside of the house which killed the ants locally but did absolutely nothing for the real problem. (The nest)
When I called Orkin, they were knowledgeable, polite and they spent a good half hour, just explaining to me how carpenter ants worked and survived as well as how to permanently solve the problem. They were up front and explained to, why so few people can actually get rid of the problem in a single year. It is simply due to the life cycle of the carpenter ants however getting my house to the point where there aren't anymore is almost a given after the second year. I was able to plan accordingly. We will see after the first year and cross our fingers but at least I understand we are probably in for another year, in order to get rid of them completely. That's fine with me. I prefer they be honest now so there are no surprises when their work is done.
I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WHOLEHEARTEDLY.

Cette année je n’avais pas besoin que Orkin viennent arroser pour les fourmis. Cependant quelqu’un est venu (m. Claude Boucher) ce matin sans préavis et surtout sans demande de ma part. J’ai donc eu la très mauvaise surprise de voir une facture de 130$ collé dans ma porte d’entrée sans que j’ai de quelquonque façon sollicité ce service. Depuis quand Orkin se rend chez des clients sans les aviser avant? Cela fait plusieurs années que je fais affaire avec Orkin pour les fourmis et j’ai toujours eu un excellent service. Cette année j’ai eu un service et une facture que je n’avais nullement demandė.

The gentleman came on time, he looked around for rats, inspected all around my patio and told me he didn’t see any extraments.
He did tell me if I see any and I am concerned to give him a call and they can come setup stations to eliminate the rats.

Autorenewal a service and would not allow refund even with no services rendered. I have called and emailed a dozen times over a year. Avoid
