First fast food I had in Montreal and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the food and the service honestly impeccable

I have tried many shawarma places in Montreal. But this place, its amazing. I ate chicken shawarma its was delicious. And the staff here is very friendly and very helpful. They even let me try sample of the meat there. So that i can easily make choice. If somebody wanna try shawarma. Must visit here.

By far one of the best go to comfort foods place in MTL! Make sure you definitely try the lamb on the rocks with onions on top

First time eating there. My experience wasn’t of the greatest. Employees talk between them in there language while serving customers at the cash. The Saj philly cheese was super soggy. It bent in two and the bag it was in, leaked.

C'est incroyable! Révolution de la poutine, c'est meilleur! Leur sauce à l'ail est parfaite, et leur sauce piquante aussi. Merci à Aftab, le Manager, pour ses conseils, sa bonne écoute et son sens de l'humour! Full love!

Very good food, original choices, great prices and their staff are welcoming and very friendly (the one at Mont-Royal). You gotta try the lamb Saj.and good luck with level 10 spicy sauce!

Decent customer service, the staff was friendly. I took the shawarma ozbox meat. The meat was way too overcooked which made the experience less enjoyable. Otherwise, the sauce & fatoush were okay. The fatoush definitely could use more lemon. I had higher expectations, I gave a 2 star since they were nice. Also, the place looks dirty inside which I can understand since it’s downtown Montreal but it’s not very appealing

Finally got one of these in Montreal after trying it a few years ago in Ontario. Also brings back memories of New York City’s Chicken Over Rice (Halal Guys). Love this and great staff! Get the extra white sauce. Spicy sauce is actually spicy so be careful not to drench it if you can’t handle it lol

Food was good the several times I was here but now I might never comeback. Worker misheard my order for large beef wrap with no sauce, made the wrong thing and then refused to fix it. So, now I have 1 wrong order and 1 angry girlfriend.

I'm sad to give this review cause I love osmows. I drive from longueil to get it and very cleary asked for extra sauce multiple times. Extra sauce on the side with no sauce on the meat. 3 times I asked for the sauce and when I get home 45 minutes later its just dry chicken with a small cup of sauce

. A very amazing restaurant to visit for having a very nice for the most important service

Really delicious food and good portions, the scorchin hot is actually spicy, the flavour is worth the burn if you can handle it

Its ok. Tried the supershawarma chicken. Nothing out of the world but just another regular decent shawarma. Will try their other stuff which might be better.

Great chicken and philly shawarma. Be careful about their spice levels though, a medium is pretty spicy

Food is great but customer service is really bad. Lost my receipt i know thats bad on my side showed them proof of payment from apple pay clearly stating time amount and location asked them is there anyway they could help they straight up refused to help even though it could have taken barely 2 mins to retrieve it from history so i ended up losing my 20$.

I ordered 3 shawarma poutine I didn’t check before leaving once I got home I saw none of them had any garlic sauce (white sauce) and I asked for medium spicy there was no spicy sauce either. I came all the way to downtown to get these poutines because of the sauces that’s what makes it different from other locations. Kinda disappointed I wasted so much money and didn’t get what I ordered.

We ordered rice base, but there was no rice at all. Also, we did not order olives, but it has a lot of olives. The employees seemed to be confused and they even didn't know what our order number was as they called a wrong number.

Osmows MTL provides excellent service and amazing food! I just wanted to take the time to advise you all to further use French vocabulary in your menu. A lot of the signs in the store are in English (like the spice level chart) and other posters. I certainly wouldn’t like to see my favourite shawarma store close or get amended by the language police.

We preordered 30 shawarmas. Called during the day to reserve for pickup at 7 pm. We go there. Not even one is ready! They tell us it will take one hour. After four hours of notice! The guy was not even apologetic. If he had told us some were ready and they were busy, i would have waited. But they were a-holes about it. Never going back. Had to order pizza to feed the group.

Just ordered the beyond meat (crumble) shawarma with a side of falafels. The shawarma had way too much of an acidic taste to it (likely from a vinegar overload) and the falafels just tasted bad (they had a fried flour like texture).

There is no sit down place, it’s just a takeout spot.
The food is okay but there’s better out there.

I had the chicken shawarma a few days ago and it was so good I had to leave a review. It’s a great halal spot to enjoy Mediterranean food! Totally recommend!

I would definitely go again! I got the ozbox lamb and rice with salad, and it had some sauce drizzled on top, which really brought the entire plate together! Excellent service and this place really has such flavorful food. Next time I'm thinking of trying soemthing new like the mixed ozbox. Something great about this place is that they have a daily special, so you can really try what interests you most!
