Ordered 2 pairs of kicks through their online site only to get one pair and an unannounced delay for over 2 months. Been ignored for over a month now trying to get in contact to either get a refund or a shipment sent out immediately. I’m being optimistic by waiting a bit longer before taking legal action for my consumer rights. Ordered August 19 and my order still hasn’t been completed

Went into this store on a Saturday and no staff were downstairs on the floor to assist customers, when someone finally came down to help me with selling shoes they quoted me a price and I agreed to come back the next day.
Came back and was offered $55 less than the agreed amount by the manager/owner of the store even though the payout on StockX had not changed (which was their guide for pricing my sneakers). Additionally same as the day prior no staff were on the floor to assist any customers and I had to go into the staff room to get help.
Overall very negative experience and poor customer service.

I’ve emailed them 3 times, tried to get a hold of them on messenger and called no response. This is probably one of the worst company’s I’ve purchased from. It’s been a week since trying to get a hold of them. Not impressed

I gave shoes on consignment and they will not give my shoes back or my money back. Just a complete robbery. NEVER DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS

The guys there are nice and polite. The store itself, I am encountered lack of transparency of their policy.
Also my first time I bought the shoes from this store.
I thought the policy of exchange or refund are the same like every shoes store. But after I brought the shoes back to ask for size 10.5 change to size 10. Then I found out they policy.
Honestly I don't know this store have their own policy.
*****No refund ****** no exchange ******no credit*** didn't ever mention. On their bill/ receipt just no mention.how many days I am allow to bring my shoes back*****.
The only option they can do is to buy back, but the value of the original price less 60% approximately. For example I paid $450.00 for the shoes, they buy back worth only $200. (lost 250)
I am not going to buy thingy from this store again.

Magasin de baskets rares et d’édition limitée. Comptez environ 300 euros par baskets minimum. Il y a aussi une animation où vous pouvez gagner une paire de baskets si vous êtes assez agiles. Les vendeurs sont disponibles et à l’écoute!

Prices are crazy high, they have prices issues between their website and whats on the sale floor, triple check before buying.
