In the reply they asked for more info the date I called Thursday Oct 12th around 7: 45am i talked to someone, got the text message with the conformation For a taxi on Oct 14th at 9: 30am. Called 2 days in advance to order a van for 4 adults and suitcases. Got ok not a problem, got a text the day of the trip, 10min after the planed pickup saying that nothing was available? I had to call and was told they will send a Prius? When they had one available? Canceled will never use this taxi service. Called Prestige loaded and on the way to airport in 10min.

I was with my friend and the taxi driver owed us the rest of the ammount but, since we were two girls he started to drive away WITH US STILL IN THE CAR even though we were arrived at the destination. I quicky opened the door to leave although we left without the proper amount we were due. Hope this company does something about this man because this was unecceptable. Thank you.

The lady on the phone is incredibly rude instead of providing me taxi on time she said if u don’t like go somewhere else.the way she talks is so disrespectful. I asked her to be there on time as I have to pick my kid from school her exact wording was we don’t have jet planes. I will never again use their service

Called for a taxi. Driver came and parked about 300 meters away and is busy talking on the phone. I walked 300 meters to his car and he still did not realized. If I did not walk to his car he would still be there chatting on the phone. He put down all the glasses making the vehicle very cold. Not long after he started to journey, he continued his phone call arguing loudly on the phone which lasted for a while. Oxford should seriously consider parting ways with OXF-01 (Toyota prius).

Called and spoke to a person. I was told driver will be there in 30 minutes.i waited almost 2 hours and nobody came. I called back no one answer the call.

J'avais besoin d'un transport en van pour 4 à l'aéroport un samedi, j'appelle le lundi d'avant pour réserver, on me dit de rappeler 1-2 jours avant ce que je fais le jeudi, arrive le samedi, personne ne se présente, j'appelle, on me transfère au chauffeur en question qui ne répond pas, je rappelle à la centrale qui me dise qu'il ne peut rien faire, méchante belle gang d'amateurs.plus jamais

Ils m'ont dit on vient te chercher et après 2h à moins 30 ils m'ont appelé pour me dire finalement on viendra pas désolé. Et Ils ont raccrochés. Ça l'explique leur mentalité. Ils s'en calissent et c'est rendu notre problème. Selon leur dire. La femme qui travaille le 5 février m'a dit désolée mais non on ne viendra pas vous cherchez après avoir attendu. Ils m'ont clairement exprimé leur "je men foutisme"

Le pire service de taxi en ville, raccroche la ligne au nez par 2 fois et tente de charger des extras de 10 $ parce que jai un petit chien avec moi. Lorsque que je rapelle pour avoir une explication on me racroche la ligne au nez
