Pacini

Nous avons réservé une table pour 4 personnes, le 1 janvier 2024, sur le site de Pacini pour fêter la nouvelle année. Puisque nous avons pu réserver et que nous avons eu une confirmation et un rappel la vieille, nous faisions confiance à votre restaurant pour passer une belle soirée.
Malheureusement, à l’arrivée au restaurant nous remarquions qu’il est fermer.
Puisque aucun restaurant ne prenais de nouvelle réservation un 1 janvier à 17h30, nous avons du ce commander un fast food.
Un message aurait été apprécié afin d’éviter de gâcher notre première soirée du jour de l’an.

The service was excellent! Mostly a youthful staff, they really pulled through and made our dining experience great! Highly recommend!

Food seems to have gone downhill. Meatballs were hard and dry, spaghetti lacked flavor. Our waitress was great however! However another waitress accidentally hit a wine glass which shattered and cut a young girl's leg. She was very apologetic. The Manager brought a tiny bandaid that didnt cover the cut at all. No apology, nothing. She bled throughout the meal. Finally a nice fireman came, and our waitress brought out a real first aid kit. Thanks for those who helped. Manager shame on you for thinking that injuring a Customer isn't a big deal and does not require a sincere apology.

Nous sommes arrivés à 17: 30 un soir de semaine, le garçon qui nous a servi était très gentil mais il a été laissé seul pour servir le groupe que nous étions. Alors les services à été très long. Plusieurs non pas reçu leur commande tel que désiré. Nous sommes sortis à 20: 30 épuisé d’avoir attendu. La qualité de la nourriture reste aussi à désirer.

Agréablement surprise. J'avais des attentes très basse et la nourriture était bonne. Le bar a pain amusant et l'ambiance agréable.

J'ai adorer le service est plutôt correct, j'ai vu bien plus pire! Mon souper étais EXCELLENT! Je recommande fortement pour un bon souper en famille ou entre amis car l'ambiance est extraordinaire et les mets sont à couper le souffle. Trop dispendieux, excellent service, nourriture correcte, mais sans plus.

Nous sommes allés souper là hier soir. Les prix sont rendus trop dispendieux. 130$ (avec taxes et pourboires) avec seulement 1 cocktail, 1 table d'hôte. L'entrée d'escargots à l'ail était bonne. Les deux plats principaux étaient bons également. Le dessert (le délicieux au chocolat) était très décevant. Un genre de gâteau-pouding au chocolat très sucré et un peu de crème glacée. Le cocktail signature ne goûtait pas grand chose.

Bref, c'était bon sans être très bon ou délicieux, mais surtout, ça ne valait pas le 130$. Nous comprenons que les prix ont augmenté, mais ça ne vaut pas ça. Pour 30-40$ de plus, nous avons un vrai souper gastronomique.

Merci pour l'excellent service, mais svp ajustez les prix, car à ces prix, nous n'y retournerons pas.

Was pleaseantly surprised to have a few vegan options on the menu. Plant based butter would have been a great addition for the bar à pain Very friendly staff (although one mistake on my husband's order) our meals were delicious

Le bar à pain, délicieux! On y va pour ça! La pizza et sa croute fine y est très bonne! Bon resto familial, un peu cher, surtout depuis la pandémie mais la cuisine y est bonne et copieuse en général.

All was so tasty (lasagne, Paste Carbonara, kid's menu and dessert) and very good service!

I changed my review to 5 stars because I saw a big change at Pacini and they deserve to get 5 stars.

This time I had a spectacular night at Pacini.
Food was amazing, service was wonderful and staff were so kind and friendly.
As I told you what happened first time I'm going to tell you how was my second visit.

We reached there around 5pm and they got the order few minutes later.
It was amazing. Appetizers and drinks were served shortly.
We haven't finished the appetizers that main dishes also were served.
Food was amazing, my sons loved the food.
The restaurant was full and I noticed the Manger worked hard and helped the staff to provide best ever experience.
She was wonderful and I think she did a good job to fix the issues that we experienced last time.
If you read other bad reviews most of them complain about the waiting time for serving the food. Buy I assure you that it won't be a case anymore. The manager last time told me she will fix the issue and she did it.

I will defenetly will go there and I'm sure I will have perfect dinner.

I'm so happy that I came back there and gave the manager and all staff the opportunity to show me how wonderful this restaurant is.

I didn't remove my previous review only for showing you the changes and give you a sight that other old reviews like my old review are not valid anymore and you need to ignore all bad reviews and give them another chance. Then you will join me to give them another 5 starts.

It was the worst ever experience.
They didn't bring the food atfer an hour and half because the lady who got the order forgot to pass it to the kitchen!
We stayed there for one hour and half with two kids and had to leave hungry, disappointed and tired.

We reached there around 6 pm.
A lady got the order after 15 minutes waiting.
She left and nothing happened about 45 minutes.
Then she came back with drinks!
Then I thought food will come shortly after that.
After another 30 minutes I called her and ask about the reason behind the delay.
I told her why two other tables who came after us got their food. And she said she forgot to give their order to the kitchen so she pushed the chef to prepare their food!
So after almost one hour and half waiting for the food, I decided to leave the restaurant.she said ok you need to pay for the drink! And left to bring the bill!
She came back after couple of minutes and told me that I don't need to pay for the drink because she forgot to pass the order to the kitchen.
Yes! She had only one job to do and she forgot it!
Then I talked with manager, she claimed that she just arrived and she didn't know what happened, she tried to fix the issue but the damage was already done.

She asked me to give her another chance and be her guest next time. But I don't think I go there for another time.
Hope they fix the issue and be more respectful about the time that people spend there.

It's a kind of expensive-ish restaurant but the service that they provide is less than a small street food vendor.

If I go there one day and if they provide better service I will change this review but for now they deserve to get only 1 star.

It's fancier than pacini used to be. Still has the bread bar, which is always great. Food was good, not great. Service was pretty good too. Location is ordinary, although the nice big windows, terrace a chic-ish setting is nice.
Food was a ok. A lot of modernised traditional plates, not bad, not great.
Good for when you want something not too complicated.

Although the food was excellent, the service was disgusting to say the least. The lack of service diminished the entire dining experience. We sat for more than 20 minutes once we were finished eating waiting for our waitress to come back with dessert options. I had opted for the TH and began my meal with escargot au gratin. When we were finally able to get her attention to bring us the dessert options, she took our empty plates and dropped off a dessert menu.we then waited ANOTHER 25 minutes. There were a couple of other customers that were consuming her time, and instead of excusing herself to come back to us, she continued to prioritize on those customers (they were obviously MORE important than us). Since our water had been empty for some time, and there were a few "busboy" type young men doing absolutely nothing.figuring it was an easy request.we summoned one of them and asked for more water. The young man ran away and NEVER brought us the water. When we saw him again 10 minutes later, we asked him to tell our waitress that we wanted our bill and we were leaving. He said he forgot our water. Finally when the waitress came back we told her we wanted our bill so we could leave. She said that the busboy told her we wanted more water, but nothing about the bill.
She kept insisting that a few of the desserts were already prepared and cold and I should take it with me since I was already paying for it. They were not what I wanted, I wanted Apple Crisp which she told me I could not take to go, so I told her to adjust our bill.which she said she was unable to.
We told her that the service was disgusting and their were lots of "other" workers there doing nothing. No team-work in your restaurant.
She said it was her fault that she was slow, and still did not adjust our bill. We have been to your restaurant several times, and always had a pleasant experience. This one has left us with a very foul taste in our mouth.

Really disappointed. I went there with my family of 4.
After one and half hour waiting, we had to leave just because they forgot to serve us and bring the dish!
It's so difficult to believe that you go to the restaurant and they forgot to serve you!

My kids were tired,   sad and hungry and keep saying why we are leaving without having food and it's hard to explain to little kids that they stay hungry after one and half hour seating and waiting in the restaurant beacause someone doesn't know how to run the business!

I Don't recommend this restaurant and never come back again.

Our noodles were undercooked and our waitress refused to speak to us in english, we thought that was very rude. It was just a bad experience overall. If you want good Italian food in vaudreuil go to olivia, similar prices with much higher quality food, bigger portions and great service.

Service pourri. Réservation pas pour le nombre et personne demandée. Commande passée à 17: 15, Commande reçue à 20: 20, pâte froide non- mangeable. Évidemment manque de personnel, mais je ne paie pas avec des excuses

Nous avons mangé le Festin pour deux. Très ordinaire avec les portions et la nourriture était froid. Très dispendieux et pas bonne qualité. De plus, le service était super lent.
Très déçu!

Je comprends la hausse des prix, l'inflation, la pénurie main d'œuvre. Mais faire de la publicité pour un steak de 9 oz et servir un petit morceau de viande alors que le plat est annoncé pour deux personnes, et servir le plat froid et avec une mini portion de légumes. Je ne pense pas que ce soit une excuse. Mais je vous remercie pour votre réponse.

It was the worse Italian food experience I had. We were waiting for our food for over an hour and even I asked to have my daughter spaghetti sooner since she was so hungry still it took them so long and none of their food didn't taste good. The waitress didn't even care on what we were asking for. The spaghetti had a lot of big vegetables in it and had no taste. The pizza's bread was all soft and had too much oil on it. The frozen lasagna from the store is much better than what they served me. The Arcini didn't have any tomato sauce and was coming with spicy mayo sauce. I don't think the chef is even following a real Italian receipt. I would not recommend anyone to go there unless you like to go to a place that it just looks nice.

I would have given the fifth star. The meals were great, but the prices are on the high side for this style of restaurant. At the bread grill, many loafs were missing and no one was filling them back.

The meals arrived moments after being ordered which some may find great but this means our meals were pre cooked and it ruins the opportunity to have a conversation.

For two, each with a glass of wine was north of 100$. A little on the high side for a family restaurant if you ask me.

So if price doesn’t bother you, you’ll enjoy a tasty meal. Perhaps asking the waiter to delay the order is wise if you want time to talk and relax.

Very enjoyable meal! Loved my cod linguine main meal with table d’hôte; the Cesar salads was amazing and fresh. Our waitress brought us some bread with choices of butter, and we grilled it ourselves with masks on at the grill. Loved the garlic butter, as well as the basil butter. The pizza was great also. We ordered the hot dessert with apple crumbs and ice cream. Amazing experience!

Slow service, took 20 mins to bring the Table d'hote desert that was in the refrigerator. They don't have allergy friendly Ange Gardien menu anymore. Used to be a lot better.

Avis pour le tok tok mais c'est la même cuisine alors.
Si vous aimer avoir votre nourriture manipulé à main nue par plusieurs employés, c'est la place pour vous. Sinon ben. Allez ailleurs

Unfriendly waiters

Waiters refuse to replace Porc items or withold.

We ordered through uber eat and we had th pick out meal up. Not only the meal was late 30 m where we have to wait for.the waiter said the meal wasnt paid for.even when we showed them ubereat recipt. And finqlly the agreed to give us the order just to come home and see that it wasnt right and cold.i called the manager.and waited on the line and they just haunged up the line.

Good tin crust pizza.pasta w Roser sauce come si come SA.flavor oil was delicious both a bottle for home.

Over 2hours to get 3 dishes. Ordered through their website at 5: 30 pm and received confirmation of delivery by 6: 13. At 6: 13 received at text that the order was cancelled. I called the restaurant to place a phone order and asked that they confirm the online order was cancelled. The girl on the phone promptly got rude and curt, said they did not have time to check, they are too busy to look. I insisted as I did not want to be double charged, to which she replied that she doesn’t have my order. My new order was to be ready in 30-40 minutes, so I show up at the restaurant at 7. The food was yet to be ready, they said 10-15mintues, which in reality turned out to be 30! Two other people who arrived after me received their orders before me and never did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. After arriving home, I receive a call from the restaurant, hoping for an apology, but turned out they were calling to say my order was about the leave for delivery! I explained the whole situation all over again. Over 2 hours to get 3 basic meals, served with attitude.

Nous avons pris l'assiette de pâtes avec morue et la pizza mince Prosciutto et aragula (ajouté de l'huile épicé). Vraiment délicieux!
Le vin rouge et le serveur sympathique qui a complété le tout a rendu la soirée mémorable. MERCI!

Food is okay, price is good, service is subpar. The bread bar is a great feature and the decor is very nice. Good family restaurant you can feel comfortable bringing the noisy kids to.

The food was amazing! Great service with a smile. Great quality! Very clean restaurant and the washrooms were very clean. The staff practices good hygiene. A must try restaurant!

The restaurant is modern, welk priced, offers a bread bar with a pit to toast it and has a well spaced private room in the back for small-medium size groups. The staff is professional and courteous.

Definitely miss dining in. Take out was great. Cant wait to be able to dine In. Staff a really friendly.

If only their food was as good as their decor. I ordered the Alfredo pasta plate, reasonable portion BUT there was SOO much green onion which overwhelmed the whole dish. Also you just don't mix green onion with a light pasta. I took 3 bites out of the whole plate because every bite I took I just tasted the green onion, disgusting (it was also not even mentioned on the menu that it would be seasoned with green onions smh)

Portion of pasta dishes is OK. But, quality is the issue. Lasagna was pre-cheese layered pasta stuck in the bowl and sauce was poured on the top. It should not be called lasagna. Kid’s pizza was tiny and very thin. It should be served with French fries at least. They did not give us the dessert: (. They also forgot to give us side Parmesan cheese which was requested. The restaurant was very busy, so takeout is recommended during Covid time.

Great service and amazing Italian food. Prices are good but a little more expensive than others Italians restaurants.

C'est un restaurant que j'adore. Hier c'était la trentième fois au moins que nous y allions. Mais nous avons été déçus. D'habitude je prenais le veau, j'ai décidé de changer pour la lasagne végétarienne. Le goût était correct mais la présentation horrible. Dans un petit plat avec trop de sauce, des légumes coupés grossièrement très difficile à manger même avec un couteau, et il n'y avait pas de de pâtes de lasagnes! En, au dessert j'ai choisi le sorbet mangue qui est venu dans un pot en plastique fermé être minuscule. Mon repas ressemblait à un repas de cafétéria pas de restaurant. Heureusement mon entrée était délicieuse, mozzarella avec bruschetta.

Other than the bread, I did not enjoy the food. But what really ticked us off is when we were finished paying and as I was leaving the tip on the table, the waiter ran back quickly to tell us that the tip was not included in the bill price. It was a desperate attempt to make sure we leave it! Unbelievable.

Schönes Ambiente, gutes Essen und nettes Personal. Ein Stern Abzug weil alles sehr lange gedauert hat (schwierig mit Kindern) und das Essen zwar gut ist, für den Preis aber noch einen Tick mehr Originalität und Präsentation aufweisen müsste.

I've never been to this restaurant before but upon looking online our group of 18 people we're all hungry and ready to get in to the all-you-can-eat garlic bread.how to find restaurant like this you would expect some sort of baguette or buns or quality bread, what we found next to the bread grill was nothing more than sandwich bread that you find at the grocery store. Very disappointing and the flavoured butter containers were almost empty. This is at 6pm for supper.myself I had ordered with my wife a steak dinner for two which was comprised of 1 9 oz Angus steak as well as 1 9 oz salted steak with various other items. I had asked the waitress to cut both steaks and 1/2 and cook 1/2 of each medium for my wife and 1/2 of each extremely well done for me.we were one of the last people served in our large group and what I found was they had only given us one 9 oz steak cut in half. When I had called them out on this she said the menu said there was only one steak.upon further investigation the waitress came back and said there was a mistake on the English menus that I was ordering from the French menu showed only one 9 oz steak. Not only that my very very well done steak came back red and dripping. They offered me a complimentary dessert for the trouble. I replied good thing I ordered from the English menu none of this was said to me there is no sticker in the menu or any correction made. I insisted they provided me with another 9 oz steak as ordered from their menu. They complied sort of. By the time I got my well done steak our party was finished their meals I noticed that they had only brought me half of a 9 oz steak frustrated I just ate it and moved on.by the time we were ready to leave we waited over 35 minutes to get our bills.
I don't know if this is the norm for this chain, but I got to say having errors on a brand new menu, I can understand, but the waitress had told me they had been using the same menus for over 2 months.bottom-line this place needs to work on their customer service and refined some of the finer points. Would I eat there again? It's possible, but I have to admit I was disappointed with the small menu selections.
I'm still going to give it 4 Star because the food was delicious. And everyone's entitled to an off-day once in awhile.

I would not eat at this location personally. I hate the metal containers to eat out of. It looks like you are eating out of a pan which also makes me feel terrible personally. The taste was not quite appealing. The carbonara was missing the raw egg yolks which is my favourite part usually to mix in. The chairs are quite damaged. At least the staff is quite nice.

Took our family to Pacini's and truly did not enjoy the experience. On the list of annoyances are things such as:

- Took about 30 minutes before our orders were taken.
- Bread bar ran out of white bread and was not replenished for over 30 minutes.
- Took an hour to get our food once ordered.
- Told an order of fries would be sufficient for two kids, but it was about the size of a small fries from McDonalds and cost 9 bucks.
- A second order of fries went unfulfilled.
- Requested plain cheese and tomato sauce pizzas for both kids, got pepperoni on both.
- The kid meal was supposed to come with an appetizer such as salad, but we weren't told or offered until we saw it on the placemat.
- No water was ever offered.
- Table was never cleared of bread toast plates unless requested.
- My wife's "Chicken Rosmarino" was nearly inedible, and the side pasta tasted like it came out of a can and was unseasoned.
- My "Steak with sea salt from Sicily" was more on the well done side instead of my ordered medium, and the fries were mostly fried onions than fries.
- When we complained about the meal (specifically the uneaten chicken), told that we were the first to complain and nothing was offered.
- Was way, waaay too expensive (over $100) for what we got.

Definitely not coming back.

We desperately want to like this place but have been disappointed every time we go. Outside of the toast bar there really isn't much to like. The food is not very good, the service has been brutal, and they wouldn't do the happy birthday thing for our 2 year old daughter.which is the reason we went there!

Food not has good has the one on sherbrooke and langelier street in montreal. Main meal was in these weird pan. Other than that is was alright.

Bravo Pacini Vaudreuil! Vos assiettes sont toujours excellentes et ce qui les entourent: le service s’avère toujours aussi cordial et agréable. Une expérience client comme je l’aime!

Nous étions un grand groupe pour le déjeuner et le service était très long, les enfants ont été servi en dernier et les assiettes était très petites pour le prix. La nourriture était bonne.

Service très très long après 45 minutes un serveur est venu nous demander si on voulais quelques choses à boire. Ils étaient en train de de faire un meeting de serveurs je ne suis pas resté c'était trop long

Beau restaurant calme, la nourriture est bonne, l'idée d'un bar à pain avec grill est bonne, mais j'aurais aimé plus de choix. Il y a des articles à vendre en entrant, ce qui est bien lorsqu'on commence à connaître les produits. Il y a des plats qui ne se retrouve pas ailleur et qui sont à essayer. Les prix sont un peu dispendieux, mais c'est à essayer.

Wow, il y avait longtemps que je n'avais pas été chez Pacini et j'ai retomber en amour. Look, ambiance, service et staffs no#1. Je le recommande! Et moi j'y retourne.lol

A very fun place to go with the family. The bread bar is so much fun, the bread is always fresh and there are several Butters to choose from, grilling your own fresh bread is fun and delicious. Then you can have endless amounts! The ambience is very nice as well.

Service dégelasse. De plus les plats servi tiède. Au prix demandé vaut mieux aller ailleurs. Plus jamais.

Ce n'est pas le meilleur italien mais c'est quand meme correct.
Ca fait quelque fois que j'y vais et le bar a pain n'est pas bien tenu. Il manque souvent des sortes de pain et de beurre.
