Pacini Gatineau

What a delicious meal we all had! The 4 of us had pizza alla carne, gluten free pizza and ravioli Rosa. Not one morsel of food was left. That’s how delicious everything was. The mini-desserts were good too. The bread bar was a cool concept. There was ample parking. Our server was very sweet.

Les repas que nous avons pris n’étaient pas assez assaisonnés, ils manquaient de goût. Le serveur a pris pour acquis que l’on voulais une facture sans nous le demander ce que je trouve décevant. Sinon l’ambiance était plaisante.

Had the chicken breast with the fries, chicken appeared to be be processed chicken, rubbery, veggies undercooked, fries were ok. Just felt like a cafeteria meal, below expectation for the price and prior experience.
Had the pesto goat cheese pizza, it was pretty good.
Had the apple crisp, was below expectation as well, felt like it was made with canned apples, also cafeteria level food, below expectation for the price and prior experience.
Did not feel like 100$ meal

Service was ok, so was the ambiance, I did like the couches at the table, although they are getting worn out.

Mostly good. Parmigiana fondant and Minestrone appetizers were good. Pizza and Mille Feuille lasagna were awesome. Side pasta with red sauce was lackluster, typical red sauce from a jar. Desserts were awesome. Service was pretty good with a couple of misses. The unlimited bread bar with four different butters (regular, pesto, tomato basil, garlic) were very fun. Great atmosphere, very clean bathrooms. Table d'hôte price was definitely reasonable for what we got. I'll go back for sure!

Food and service was amazing! The only complaint I have is the bread bar. Everyone touches the tongs with their hands. How do you know they have washed them lately? ! Oh and only I bathroom.

Petit souper relax de mercredi soir très appréciée avec le bar à pain bien arrangé. Définitivement le plus beau Pacini que j'ai été à date avec bonne bouffe. Quoi demander de plus pour une sortie avec les parents en milieu de semaine!

Pacini est un restaurant familiale avec un excellent service. Serveurs (serveuses) toujours souriants, la cuisine est très bonne que ce soit au déjeuner ou diner, souper. Je recommande d'aller a ce restaurant pour une très belle ambiance et bonne bouffe!

We attended for a birthday on a busy Saturday. The service was great, which made the night at least a little better. It was so busy that there was constantly a line up for the bread bar. 7-8 minute wait everytime made it so that people started hoarding toasts. The lasagna was ok but defintly a small portion for an adult (and 23$!).
For kids, I would warn parents that there is a huge difference in size between the bunny pizza and peperoni pizza. This did create some conflict amongst kids.

There are better spots for pasta

La place pour un déjeuner qui sort de l'ordinaire ou un souper dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

We had a horrible experience with the food we ordered The steak and shrimp and sausage platter was not fresh at all even the French fries was old and dry.when we went home my husband had food poisoning and almost went to the ER the sausage was horrible
We paid $120.00 too expensive for this food and portion.
I don't recommend this restaurant at all

The service was fast and the food was really good. The raviolis with rosé sauce was really tasty and the gratinated garlic snails were too. The apple crumble was very sweet, but delicious. There wasn't much people since it's tuesday night, so the atmosphere was calm and the music wasn't too loud. Loved the place.

Je vais au Pacini depuis mon enfance et je ne suis jamais déçue du service, des bons plats et du bar à pain.

Ambiance chaleureuse, personnel sympathique, nourriture excellente! Nous n'avons pas la chance d'avoir un Pacini qui offre les déjeuners à Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, ce fût un must lors de notre séjour en Outaouais! Je recommande

Nous étions 16 & sommes tous en accord.manque de sauce pour tous les différents plats de pâte.

Bread bar was underwhelming but service was ok to say the least but my pizza cutter was really bad so blunt prob couldn't even slice my hand if I tried

Restaurant facile à trouver, sur le boulevard St-Joseph, à proximité du boulevard Riel.

L'hôtesse à l'entrée était souriante et très accueillante. La nourriture y était délicieuse mais quelque peu frugale (en ce qui concerne le plat principal, dans ce cas-ci, des raviolis). Le service était légèrement désordonné et surtout long (le fait qu'ils font tous les plats pour une table à la fois en cuisine peut poser problème). Notre serveuse était courtoise et avait un bon sens de l'humour.

L'ambiance était généralement agréable, malgré le comportement quelque peu irrespectueux de certains clients voisins de notre table (prennent beaucoup d'espace et parlent fort).

We were heading to Papelli bakery at St. Josephs blvd, after some activies with the kids, but the place was closed and I decided we go here instead. It was our first time there and the place seemed more like fine dining. We were hungry and ended up going anyway! The kids enjoyed the food. Portions were good (not like Dinty's big) for comparison but they had supply of bread which seemed unlimited. The boxes for the different bread types were empty probably cause of the timing. We were there at about 8pm and the place closed at 11 according to the directory. I didn't see them getting replaced. Service was good. Unfortunately no pics. I meant it when I said we were hungry

La nourriture était dégueulasse mais la serveuse que nous avions étaient très gentille et la salle privée était bien. Le prix est ridicule pour la qualité de la bouffe

First time there. Service was very slow, I felt bad for the server she seemed to have a big section, she did the best she could. She was very accommodating to speak English as well, not all restaurants in Gatineau are.
They ran out of calamari so we ordered the Parmesan dip which was very disappointing. Arancini was good as well even though it was supposedly truffle flavour and there was barely a hint of truffle. Both the mains were okay.

Recently renovated location brings some fresh atmosphere to this location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and our food came quickly to order. Can’t beat the DIY toast bar. On weekends I’d definitely call ahead to make reservations as this location can get very busy. Good amount of parking overall. Been here years ago but glad I had the chance to see it all renovated.
