Purchased Pajar boots winter 2022. After two months, my feet were wet and I couldn’t make it through one season. Emailed customer service and they refused to help me because I purchased them at a retail store and not through their website so the warranty does not apply. Poor service. I can’t believe a company would turn away a customer no matter where the purchase was made.

Pajar's products are pretty great and their customer service rep was super professional, but the company's policy of having customers wait several days up to weeks for RMA #'s, a complicated procedure for exactly how and where to write these numbers on packages, etc.and then they make the customer PAY to ship back returns! It is so awful that I will never recommend the company to my friends. It cost me almost $187 to ship back my returns to their warehouse in New Jersey.

Nous n’allons pas mentir, le service client est très réactif. Par contre, leur politique de retour est une grosse m****, désolé pour l’expression. Tu dois payer l’envoi du retour et en plus ils déduissent les frais d’expédition de la commande, donc en plus de rendre un article en parfaites conditions, tu perds de l’argent. Dernier achat chez eux! Très très déçue

I ordered from Pajar online through their store and my order arrived quickly and the items were as expected and as pictured online. The boots were too narrow and not comfortable for long distance walks, so for the price it wasn’t worth it to me to keep them so I decided I wanted to return.

It is nearly impossible to return your item to Pajar. You have to email their team to submit a return request and receive shipping info from their team. I sent multiple emails without response and eventually reached out to the chat on their website. Once making contact through the chat, I went back and forth with someone who told me they would send me the necessary details in order to return my items - and 5 days (and counting) have gone by since without receiving the necessary details to submit my return. It has been 11 days since I first reached out to the team to begin my return.

Pajar says you have 30 days to return an item for refund but you will spend all that time waiting on them. I am very frustrated by this process and unless you are certain with your purchase, I would not order online through this business.

I had a great pair of old Pajars so I bought a new pair of Pajar's online, used their sizing chart but the boots I received were too small. I emailed 1x for RMA number so I could exchange for a larger size. 5 days, no response. Emailed a second time asking for RMA. 5 more days, no response. No phone number on website, I'm beginning to think Pajar online is a FRAUD. A real bummer because the boots are great, online customer service however is non-existent. Will they ever respond? I hope so. If I don't hear from them tomorrow I'll probably have to call the credit card company.

Very good customer service response when I reached out with my question. I was not notified when my jacket actually shipped as they said they would so I was a bit concerned when I hadn't been given that notification, the order still said unfulfilled and my Visa had been charged. I would expect Pajar to notify a customer when the jacket actually ships. Thank you.

Très compliqué d'avoir un simple échange. Ils ne le font pas en boutique. Après plusieurs courriels, on m'a dit qu'il faut racheter le produit qu'on veut. S'ils l'ont bel et bien en stock dans la taille qu'on veut, on leur envoie la preuve de notre 2e commande et ils nous envoient une étiquette prépayée pour retourner le produit qui ne fait pas. Si par malchance ils n'ont plus votre taille en stock, vous devez retourner le produit et les frais de transport sont à votre charge. Vraiment un service médiocre.

The shoes ordered were very uncomfortable and i had to unfortunately pay for the return shipping. The customer service rep apologized that i am not satisfied but no resolution was offered. Buyer beware that you might have to pay for the return.

Achetez en boutique si vous souhaitez vraiment leurs produits.
Leurs fits pour les pointures se chaussures sont inconsistants d’un modele a l’autre. Vous devrez ensuite payer le retour si vous souhaitez changer de modele ou un remboursement. Et vous realiserez que de parler a 3 personnes differentes par courriel pour un retour, c’est assez désagréable.

Le service en boutique au outlets montreal est 100 fois meilleurs, et vous pourrez essayer sur place. Ce qui est nécessaire vue l’inconsistence des pointures.

Je vais commencer par le positif.j'adore les bottes Pajar que j'ai achetées vlà plusieurs années. Et le négatif: service exécrable. Impossible de parler à une vraie personne quand on a des questions, on tombe automatiquement sur une boîte vocale qui est pleine donc après leur message, la ligne se ferme automatiquement. Et pour qu'on nous réponde à un courriel (j'en ai envoyé 3) ça prend plusieurs jours.

I’ve had my Pajar winter boots for several years so the attached crampon grips became very worn down.
I wrote to Pajar to ask if they had replacements assuming if they had I would pay for them plus possibly shipping. I was asked to send a photo and my address.
Then to my surprise and delight I was informed a new pair of replacement crampons was in the mail.
They were easy to replace. I am a very happy customer. Thank you to Kayla who helped me.

Excellent excellent excellent! I had ordered a pair of boots which arrived and were unfortunately a tad small. Erika and Andrea assisted me in the process of re-ordering a size up and returning the boots for credit. Andrea actually contacted the factory and informed me of the time frame needed to make my correct size. All went smoothly, the new boots fit perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the service at Pajar. The staff are wonderful and the boots are warm and comfortable. Thank you all so very much!

I use my Pajar boots (3 years old) almost everyday during the winter season (live in Ottawa). They still look great however because of walking on sidewalks, the spike wore down over time. I contacted Pajar asking if replacement spikes were available for purchase. The answer was yes they are available, and better yet they shipped them to me at no cost. This is truly 5 star customer service for a 5 star product.

While the boots I ordered just did not fit my feet right, Salomé at Pajar was incredibly helpful and responsive when I did my return and made the whole process much simpler.

We live in North Texas - not an area that gets a lot of snow or ice. So it's hard to find snow boots to try on, much less buy. I bought an sent back 2 pair before I discovered Pajar when looking for pull on snow boots. I ended up with the Veronica Ice-Grippers - 'fur' lined, easy on with zippers and NO LACES, and a great fit even with thick socks. We spent Christmas in the Colorado mountains where we got 50" of snow over the week we were there. Feet were warm and dry. And those amazing ice grippers worked perfectly. NO slipping on icy sidewalks or packed snow. I really can't believe how well they worked!

I bought my Pajar boots online at LaBaie. My boots had a small defect and were still under warranty.i tried to exchange the boots by calling LaBaie customer service, worst experience ever.so i decided to contact Pajar directly. The customer representative at Pajar was the sweetest person ever, they exchanged my boots without any problems. I love Pajar boots for Quebec winters. They are warm, comfortable, and super convenient. Thank you Erika.

We give Pajar a 10 out of 10 for service, and quality of the product. We live in BC so we ordered our boots on line. I loved the first pair I bought so much, that I bought another pair (exactly the same) so if these ones wear out I have another pair years from now. Then we bought a pair for my husband. Sadly wrong size - but the return process was smooth, and now we have the right sized pair.

Pajar customer service has been excellent. Twice I had to request replacement laces for my winter boots, and both tones they shipped multiple sets out to me immediately. Looking forward to buying my next pair of boots from them again. Satisfied customer.

My Pajar IceBoots are the best boot I have ever owned. I work outside and have a tendency of falling. But with these boots, that is no more. They are warm and stylish. I did require a new set of ice cleats after a lot of use. I just called customer service and Kayla was able to assist me right away. So friendly and fast. Who could ask for more. Thank you Pajar.

For a high-end priced product, the quality is very low-end. I paid close to 900$ for a winter coat, within two years the vinyl trim started to peel a lot. A one year warranty left me without recourse. Try "googl-ing" Pajar review and you will see that their products are way over-priced for the quality and their customer service is mediocre at best.

Amazing customer service at Pajar Canada! I contacted Pajar yesterday regarding a broken zipper on one of my boots. One quick email to Pajar and they are sending me replacement zippers for my boots TODAY! Ive always known how great Pajar products are, now I know what a wonderful team of associates they have as well. Big shout out to Kayla.simply the best!

J'ai acheté une paire de bottes et elles étaient défectueuses donc je suis revenu aux magasin et les vendeuses m'ont échangé les bottes sans problème contre une autre paire un peu plus chère sans me faire payer la différence. Très bon service.

My experience with Pajar Canada was great! Their customer representative was very responsive, helpful and very nice to work with. I highly recommend Pajar, their products and service! I live in the USA and shipping and a return was very quick - especially considering what I assumed would be long lags due to Covid. I recommend Pajar Canada without hesitation or any reservation!

I had bought a pair of Pajar boots which arrived without the "key" to move the cleats on the bottom. I sent an email to Pajar and Erika at Pajar was very helpful and said she would not only send me a key for my boots, but also one for the boots that I explained that my husband had bought a couple of years ago and we seem to have mislaid the key.
Both keys arrived by mail today. Please thank Erika for her prompt response to my request. We hope we don't get too much snow this winter, but we are certainly ready for it with our wonderful Pajar boots.

This company makes terrible boots, and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen, not even a phone number. Beware online orders, they take weeks to respond to emails and by the time they do you can’t return the items anymore, they also don’t pay return shipping.

C'est une vraie honte de vendre du matériel d'aussi minable qualité. 200$ pour des bottes que le talon est défoncé après 1 hiver, rembourrage tout déchiré et en plus dans les bottes on gèle. Je vous suggère de vendre votre matériel d'hiver en Amérique du sud. Minable minable minable

Un précieux conseil, N'achetez pas de produits Pajar! Produit énormément surévalué et service clients pitoyable! Personnellement, je me suis procuré des bottes d'hiver que je croyais de bonne qualité et il avait un défaut de fabrication. Les lacets s'usaient prématurément, même pas 2 semaines après l'achat! La boutique d'achat m'a à Pajar Canada qui a mis plus de 6 semaines pour répondre à plus de 3 courriels et ils ont simplement pu m'offrir une paire de lacets pour remplacer les 2 paires déjà remplacées en moins de 2 mois. Ça c'est sans parler de la piètre qualité de la semelle, mes bottes glissent même sur de l'asphalte mouillée!

PREMIÈRE ET DERNIÈRE FOIS QUE J'ACHÈTE CHEZ PAJAR
N'achetez surtout pas sur leur site web! Le commerce en ligne est d'une incompétence jamais vu ailleurs! La marchandise est parfois même pas en stock et vous risquez de ne pas recevoir votre colis dans les délais publiés sur leur site web! 1 MOIS après avoir placé ma commande, comme je n'avais JAMAIS REÇU de mises à jour, j'ai dû appeler 3 fois PAJAR CANADA pour connaitre l'état de ma commande pour finalement me faire dire que la marchandise n'avait jamais quitter l'entrepôt! Honnêtement, J'étais sur le point d'appeler la compagnie de carte de crédit pour annuler la transaction! Finalement, j'ai reçu mon manteau un mois après l'avoir commander, en retard pour le temps des fêtes et sans indemnités quelconques de la part de PAJAR.
Très décue du service!

Je suis étudiante et je pouvais à peine me permettre d'acheter ce manteau d'hiver. J'ai acheté un manteau d'hiver Pajar au magasin Labaie à Montréal il y a environ un mois et demi, sauf que je l'ai essayé par temps froid la semaine dernière et malheureusement je n'étais pas satisfait de la capuche et j'ai eu une expérience désagréable à l'extérieur!

DO NOT BUY ONLINE
Recently purchased a pair of boots which did not fit properly. Contacted the company to obtain an RA number to return by email. No news after one week. Impossible to find a phone number for customer service. Finally found a screen shot of a phone number posted on a forum, called and was told they have thousands of returns to process and it may take another week for them to get back to me. It has now been 2 weeks and no news. I'm still not able to return the boots (which would even be at my own expense!). This is unacceptable for online purchases.

Bottes d'hiver: les fermetures éclair n'ont pas tenu une saison (ni l'une ni l'autre) et les deux semelles ont de gros trous vis-à-vis des signes de feuilles d'érable "gravés" dans les semelles après une saison et demie.

They created fake boot only usable for one season, and insulting customer service said send us with your cost to repair it, you believe that $450 boot after one season need repair also at stitch line is not waterproof, too

Incredibly poor quality for what they're charging. I bought a pair of USED Brown fox fur Tecnicas in Aug 2016 - LOVED them so much I purchased the same pair in black by Pajar in Nov 2017, thinking they'd be the same - NOT THE CASE. Had them for 2 winters mostly being worn indoors - right from the get go, the fur was much thinner and 2 winters later (after being worn indoors 99% of the time) the fur is balding on the toe of the Pajars (see attached pic of boot toe) while the Tecnicas are in perfect condition. The Pajars are clearly inferior quality to the Tecnicas despite being priced the same. I contacted Pajar customer service who advised they can't do anything since out of warranty but sent me a 20% off coupon. Thanks but no thanks, I'll buy Tecnicas moving forward. See pics attached:

Pires bottes et pire service à la clientèle. Mes bottes se sont brisées après seulement quelques jours de l'achat et Pajar n'a voulu faire aucune indemnisation sauf envoyer des bottes à Montréal À MES FRAIS pendant le temps des fêtes (donc je n'aurais pas eu de bottes). ça a pris plusieurs jours avant qu'ils me répondent et il a fallu que je les rappel plusieurs fois et aucune autre solution n'a été proposé. Je n'achèterais plus jamais chez eux et je ne recommande cette mauvaise marque à personne. Quand j'ai eu des problèmes avec Arcteryx, ils m'ont envoyé un nouveau manteau en 24h. On se demande pourquoi leur marque est en croissance et celle de Pajar va probablement faire faillitte.

Long délais pour les commandes spéciales (10 de femmes est considéré spéciale) Ceux-ci disent 4 semaines de delais et cela fait plus de 6 semaines. Pour des bottes à 550$ on s'attend à un minimum de service.

Just received my Trooper 2.0's in Brown. I have been Watching your brand for sometime and can now say that I am Utterly impressed in the quality of craftsmanship and materials used to make the PERFECT WINTER BOOT for Canadian Winter and it was SO worth the Wait!

Pire manteau d'hiver que j'ai acheté. Après 1 semaine la couture d'une des manches s'est décousue la réponse du service à la clientèle à été de retourner au magasin. Celui-ci se trouve à 200km de chez-moi.
De plus le tissus commence à percer à plusieurs endroits.
800$ pour un manteau jetable fait en Chine alors qu'il y a des drapeaux canadiens partout sur le manteau.
Plus jamais je vais acheter leurs produits merdiques.

J'ai acheté mes bottes à l'hiver 2018 et c'est de loin le pire achat de bottes que j'ai fais de toute ma vie, surtout à ce prix! Il n'y a pas une journée, matin et soir, que je n'ai pas les pieds mouillés ou humides. Aucune isolation: j'ai toujours froid aux pieds. Je m'étais gâté en achetant des bottes canadiennes à 200$ mais absolument aucune performance d'observé. Je suis très déçu d'un produit autant valorisé par votre marketing.

Si vous devez faire un retour ou un échange preparez-vous un sac de temos et patience! Premiere fois que de faire un retour pour un produit est autant complexe et laborieux! Plus JAMAIS cette compagnie en commande internet!

I'm having the same issues as everyone else. I’ve called customer service numerous time because of an issue with my online order and when I finally asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, the representative declined and hung up the phone on me this morning. Don’t waste your time with ordering anything online with Pajar because if there’s an issue with your order, good luck resolving it!
