Ma première expérience avec Pajar fût moins réussie. J'avais acheté une paire de bottes d'hiver dont le cuir s'est sérieusement dégradé après un seul hiver, assez pour être troué. Je les traitais régulièrement avec de l'huile de vison. J'ai par la suite appris qu'elles sont conçues au Canada mais fabriquées en Chine. Lorsque j'ai réparé ces dernières chez le cordonnier, il mentionnait que la qualité du cuir peut être en cause car une botte était beaucoup plus abimée que l'autre.
J'ai ensuite acheté en mars 2023 à cette succursale une paire de bottes d'hiver fabriquée à la maison-mère sur la rue Rachel, donc de la plus haute qualité. Je les porte une fois et je ressens un inconfort à une des bottes, comme si une aiguille me piquait le pied. Je retourne au magasin qui va les envoyer pour réparations. Elles seront remplacées par des neuves si elles ne peuvent être réparées.
Chose promise, chose due: on me rappelle pour confirmer qu'elles ne peuvent être réparées donc une paire neuve m'attend.
Je les porte depuis l'hiver 2024 et elles sont très confortables et chaudes. Non seulement ma deuxième expérience avec Pajar m'a réconciliée avec la marque, elle m'a offert un service de grande qualité, autant en boutique qu'avec la maison-mère. Je vous les recommande mais préférablement celles fabriquées à Montréal, donc de la plus haute qualité.

Je suis très satisfaite du travail de Catherine. Elle respecte nos demandes et connaît très bien les types de manteaux. Elle propose des produits qui nous conviennent. Quand je retournerai chez pajar je vais demander que ce soit elle qui me serve.

Absolutely terrible process. I ordered shoes that indicate true to size. I double checked by emailing support to confirm. Received the two men's sneakers who was way too big. We wanted to exchange but had to repurchase the same two pairs (note that the price was more since I purchased the initial order on sale and was told I'd get the money reimbursed once the shoes are returned and received).

I got a return label.shipping covered because it was an exchange but the shoes came in two seperate packaging and I only got 1 label! It was a nightmare trying to find a packaging bag to place two men's size 43 shoe boxes into!

Received the smaller size I reordered. Again, too large! I was over their exchange process so asked for a refund and to return.

Got this robust process to include some code on the order among other things which made no sense which I didn't do (like print the email and sign it and indicate if worn or not worn.)

The return was at my own expense and happily paid for tracking to Canada post for both shoes which came to $40

I will for sure never again be buying from this store online. It sucks because my city has limited designs/options and the brand is great but their online process is too annoying to ever have to deal with again.

Now I await for my refund on the initial order.which I wonder how often I might need to now follow up on these 2 orders before I get my $700 back.

I had the jacket for 20 minutes and I tried it on, the button broke off. I contacted Pajar and they said my only option is to return it,   no exchange. So I decided to keep it since I loved it. Then a week later the button hoop broke. I ended up taking it to an alterations place and it's costed me $70 to replace and reinforce the buttons and hoops. You would expect more from a jacket from this company at the $1400 mark. There was no offer to cover the repairs or assistance otherwise.

Very rude and unprofessional “supervisor” when I was there and will never get back to their store.
