Do not buy/deal with this company- they are "supposedly" the best for baby furniture however they do not stand by there product and will ignore your inquiries. Furniture is 2.5 yrs old and having major paint issues. Been trying to rectify the issue for 6 months now with no progress. Save your time and money and buy something else.

Stay away from anything from Pali-Design. Bought a crib and within a month the paint starting to come off. Then a little while later the spring holding the mattress broke. Customer service is non-existent and on the rare occasion you get through, they don't care and don't help.

High quality crib, and even more impressive customer support after a move where we lost a few of the parts. Very impressive company and product. Worth considering buying a Pali crib.

Terrible customer service. Never even got the chance to enter the store, I called a few times with no answer and when I finally got someone on the other end, I was yelled at for calling so often. I almost never write reviews but this was so shocking to me I genuinely wanted to share. I would recommend going ANYWHERE else, wherever your business is appreciated.
