Worst store ever. One star is one to many for this store. I bought a ring 2 months ago and the little diamonds on the side came off and the ring is crooked. I went to the store to show them the ring and they told me that if I sleep with the ring it's normal that it gets crooked. Are these people insane. I've never heard of something so ridiculous. That you can't sleep with the ring. Never heard that. Also the employees were rude and not helpful at all. There was employees laughing while I was trying to explain myself. This store sells you things but when you need customer service afterwards there isn't any. Never going to buy anything from this store again. For the store at Carrefour Laval I strongly suggest you change your employees. I would also like to add that I wasn't the only person that came in with a Dimond missing on there ring. Another lady also came and the employee said to go see a jeweler. Great customer service. Zero for this store.

Pire service que j’ai jamais eu dans une bijouterie! Le staff rie pratiquement dans la face des clients! Achète une bague et après 2 mois elle est croche et la pierre est tombé! Ils ont refusé de nous aider et pratiquement ris de nous! Une autre cliente avait le même problème en même temps et aucun service. Plus jamais je vais acheter quoi que ce soit de votre chaîne de magasin

Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Deux fois en magasin en cherchant leurs conseils concernant les bijoux, mais leur aptitude nous ont fait sentir que chaque question les dérangeaient. Finalement, j’ai fait mes achats en ligne…

So I bought a ring for my sister as a gift for Christmas and it didn’t fit her so I brought it back to get a bigger size and they said they don’t have the ring in stock so come back again next time. The next time I went they still didn’t have it so the girl said come back an other time again. I just went back today and know the girl was saying I can no longer get a bigger size… this is very disappointing and this disappointed my sister because she really loved the ring and know she can’t wear it

Une semaine après avoir acheter la bague de st Valentin 2 diamant sont tombée. J’appelle la succursale on me dit dallez en magasin. En magasin on me dit qu’il n’y en a plus et qu’elle vont me rappeler. Toujours sans nouvelle j’appelle et elle me dise que la bague est disponible je demande donc qu’elle men garde une de coter et que vendredi soir je passerais la chercher et elle me dise que c’est parfait. Vendredi arriver en succursale elle me dise qu’elle non pas la bague et qu’elles ne peuvent pas vous la donné! Très mauvaise communication entre les employer mauvais service je suis très déçu car c’est une marque assez dispendieuses!

I would put a zero if I could.

If you need help to fix a problem there is this one particular employee you shouldn't go to because she won’t bother and she will give you an anxiety attack because of all the anger she has.

I had bought a bracelet with charms three weeks before which I LOVED. I though it got bigger because I requested a 17 cm bracelet (or so I thought) and it was 18 cm after the three weeks.
I had worn the bracelet 4 - 5 times. I had taken good care of it because it is my baby. I just wanted to exchange the bracelet because I thought it got bigger with only three charms on it which isn’t normal. When I purchased the bracelet in store no one told me it was supposed to get bigger, I found it afterwards online.
The return policy allowed me to exchange the bracelet because it was before January 29th, the bracelet was still like new. I even contacted customer service twice and they confirmed I could do it.

The girl refused. Telling me that I cannot exchange something I had worn. She didn’t look at my bill or at my file. Nothing. A straight up No.
She told me she could tell it had been used because of the color and the shape?
Then she told me that the fact I added three charms was the reason it was getting bigger.
She told me it is not her fault the lady at the store didn’t warn me about the bracelet getting bigger.
She told me that customer service telling me I can exchange my bracelet is none of her business because she has to find a way to sell the bracelet again.
The color of my bracelet was the same and by shape she meant it wasn’t rigid which is because the bracelet wasn’t locked (face palm). I was confused because how is a “luxury brand” bracelet supposed to get in bad condition after 5 wears? Furthermore, the bracelet is meant to carry 15-20 charms and only grow by 1 cm after a year.

The issue wasn’t the refusal, it was the aggressivity. I was lucky that my mom appeared because I was in shock in the middle of a store full of people. I was humiliated by the way she raised her voice for minutes at a time not letting me speak.
She lied regarding exchange. There was a tremendous lack of helping me find a solution. Had she looked at my bill she could have told me that I was in fact sold an 18cm bracelet, and that it was more practical for them if I could go back to the store I purchased the bracelet from.
I will never go back to this store and if you can, go to the one downtown Montreal. The woman that helped me the next day was a sweetheart. TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES. The first with a panic attack, the second with a very happy customer that will come back.

Respect is primordial and there is always a solution to fix a problem particularly if its just a silver bracelet.
Good brands have good customer policies (Sephora, Lululemon, Costco, etc.). I don't believe it is a pandora problem, I believe it is this store's problem.

Wow merci aux employés de pandora, j'ai amené mes bagues qui ont ete maganées par le chlore avec peu d'espoir de les sauver, et apres le nettoyage, elle sont comme neuve et encore plus brillante qu'au depart! Un vrai miracle! Merci à l'excellent service de la fille qui m'a servie! (La brillance parait moins dans la video vs en vrai)

Je fais jamais de mauvais commentaire concernant le service à la clientèle. Cependant, je suis allé à deux reprises et j'ai été mal servi, les filles étaient impatientes et je semblais vraiment les déranger avec ma présence. C'est dommage parce que c'est la première fois que j'achète leurs bijoux et ça ne me donne plus envie d'y retourner.

Service client extrêmement mauvais! Des employés qui refusent de vous servir car ils sont fatigués du black friday de la veille! Sérieux! Après 2 ans de pandémie c'est ainsi que sont accueillis les clients au Pandora du carrefour Laval! Si ces employés ne veulent pas travailler qu'ils partent, il y en a d'autres qui seront intéressés!

It could be more furnished, but so far they have a bit of everything.
Positive experience! The girl was super polite and avaible to show us products, but just saying is a little annoying when the answer is you can order it online.well I know thank you, but If I m at the shop is because I don't want to order it on-line.anyway after all very positive experience!
