I really liked the pizza, I think it is one of the best in terms of pizza chains, the portions are generous and have a very good flavor, the service is fast

Papa John's is underrated! Their pizza and sides offering are great, plus they offer dips. I just wish this place would do delivery. The Quebec website doesn’t seem to work properly. Their online system says they currently do not deliver within an 8 minutes car radius. The cellphone website also has a few glitches.

Une grande variété de bons produits et les rabais rendent facile d’obtenir un repas à bon prix même si les prix réguliers sont légèrement chers. Le service à la clientèle est assez neutre: les gens sont polis sans être particulièrement enthousiastes ; la plupart parlent un français correct et n’ont pas une attitude désagréable. Sauf pour les toilettes, qui sont assez sales et n’ont pas l’air d’être nettoyées à tous les jours, la salle à manger est assez propre et l’atmosphère est illuminée est chaleureuse. En général, un bon endroit pour aller prendre une pizza à budget ou non, seul ou avec des amis, mais pas pour aller aux toilettes.

Quick service.came here for a pick up and I got my pizza ready within minutes, clean place staff friendly. FYI they have a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom so you can come and eat and get your clothes washed

Pizza is pretty good. Distinctive taste, tangy sauce. I also had one of their sandwiches as well. Customer service has always been good. So far, so good.

Bon accueil en français. Bon choix de pizzas et de personnalisation. Service courtois et rapide. Malheureusement, c'est ultimement une pizza bien ordinaire qui est servie. C'est juste "OK", rien de mémorable. Au moins, elle est bien meilleure que celle de Domino. Conclusion: les pizzerias de quartier, telle Pendeli, sont recommandées.

Takeout for 11h30 and the pizza wasn't even in the oven by 11h50

Hoping that they add more seating area in the store and also add the prices to the overhead menu
The cashier was nice and the pizza came fast with a garlic dip
I don't know why but I feel like the guy with the afro made the place seem cooler

Perfect just for takeaway their pizza is good big portions, was hot and delicious but poor ingredients and the worst when we choose the trio option! They add ONLY 3 ingredients!
The first server was not attentive, but the other one was helpful and friendly!

I ordered the SHAQ-a-RONI and a few other pizzas. The Shaq-a-roni looked exactly like in the photos. It was an amazing pizza. I wasn’t really impressed by the all dressed pizza, but the Shaq-a-Roni was something special, it’s a great new york style pizza. I give it a solid 9/10. For the price, it’s unbeatable.

J'ai commandé une petit pizza sur skipthedishes. La commande a été complétés à temps. Je suis arrivé au resto, les employés ne me regardent pas, personne ne vient me voir. Je regarde les personnes travailler, personne n'a de filet à cheveux (et il y avait un gars avec un afro mi long qui manipule la pâte à pizza). La pizza était bonne, je reviendrai à ce resto seulement s'ils améliorent l'hygiène du resto.

It was ok. Service was good. Ordered online for pickup. Pizza was ready when I arrived. I would rate the pizza slightly better than Domino’s.

I bought a pizza to go, the girls at the register were very kind to me, I was waiting sitting looking at my cell phone waiting for the pizza, after a few minutes a girl with a piercing in her face, threw my pizza from afar on my table without saying anything to me I stopped to see her and she just gave me the back I thanked her from afar and she just looked at me from the side without answering me she kept giving me the back I don’t understand why the disrespect, plus I was the only customer at that moment, why she have to threw the pizza like that horrible service

The pizza is awful. The sauce tastes like some cheap supermarket brand, the cheese didn’t taste like cheese. Honestly very disappointed after waiting so long for this place to open. Should be much better.

Service was good, with friendly staff which explainsthe 3 stars. However, there was confusion over the prices/menu posted vs.the name of the menu in their cash. I wish they post the price of the pizzas/products on the screen as i don't want to order something without a price posted.not the surprise i want to have. I will upgrade the score once taste their pizza.

Well located but lacking parking space to pickup orders though.

Clean & newly renovated building to house Papa John's Pizza here in Saint-Laurent. I didn't know this chain at all prior to my first visit today so I ordered a simple large pepperoni pizza at the counter. Very friendly and attentive service. Lots of wow factors on the pizza.crust is light and fluffy, sauce is tangy and very flavorful, plenty of traditional pepperoni and bonus, they put a garlic sauce & a pepper in the box too. I am impressed by my first visit and Papa John's will be forever part of our pizza restaurant cycle. I forgot to take pictures this time but will update this review as my family and I order more pizzas. P. S. They have GARLIC KNOTS on the menu! Don't see that at any pizza chain restaurants. Can't wait to try them! Keep up the great work!
Update: Garlic knots = YUM! Cinnamon pull apart dessert = YUM! Tried the vegetarian and meat lovers pizza along with a repeat of the pepperoni pizza tonight. All excellent! Didn’t manage to get a photo of the veg but posted the rest.

Ordered veggie pizza through uber eats. I mensioned that i need welldone. Also left note but they did not follow instruction. There was hardly any topping on expensive pizza. Disappointed.

Amazing Pizza and I love Papa Johns compared to the rest of corporate pizzas chain. Only complain is that they forgot my garlic sauce in my pizza box but that’s normal for a new opened place.
