Papa Pizza

First and last time for us. Ordered 2 medium pizzas at the bowling alley, and it took more than an hour to get it. When we received the pizzas, the guy forgot the debit machine, he told us that he would come back, so we waited about 45 mins, but he never came back, and we had to leave. I then received about 4 calls from the owner leaving message that we did not pay for the pizza and we had to go back to pay for it. I told him I would be glad to pay over the phone with my card, but couldn’t go back since we do not live in the area, and they were just rude. Plus the pizza wasn’t even that good.

Don’t blame your customer, blame yourself for your own mistake and don’t be RUDE.

Everytime I have e ordered from this restaurant whether it be Skip or Uber the orders take over 1h30 minutes.

This is unethical, if you can't meet business needs drop the delivery services. I didn't realize they ran the other business names until I ordered in which I had to cancel once it hit over 50 minutes.

As for the food, it is mediocre at best.

Worst place to order food from, food is médiocre at best. God forbid you use Skip or Uber to order from this restaurant.

My spouse and I have order from this business a few times. It took anywhere from 1h30 to 2h30 before it arrived. Ça pris plus de 1h30 pourque ma commande soit livré (plusieurs fois). Si tu nespas en capacité de travailler au moins larcher les services de Uber et Skip

They also use other business names on delivery apps. Ils utilisent plusieurs noms d'affaires.

I have ordered sandwiches, pizza and burgers from this restaurant (574 rue saint-joseph) and the food is médiocre.

Des crosseurs utilise genre 6 noms pour le meme restaurant cette pmace devrait etre fermer c’est degeulasse et ridicule ne commander jamais de la bas vois serez malade …!

Commerce allant sous plusieurs autres nom sur ubereats et skipthe dishes (papa pizza, la maison du burger, smoke meat, sous marin gourmand, pizza maisonneuve, crave burger parmis tant d'autres) portion ridiculement petite, mal présenté, extremement cher (55$ pour un sandwich et une poutine minuscule en ayant oublié la viande fumée) peu appétissant et froid malgré la livraison relativement rapide donc aucune raison justifiable pour la qualitée de la nourriture et le prix.

Food is pretty bad. The fries were overcooked. The Burger came with one small patty (which seems as though it was cooked from frozen) and the size of the bun was at least twice the size of the burger. I also didn't receive onion or pickles on my burger despite asking for them.

I received a coupon in the mail for 2 meals for 20$, the photo above the coupon was a two patty burger, but when I received my order, both burgers only had a single patty, so their advertising is a little deceptive.

Best Pizza in town, yes they are busy so usually a bit late but it is hot and delivered with courtesy.

Delivery of a pizza took over 2 hours. The delivery driver was unprofessional and maskless. The pizza itself had burnt toppings, undercooked dough, was lacking of sauce and completely tasteless. Don’t bother wasting your money here.

@Michelle Christoff - i work for doordash and i was assigned an order and drove 11 kms and when I have arrived he never confirmed the order from his APP, the order was never made and is already late. I called the customer and told him there will be a delay and he was ok with it, the owner said to wait he was making the order, so I sat in my car for 10-15 minutes and called doordash support and they told me the owner canceled the order, i was livid, why not tell me? He already wasted my time to drive there, unprofessional to say the least.and YES HE WAS MASK-LESS INSIDE ALL THRU MY VISIT THERE, IF YOU SEE HIM WITHOUT A MASK JUST CALL GATINEAU POLICE, THEY WILL PAY HIM A VISIT.

J'ai ramassé deux ordres d'ailes de poulet. Les ailes étaient bonnes et d'une grosseur raisonnable.
La sauce medium a un goût prononcé de ketchup et la sauce hot est très piquante mais sans goût. Tant qu'à l'endroit, ce n'est pas très propre. J'ai voulu appliquer un coupon à ma commande, mais ça n'a pas été fait.
C'est plate à dire, mais je n'y retournerai pas.

My family and I ordered Doordash from this location last night for the first time and I never again will be ordering here again. For starters our order was way late and the delivery time kept getting pushed, we waited over an hour and a half for our delivery. We then had items missing from our order and called to have the matter resolved. The owner said he would make the missing items but we had to go pick them up. When we arrived the owner yelled at our family member about his face covering yet the owner himself wasnt wearing a mask at all. Very great customer service.

in other word its the last time ill order from them

Ne commanderez plus jamais à cette endroit. Etait supposer avoir du Pepsi diète en format 2 litres. Il n'avait pas de Pepsi diète. Donc choisi Pepsi régulier. Quand j'ai reçue ma commande 1h20 plus tard, au lieu d'un 2 litres j'ai eue 2 cannettes. 1h20 pour une commande. Ridicule en plus de ne pas recevoir ce que le spécial contenait.

My family and I have been ordering from here for a while now. Everything about their pizza is amazing, from the real bacon slices to the fresh veggies that taste fresh even after they're cooked. I'm lactose intolerant and brought some lactose free cheese to them and they had no problem helping me out by using that instead of their cheese. Super friendly staff, great food, and amazing service, you can't ask for more!

I ordered delivery, the food took an hour and a half to get to me after they sent a confirmation email saying it would take 50 minutes. They didn’t have the right order, they apparently ran out of what I ordered but didn’t bother to call me despite having my phone number and instead just sent me something else as a replacement without any communication that they would do that. They couldn’t follow the instruction to come to my door. Then when I addressed the problems of being 40 minutes late on their delivery the driver started arguing with me and passing blame saying it was not his fault. I personally don’t care who’s fault it is. When I order food it’s for convenience, and I paid an extra 4 dollars delivery for a burger and poutine to gain that convenience. I don’t need to argue who’s fault it is. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. They got every aspect of the delivery wrong. Went to the wrong door, screwed up the order, took 40 minutes extra and then argued about it.

Total une fois rendu à la porte: 44.97$ + le tip.

Premiere et derniere fois… Et en passant, la poutine est pas mangeable.

Grosse poutine à 10$ mais elle a la taille d'une mini poutine. La plus grande arnaque que j'ai vu de ma vie.

Service execrable. GROSSE ARNAQUE. Nous avons passé une commande sur Uber Eats (2X2 pizzas moyennes) et nous avons reçu seulement deux pizzas. Le recu Uber et le reçu lors de la livraison montrent bien que nous avons été facturés pour 4 pizza. Lorsque nous avons appelé le reataurant, ils ont d’abord reconnu leur erreur pour ensuite nous appeler 3 minutes plus tard pour nier le fait. Le monsieur au téléphone refusait de reconnaître son erreur et nous a même raccroché au nez. Nous avons porté plainte à Uber Eats et attendons d’être remboursé. ATTENTION A L’ARNAQUE.

Used to love this place! The food is good. But recently every-time we’ve order and used the Gatineau summer pamphlet, the price always comes back way higher than what it is advertised to be. The pamphlet also noted that it was “15% off every Wednesday” and didn’t list any exceptions, but when we inquired about it they basically told us it doesn’t really work on anything! Which is dissappinting because nowhere did it list there were any exceptions. It has become quite expensive for pizza, when there are tons of alternatives in the area!
