The food is very delicious and healthy, but here’s some constructive criticism; I understand you guys are having a rush, I can imagine how it is at the airport, but please take the time to cook your meat well, I had a chicken brochette and it was a little raw in the middle… disappointing.   Also fruit bowls should NOT cost 14$, that’s way too much.

This is the best Halal food you can find in Montréal airport. Delicious and flavourful.

Ordered chicken shawarma and fries on the side. Everything was fresh and warm.

Staff was friendly as well.

Extremely expensive for less than mediocre quality.
Small sandwich $15+Tax. I understand things are expensive at the airport but this is crazy.

Just bought a nice cappuccino, service was great. Turkish music playing in the background if oriental theme is your thing. Paid 6.90 CAD

I tried chicken and beef pita rolls. They were heavenly. I would rate these are the best l ever had.

I had shawarma and fries here.
The shawarma was good.
But then I order fries, they were not well cooked (raw and not crispy)
I asked them to change it. They fried it again, but the fried the worst fries I have ever tried. I could taste the oil and they were really greasy.

Try the shawarma for sure.

The manager was nice.

On a acheté deux salades de fruits exagérément chères dont 50% était faites des cantaloups. C'était très décevant.

A perfectly seasoned, lush and fragrant oasis in a desert of Burger Kings. Pre-security and open 24hours, this place is pretty bloody good. Should have one in every major Canadian airport I reckon.

Amazing have been trying to find a place in Edmonton that compares to how good and fresh this place was 10/10

Fast service, great staff. Very friendly and generous with the food portions. I enjoy thé pita bread that comes wit the meal. I order half chicken and half beef. Very tasty. The potatoes has a bit of spice. The rice is perfect. My meal was about $15 including drink. I will come back for sure.

Absolutely delicious. We ordered 3 things and they were all pretty good. The quality of the food was admirable considering it's inside an airport. Must try, you won't be disappointed!

Not everything is 24 hours. We got there at 1230 am absolutely starving after hours of travelling and went to get something to eat, all they could offer were muffins and coffee. When I asked when they would be done cleaning the kitchen they said “ oh I dunno”. Disappointed that at such a busy time and no other options in the airport that cleaning isn’t done at a less busy time since they are “open 24 hours”

Oh mon Dieu, c'est le pire restauration de tout l'aéroport, j'ai mangé du riz avec du bœuf, plus une salade et j'ai eu mal au ventre, plus vomissement, et plus encore. De plus, le bœuf qu'ils m'ont servi, on dirait que le bœuf était resté là depuis des siècles. Bref, j'ai fait une intoxication alimentaire à cause d'eux et que je suis resté 1 semaine à souffrir à cause de leurs bêtises.

Terrible service, highly unprofessional, didn’t even bother to explain the menu properly…Highly not recommended.

A terrible breakfast. Had the sausage and egg breakfast plate that came with no sausage. No hurry to deliver meal in a timely fashion. No pride in service or product. $47 for 2 eggs, fried potatoes, 1 coffee, 1 juice and 2 hollow roll products.

I was always a fan of their food till the quality started going down and prices gone up. However what made me write this review is the hypocrisy. On their store wall at the montreal airport they have the words "loving others" in Arabic, nice words, makes you appreciate it till you pay around 2.30 dollars for a disposable mask.another opportunistic organization.the funny part is when I asked few airport staff if the airport offers masks, they all replied no, you can get it from paramount.something to think about.

I experienced racism while I was here yesterday. Definitely will not purchase anything from here again! Two ladies in front of me ordered the exact same thing chicken shawarma in the pita size! I ordered shawarma in the pita size as well. They both spoke French to the guy making the shawarma. Both of their sharawma was a decent size. When it was my turn I spoke English to the guy making the shawarma and he gave me the smallest size ever on purpose! While I watched him make it. Like a kids size portion. I was rather shocked. I didn’t even get a discount I paid full price! Bad service will not return! Disappointed!

Yum! Tried two different kinds of poutine, beef and chicken. They were both really good! Service was excellent too

I am sitting here in Birmingham, Alabama dreaming about next summer vacation in Quebec where I can have their spiced potatoes and baba ganouj again! I could eat these every day…. The best I have ever had! Thank you to the nice gentleman server at YUL for your recommendations!

The shawarma was really dry inside and it tasted pretty bad.

They have the most basic shawarma and it's disappointing.

The food wasn’t fresh, and the plates wasn’t full enough, they gave me little bit of everything, as if they were sparing Diamonds in my plate, it was hard for me to digest, even though I’m a Middle Eastern with A strong metabolism, thank God it was my first and last meal!

I placed an order for delivery & I was told it would take around 20-25 minutes.
Over an hour later, I wasn't even able to reach them to find out the status of the order.
Not the best first time experience with the business.

Outstanding! I love this place. I discovered it a week ago while I was dropping my family in law and we had 5 plates (rice, salad and two portions of chicken) and we all loved it. The owner Nabil I think and his team are incredibly friendly! I came back today for my father and I did it on purpose just to eat here… so it is really good.

If you want something to eat before your departure or after your landing I would reccomend you to try out paramount. The Price is worth the quality and the presentation of your meal.

A must stop before going through security! And Absolutely try the coffee! Freshness, Quality and service.finally a 5 star in an airport

Paramount est un très bon restaurant à l'aéroport. Toujours un plaisir de manger chez eux! La nourriture est bonne et le service excellent. Un bon moment à passer.

The BEST restaurant at YUL, period. Amazing value for an airport meal, inclusive options (a lot of vegan choices!) and we were even given a complimentary plate of spicy potatoes with garlic sauce. I live in Montreal and am considering bussing back to the airport just to eat there again LOL!

La nourriture est bonne, le service est correct, mais les prix sont beaucoup trop chers! J'ai payé 20,70$ pour une assiette mixte (poulet et viande) et c'est de l'arnaque. L'assiette était rempli de riz, de patates et d'un peu de salade.le tout parsemée d'un petit peu de poulet et d'un petit peu de viande. Ils mettent ça par dessus les montagnes de riz et de patates pour nous donner l'impression qu'ils en on mit beaucoup. Vous pouvez en avoir bien plus pour votre argent dans les autres restaurants de l'aéroport.

Excellent eating experience.from walking in the restaurant and being greeted by employees, seated and drink order taken, was maybe 5 minutes. Meal was served hot and excellent taste! 100% recommend it, it’s got great ambience to be there with family, friends or alone.

Never tried Mouhamara before but the fellow convinced me to try it. It's excellent! Served with a giant warm pita bread, yum!

Many claim to have Lebanese food, but very few serve real authentic Lebanese food. Paramount is one of these few. And on top of that you can enjoy the mix between the west and the east such as the Shawarma Poutine. My family and myself totally enjoy eating at Paramount and enjoy the warm welcome every single time.

Lunch box à 14,95 $. Un peu de riz, quelques bouts de patate supposée à l'ail, l'équivalent d'une cuillerée de poulet éffiloché, une cuillerée à café de hoummous, une de sauce à l'ail, trois "fils" de cornichon, même chose de navet insipide. Un quart de pita et un micro baqlawa que le bout d'une fourchette en plastic peut couvrir complètement!
Le problème est que, il y a 6 semaines, la boîte était 50% plus grande et bien plus remplie, il y avait un choix de salade en plus, et un pita complet au lieu de quart pita qui m'a été servi aujourd'hui.
Bref, je suis déçu et je n'y remettrai plus jamais les pieds. Je donne 2 étoiles, une au serveur pour son amabilité (il ne savait pas quoi répondre quand j'ai remarqué à haute voix le rétrécissement de la boîte, une à la caissière pour son sourire et sa célérité.

Very friendly staff, their Manageesh are excellent. I really like the cheese and the cheese/zaatar. I actually eat here every time I drop someone at the airport. You can take the food with you through security as well (as they are located before security and there isn’t one after passing through). I do hope they open in downtown

Fattoush salad and spicy potatoes gave me a raging stomach ache and did not at all taste fresh. Avoid at all costs.

Des lanières de poulets fades pour une assiette de shish-taouk bien triste.le tout deux fois plus cher qu'au centre ville. Les employés ont l'air autant insatisfaits que leurs clients. Mieux vaut éviter.
