Parc Kildare Apartments - CLV Group

Jennifer Muir, the CLV Group agent, provided us a flawless service; the apartment complex is surrounded by a peaceful and safe community.

Parc Kildare is a welcoming place to live, very community orientated. I have had a wonderful experience with all the staff Andre, Rosel Marianna, Jasmine, Jessica, Nadia and especially Jennifer Muir since I moved here, very courteous, polite and really helpful, I recommend renting here, they take care of any issues you may have. The apartments are clean, beautifully renovated and reasonably priced for what they offer Jennifer Muir my rental agent was so helpful a real joy to deal with, something you don’t experience very often nowadays she goes over and above to make you feel welcomed. The grounds are kept beautifully, I believe I will be here forever and my parents rented here to, they are enjoying their experience and they lived in a house for over 44 years. We never want to move and that says a lot.

CLV group along with their well trained staff make you feel at home and the area is full of wonderful people, a very friendly and dog friendly. I highly recommend renting with CLV Group they take pride and great care of their residents. A very special place to live.

Jennifer Muir showed me the apartments and she was very supportive throughout my move. Neighbourhood is great and the apartments are good. One disappointment is that the management takes a lot of time to respond to queries, sometimes even weeks. It would be great if they can make some changes to quickly handle the queries/emails.

I living around 9 months in this appartment and from first day we see bed bugs, we had 5 times treatments but sitll we live with bedbugs, treatments are not effective beacuse whole building has bed bugs, i saw many time bedbuges come out from common wall plug and baseboard with neighbours.most of my neighbours have same experience.

My interaction with Samuel began when I sent an e-mail inquiry on a unit listed on Zumper that my dad was interested in and only a few minutes later, I received a call from him. He is very professional, personable, efficient and extremely helpful!

The first unit didn't quite met our needs after the visit but he took the time to understand what we were seeking, answered our questions and found solutions by recommending other units that CLV had available with the criteria that we had. Not only was Samuel great at his job, he really cared about us in finding a unit that we were happy with and that really speaks volume of the overall wonderful and helpful person/agent he is.

We loved our experience with Sarah! She was patient with us, very respectful and made everything easy and understandable. This is our first time moving out and it has been a beautiful experience

I moved into this apartment building very quiet area we have a outside pool and we have great people living in the building Very clean we follow the Covid policy that we all wear a mask in the building.very convenient is close to the mall and the property management put everything together and they provided me with the key was very helpful. I I recommend if you’re looking for home come here

I submitted my application while still living in another city, and Sarah guided through the whole process and was able to accomodate me for visits. I am very happy to have been accompanied by her and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her patience and hard work!

Fell in love with the location and the building but was too late to sign a lease on an apartment! One of the CLV workers Sarah helped me out tremendously by keeping me up to date on units that became available over the course of the month as well as scheduling numerous visits. Because of her I was able to sign a lease on my dream apartment! She was incredibly patient and helpful!

The people who are representing the CLV group in this condominium, have the worst service I have ever received in my life.

I appreciate your contact and willingness to help, what a pity that those responsible for park Kildare do not return emails to us. We are waiting!

Very unreliable and unprofessional!
I applied for an apartment in 5775 Sir Walter and they immediately received $ 500 from me, but two days later they called me and said that despite the fact that your credit score is very good and we would like to have a tenant like you, but your current landlord has said that she is not aware of your moving, and according to the law we are obliged to decline your request but we want you to apply again; While my landlord didn't accept their claim!
Now my question is: even if it was true, according to which law I can not have two lease agreements at the same time?
At least, they could have suspended my request instead of canceling it.
They do not respect the customer at all and are not honest.
However, they have a very bad administration. I wanted to make an appointment to debate with them, but I did not succeed until I sent a cc of my email to the head office. Finally, after 10 days, I was able to get my money back.
It should also be noted that immediately after they canceled my request, they put that unit on the site at a higher price for rent, and I think that was the only scenario that they rejected my request.
Do not trust them!

I do not recommend to anyone living in Parc Kildare, as they have a very bad administration where you as a customer are not respected and translated correctly.
For you to achieve anything that is your right you need time, patience and maybe even begging.
The people in charge of administration simply ignore you and don't answer emails and don't answer the phone.
Don't fall for this scam!

My wife and I plan to find a new apartment in Montreal and we finally choose the Parc Kildare. It is a nice experience serviced by Sarah Galea-Gervais, she helped us with all the application procedure and answered every question about the apartment. Also, the apartment is really great: big, clean, affordable, and with a quiet neighborhood. Cannot wait to move in!

Now that I’m all moved in, I would like to thank the awesome CLV Group for this experience. They were super efficient and they were a huge help in making the move quick and smooth. The premise is great and it already feels like home!

Excellent service, well maintained and managed, very clean, thoroughly planned. Close to transit, schools, mall, medical centre, pharmacy. Suitable for families. Nice building and great community. Its a quiet and convenient neighborhood. With a shopping area, gym and library a stone throw away!

The entire apartment complex is clean and neat. People are friendly and it is indeed a quiet community. Special thanks to agent Zachari Roy. He helps me to complete my application and gives me lots of information about apartment leasing. I really like his service. It is a nice experience!

Still fairly new at our new apartment but we absolutely love the place and the home feeling my family gets here. There is an agent by the name Zachari who is a true gentleman who made sure we settled in as soon as possible and made our stay comfortable.

With the out most professionalism and care. I was happy of my apt and all the services and prompt response of Zachari Roy.

Robert Brunelle is amazing! I highly recommend to book appointments with him. He did a great job, by being professional and reliable. I was expecting to rent a cheaper apartment, but I could not resist in not choosing his. And he also made my decision harder by showing me better apartments in each visit. It was very hard to decide because all of them were great.

Superb experience with Robert Brunelle and his entire team prior to, on day of and post-move. Everyone is highly professional and accommodating, Spotless premises and beautiful grounds. A great company.

I have been living at 6565 kildare for about a year and cannot wait for my lease to finish and move out. The number one issue is the noise. Since I moved in, my upstairs neighbors have been extremely noisy and the CLV Group staff have done nothing to resolve the issue. As a matter of fact, there are people running upstairs as I am writing the review. The best solution suggested by CLV was to call the police! I simply learned to crash at others' if I needed a good night sleep. I guess the extremely poor soundproofing and old structure is to be blamed as well. On the other hand, when I told them I am not renewing my lease, they couldn't care less. I just received a letter with instructions on how to clean the apartment including behind my dishwasher and freezer before moving out or I would be fined!
There is no superintendent in the building and the office used to be open once a week. Recently, the office is closed as well and if you have any issues, good luck finding the right person on the phone or you need to go all the way to main office at Trent avenue!
And finally, the rent is expensive considering the services you get in this building.
