Parc Safari

I loved the Parc Safari, it’s really nice the fact that you can stay on your car do the tour and feed animals and also you can walk to discover more. You can learn about différents species from all continents in the world!

Bien aimé cela faisait une trentaine d’années que je n’y étais pas allé. Par contre j’ai trouvé que beaucoup de structures et d’endroits devaient être mises à jour et revampées

All animals were depressed, and they shouldn't keep them there.
Museum was good.

J'aime aller à ce parc même si je suis une jeune adulte. La partie Safari est ma préférée. L'étoile de moins est pour le parc d'eau qui est un peu petit à mon avis. Ça vaut le détour!

Great fun place for family. Variety of animals to watch.
Water park is amazing, if you are here definitely give it a try.

Only downside is prices went almost double since COVID.

Great place for the family and they have many different animals.
The only thing that isn't as great is the water park. 50% of the water park area is not open or working. So if you are only coming here for the water park, prepare yourself to be a bit disappointed with one of the kids water park areas not opened.

Bad rating for bad service. Went there on the first Friday of September and it was very disappointing. It was our first time there. Took a day off at work and daycare to enjoy the last warm days without crowds. This was the only goal reached. But almost everything was closed, though they were saying online that all even aquapark for small ones on that exact date will be open. There was almost no one from the staff. We couldn't buy neither food for animals nor for us but one type of. The price was regular for no service. Animals looked dirty, especially alpacas, some parts were under construction, not a lot of animals in the Africa zone. The site isn't informative and has false information. They don't say online the time when you can enter the Africa zone and change this time as they want. Also there's no information about the bus and price for it. When we asked the manager why we paid for closed doors they answered that they are short of stuff, students came back to school. But why should it be my problem if they don't want to pay? Why don't they charge less? Why don't they inform people? The manager was very useless. No refund, no gift certificate, no anything. Very disappointing.

Nice zoo with aquatic parcks and swimming pools. The time is defined to start late if you want to do the tour with your car otherwise you have to pay 6$/ person for the truck with the bus which good. Also you can feed animals.

I will say this. I will give it 5 stars due to the interaction with the animals was highly decent. Humans tho. Honking at animals banging on the door of cars driving with kids out of sun roofs and jockeying for position. Or going off the road way into the exhibit on service rds. The food court was spacious shops were beautiful and the animals def were a wonderful. It seemed some of the park was closed or in disarray. Over all wonderful visit and def a happy time. Hope to be back next summer

Would have given 5 star if it wasn’t for the woman in the drive by Safari scaring off the Zebra every time we got even a chance of seeing one up close.

She walked right by our vehicle and almost made it a mission to prevent one from coming close.

Have a lot of great things but that ruined the full experience for us.

J'y suis retourné avec mes enfants après 6 ans, le parcours en voiture est toujours autant plaisant. J'ai trouvé qu'il y avait moins de choses qu'avant. Il n'y a plus de manège, plus de tour à dos d'âne. Il y a quelques année je ne fesait pas tout le zoo et cette fois si amplement

Peu d'animaux, piscine à vagues fermée, longue file pour entrer, bâtiments semblant désuets, je ne pense pas y retourner

Je suis mitigée. J'étais venue au Parc Safari en 1994, c'était mémorable. J'y suis retournée aujourd'hui avec ma famille. Les animaux semblent bien soignés. Les girafes et les daims sont adorables. Toutefois, service ordinaire à l'Explorateur. Plusieurs endroits laissés à l'abandon, plusieurs animaux affichés sur le site web étaient absents, les pauvres oiseaux de proie dont les filets au-dessus d'eux qui devraient être beaucoup plus hauts pour leur permettre de voler. De grâce, merci d'améliorer ce parc!

Filthy washrooms everywhere in an attraction where children are the main clients. You spend a minimum 200$ dollars per visit with a family of 2 adults and 3 small children, and you feel you are in an old, abandoned bus station if they need to go. I would not publish photos, of course, but you get the picture.

The installations are getting old, and the glass and plastic in many areas is dirty or full of mold, so you can not see well, including the lions glass tunnel, which is otherwise amazing.

Animals are dying, and others were affected by an old sickness. My 6yo is crazy about tigers, and you can imagine the drama when we discovered there were no tigers! What zoo this size doesn't have tigers? And apparently, the only one left was "put to sleep". No plans to have tigers anymore. Nobody tells you those things. A large jiraffe sticks out its tongue because he was sick, although it's supposedly recovered. Other animals look sick too.

The pass through the trail of the monkeys has to be done with oxygen mask (figurative speech) because of the strong smell, as cleanness is not the strong point here.

Safety is sometimes a personal concern, as in some areas, they request you keep your children's hand, because otherwise a small unattended and curious child could easily climb up and manage to fall into the enclosures of animals, although it's rather exceptional.

If they had told me prominently on their website that there were no tigers and that it was so dirty, I would probably go to Granby Zoo instead, which I think has more variety of animals. At Parc Safari, you won't see reptiles, crocodiles, gorillas, kangaroos, bats or, like I said, tigers, which you will be able to see in Granby Zoo.

That said, if you are not picky with cleanness, Parc Safari offers a more interesting and interactive experience to children, as they can feed lots of animals. They have a beautiful trail where deers will approach you and your children easily to be fed. Picnic areas in the entrance, a trail where you can pass with your car or onboard a bus if you prefer and feed many different species like camels and african livestock. They also have an aquatic park.

I don't think I will come back in the near future. Will give Granby a try first. Kudos for the children's experience.as long as Nature doesn't call.

Attendez le fin de mois d'août début septembre pour visiter l'endroit. C'est différent d'été, pas beaucoup de monde, pas très chaud non plus. On recommande les camions! Belle expérience!

Just an amazing place to stay with kids. An opportunity to feed animals from your own hands, see predatory animals, and also relax in the water park on hot days.

C'était bien sans plus. On a fait le camion de brousse, on a bcp aimé de ne pas être avec notre voiture, Besoin rénovations côté lions et passerelle de singe et autre. La moité des piscines étaient fermé ainsi que des zones de modules jeux. Les enfants adore ce genre de place. On a fait la rivière en tubes plusieurs fois et c'était agréable, l'eau est pas trop froide.

Je tiens à vous informer que la carte du monde que vous avez contient une erreur majeure. Elle ne comporte pas la partie sud du Maroc, le Sahara est marocain et sous l’autorité marocaine depuis son indépendance en 1965. Le Maroc et de Tanger à Lagouira. Veuillez corriger cette situation s'il vous plaît!

Glissade d’eau fermée a moutier et site manque beaucoup d’entretiens, c’est plus comme c’était du tout le parc safari! Très très déçu, dernière fois pour nous assurément
