Honestly it’s the best place to do your eyebrows! I’ve been doing my eyebrows here for almost 2 years and they never disappoint Also the lady working here is such a sweetheart! I recommend going there if you want ur eyebrows to slay

Very bad customer service.
I have been there this morning.
The lady was absolutely disrespectful.
First of all she was busy talking to her friends and not at all welcoming.
She was using the thread to do my eyebrows and which was painful.
As I asked her about the powder they need to put to do the thread, she was telling me about her 8/9 years experience.
She was not at all apologetic and it looked like she didn’t care about the customer.
When you run a business or work as an employee you have to be respectful to the customers. And treat everyone equally.
I am not going back and I will strongly not recommend to anyone.bad quality of service.

Do NotGo!
The worst experience ever.
Doesn't worth it.despite it is a very very old built salon, extremely poor customer service, I took my son for a haircut, the lady with long blond hair didn't even greet us, I am a muslim woman with a head cover and instanty the hair dresser profiled me, she didn't want to greet us, moreover I showed her a photo for what the hairstyle I want for my son and told her to set the machin for number 2, she started cutting my son's hair at number 1 without even telling me, when I saw it too short I asked her which number was that, she said one, I said but I told you number 2 she said and I quote her (you show me a photo I do the photo only you are not allowed to modify or anything) and she was shouting at me, I asked her 3 times to lower her voice and stop shouting and she refused till I had to tell her If she doesn't stop shouting am calling the police.
Such a racist and horrible experience in a very old salon.
I moved recently to Quebec and am shocked how the level of customer service is. It is a disgrace!
