Top quality sushi and service. It comes at a hefty price tag if you get the sushi platters but if you want to try the highest quality tuna cuts, it’s a must! Although I’d say the oysters aren’t anything special. Will definitely comeback

I remember having an Omakase there, 7 course for two people. The quality of fish and presentation wasn’t what I expected an Omakase to be as it was hidden in the back kitchen. As I remembered good Omakase’s were made right in front of you with high quality presentation. It costs around 500$ for two people including the tips I’ve given the waiter. I really wished the tuna tasted different, the presentation would turn out differently as well. I was quite disappointed but enjoyed the mood the people there gave. I hope they take this into consideration.

Probably one of the best Japanese restaurants in Montreal. Service is superb. Sushi was excellent and fresh. Definitely will come back.

We went to the restaurant for lunch on July 4th, three couples. The food was very mediocre, especially for the price! I had Park Lunch and an Asian Salad to split with a friend. The presentation was great! The MAKI Sushi were drenched in some sauce, it was impossible to figure out was I was eating and the salad was tasteless. I've had better-tasting sushi at All-You-Can eat places!
The dessert was good. Save your money, and go somewhere else!

Would give our omakase experience 6/5! Everything was executed with perfection and tasted great! We had the 6 course omakase with delicious sake. The surf clam appetizer was tasty, then the best sashimi bowl in a yuzu soup, followed by lobster bisque. Main dishes were sushis then makis. The dessert was incredible, some chocolate sorbet over a delicate cookie filled with light caramel and a red fruit. Waitress was so nice too!

The prices at Park are outrageous. The margins they’re enjoying on fish are huge. The sushi is good but nowhere near worth the prices they’re charging. Antonio Park is getting rich serving the 1%. Nobody else can afford to eat at Park.

It is a lovely place and our food was good. However they clearly forgot us. We waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes from the time of us ordering to the time our food arrived at lunch. They offered Apologies twice, and another 20 minutes went by and we asked where our food was, and it still took another 15 min to arrive, and we did not order anything complicated or any substitutions - a Japchae and bibimbap. What was even more baffling was they offered complementary desserts for the delay. The waiter asked our preference “fruitie or chocolate” my guest and I both said chocolate, he left and then returned a minute later and said “sorry we are only offering one complementary dessert”. It was laughable. The table beside us that arrived an hour after we did ordered apps and a main of sushi and were served and finished their meal before us. The sushi chef was very entertaining and very friendly and kind. If it wasn’t for him we would have left this restaurant after 45 minutes of waiting for our food

Definitely a fine dining experience! We got the tasting menu, and while we enjoyed the variety of dishes the standout by far was the Nigiri! Next time would order the sushi platter instead.

I ordered twice in one day back in September when I was visiting since it’s that good! I asked for uni and the girl on the phone was very helpful and kind. Great customer service! She even remembered me when I called back to order more uni a second time that day. It was a memorable moment as we both laughed and I emphasized how important it was for me to order more uni since it was so delicious there.

We spoiled ourselves at this restaurant. We decided to try their tasting menu and their cocktails. The waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. We took the 6 course meal and wow, what an experience! The sashimi and sushi were my favorite. The flavours they combined and fish just melts in your mouth. The desert was impeccable! I would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu and for some more sashimi and sushi!

This was top of my MTL Sushi bucket list for a while and it didn't disappoint. The staff were friendly and the food was top quality. We had tried Ryu Peel recently and the portions were so small there that we over ordered here. The makis are generously portioned and great value for money. I'd highly recommend the nigiri platter too.

Service was awesome and the quality of the food was divine. This meal was without a single glitch, and this is rare these days. The staff and the food combined really made this a perfect experience.

The freshness on the sushi plate was perfect, the fresher fish I ever tasted! Nevertheless, the whole plate tasted nearly the same, felt like there was no effort in the taste of my dish. Also, for a 415$ diner for 2, the experience and service wasn't worth it.

The nigiris are the highlight of this place. They have mastered the craft of sushi. However for $150 per person, was a bit disappointed to be served cucumber mousse and squash soup as part of the course.

Great food and customer service! My wife had a moctail, I had a tequila based cocktail similar to a margarita. Was good, but a bit expensive for a cocktail. The food, we got the miso soup and green salad (both good), as well as the bibimbap with chicken and a roll of the chefs special sushi which they were able to accommodate and make with cooked salmon, due to dietary restrictions, which was appreciated. Both of the main dishes were very good. Dessert we had the lemon yuzu dish which was tasty. Overall great meal and very good service as well. Patio seating on a nice day was a plus.

C'était une déception du début à la fin, sans parler du service qui était du même niveau.
La seule chose bonne était le plat 4, des sushis.
Sur la photo le premier plat, au pro rata 27 dollars pour un chou sec, thon mayo.
La suite, une crabe qu'il faut manger avec la peau (texture ressemblante à du plastic), j'ai du me plaindre 2 fois pour que la serveuse finalement parle à son manager, sinon elle repartait avec mon plat à peine touché comme ci de rien était.
Le flétan (cuit en sous vide) était sans goût, et le serveur n'avait pas le temps de nous expliquer correctement le plat.
C'était l'anniversaire de mon ami, je l'avais mentionné lors de la réservation et ils ont oublié.
Il manquait les couverts à chaque plat.
Le dessert ne nous a même pas été expliqué.

The fish they serve is good quality. Just the sushi is not traditional. Very fusion based with a lot of sauces on the maki. We got the sushi platter for 2. It's mostly sashimi with a few maki and nigiri pieces. Just wish they had more starch options to eat with all that sashimi other than edamame. Overall good quality ingredients. I'm just not into fusion based cuisine.

The food was great overall. Sushi rice was seasoned well, fish was fresh as it can be for where we were, and the plating was nice.

Had really high hopes for this restaurant. My boyfriend ordered the wagyu burger, and it was unavailable at the time. He ended up ordering the steak.and what a disappointment! Medium rare, yet so chewy, lots of tendons.and for the price, really not worth it.

The environment was good and the waiters were extremely nice, but the pricing. I went there for Valentine's day yesterday and was pretty disappointed. It was priced at 150$, which in my opinion is overpriced for what we got. The Osso Bucco was overcooked (extremely chewy and hard to eat), their octopus dish was pretty underwhelming, the snow crab maki tasted like cucumbers more than crab and there wasn't enough food for the price of 150$. Their online menu was also very misleading considering the fact that some dishes mentioned on the online menu weren't served. I would maybe go back for à la carte, but wouldn't recommend going when there is a pre-made menu. (Forgot to mention that the desert was extremely good - especially the macaron)

We enjoyed the sushi platter and desserts on Feb 2nd for my birthday. The sashimi was spectacular, particularly the otoro tuna.always a treat. Service was good, ambiance is lovely. I loved the sashimi, nigiri and lastly the maki. I like the fish and rice flavour only more. I did enjoy the bites added around the sashimi like truffle figs, caviar etc. Altogether with a bottle of wine + tax + tip it was $460 for two.

Four of us ordered beef teriyaki. None of us could eat it.

Beef grey, hard, overcooked. Sauce so salty I had to stop after a few forkfuls. Rice undercooked and cold.

Never again. I think they had these pre made in a fridge and slapped it together and microwaved it before shoving it in the bag.

Omakase experience is incredible value especially the sushi portion. They serve the highest quality fish - fresh and tasty, perfectly dressed. Their hot plates were original but by no means the highlight of the meal. And the dessert was so good - a perfectly refreshing but sweet end to the meal.

Si tu veux de la bonne qualiter de poisson c'est la place! Nous avons pris le plateau de sushi chaqun, ca viens avec la soupe miso et des edamames. Aussi le tartare de Wagyu. Nous avons pris aussi une bouteille de sake, excellente selon mes goûts! (sake sucré et "laiteux"). Et nous avons fini avec de bons desserts! Le service es impeccable. On était sur la terasse, la seule chose qu on a moins aimer, les bancs ne sont pas confortable. Sinon un restaurant à essayer au moins une fois dans ta vie!
Ps. Les prix sont quand même dispendieux mais ca viens avec la qualiter

Expected excellence and received an extremely an Mediocre experience. My wife and I wanted to come here for ages and finally made a reservation since the restaurents are opening again. We both got the tasting menu, 1 beer, 1 cocktail. 318$ before gratuity and left hungry. Food was delicious but the service was not even half of what we should have experienced at that price point. I'm going the chalk off the staff and just getting back in the groove. Biggest disappointment is that my wife and I have had many tasting menus in the past and have never once left hungry. When the waiter came by after our meal he offered more dishes at additional cost so we wouldn't leave hungry and go get more food elsewhere. Seems odd that's the first thing to say after 135$ tasting menu. Many other amazing restaurants in montreal that would blow your mind for half the cost of this place. Don't waste your time until menu and staff issues are resolved. Really sad to say park is not worth the hype.

It has a great reputation for a reason. The food is fantastic. The waygu burger had great Japanese flavours and the sushi were incredible. The decor is second to none. Very kind servers.

J'aurais mis 5 étoiles pour la fraîcheur et l'excellence du service. Mais malheureusement le serveur a mal compris mon questionnement sur la commande. J'ai ma part de responsabilité car nous avons tous mangé le plat. Mais au lieu d'avoir une facture de 250$ je me suis retrouvé avec une facture de 400$ pour 2 personnes. Disons que c'est vraiment ordinaire ce genre de fin de soirée.

This is in my opinion the best sushi in all of Montreal, it lived to the hype my friends built up.

The quality of the fish is amazing, the Nigiris, Makis and Sashimis were delightful. Having been to plenty of Sushi places, especially in Asia, this is definitely the real deal.

If you’re looking for quality, taste and experience, I recommend it. The tasting menu with the Maki/Sashimi extras is the way to go for the full sea experience.

Très franchement un peu déçu par le restaurant Park.
J'ai pris un menu midi avec des nigiri et des maki et ceux-ci étaient très moyen. Le riz était très très peu vinaigré et le poisson presque sans goût. Rien à voir avec les sushi à emporter pendant la pandémie.
La soupe miso comprise dans le menu était de très basse qualité. Seul le dessert était vraiment bon.
Autre chose qui me dérange beaucoup, c'est le fait de devoir entrer sa carte bancaire pour réserver une table. C'est ce qui a fait que je n'ai pas réservé chez eux.

Pour résumer, je trouve que l'expérience chez Park ne vaut vraiment pas le prix demandé. C'est bien dommage!

Outstanding sushi! The quality is unmatched anywhere in the city. I would love to know where they buy their toro because it is the star of their sushi platter! The Asian salad is great and the chocolate cake is to die for.

This is the best sushi in all of Montreal. It’ll be impossible to tell me otherwise. Having been to Japan and having michelin star sushi, this is the closest I’ve found to that experience.

The sashimi speaks for itself. It’s so good. When I say the toro is like butter, wow. The nigiri is perfect - amazing rice, which is where a lot of places can’t compete.

If you’re looking for quality, taste and experience (even through takeout), this place is unmatched for my husband and I. We’ve ordered from every place, this is our spot. Get the combo with nigiri, sashimi and their maki - great value for this type of sushi.

After many years of wanting to go here, we finally made it. The cocktails are great, using Japanese and Asian tastes and flavours. We had the 5 course omakase tasting menu, which was artistically done and had great flavours. A little short on quantity but this place seems more focused on quality. Sashimi plate was a bit small in my opinion. If you’re looking for traditional Japanese, this is not the place as the dishes are more Asian fusion style. The dessert was just ok, a missed opportunity given the creativity of the other dishes. Great o-toro sushi, reminded me of our trip to Japan. Overall a good meal but expect to pay $300+ for the small tasting menu plus a couple of drinks for 2

Had a really great experience here at Park with my girlfriend. Staff were friendly and accommodating from the very beginning. We sat at the chef’s table and got a chance to see the kitchen in action up close, you can tell everyone who worked here knew their standards and stuck by it. Everything on the omakase menu had great flavour and was as fresh as they get. The owner knew we came from Toronto and threw in a couple of very kind gestures as well. Overall an awesome time and would strongly recommend anyone visiting Montreal to pay a visit to this place!

Amazing nigiris makis and all kind of delicious things. They even have ootoro! Definitely the best sushi in town. It reminds me memories of Japan.

This is THE best place for insanely overpriced mediocre sushi. Nice decor, friendly service and a notice threatening the staff that they will be fired if they forget to label things.

Super friendly staff and awesomely sourced fish! The fish were cut to perfection, and the nigiri flavor parings were exquisite. The sushi rice was cooked perfectly, and only accentuated the flavors of the fish on them.

The Makis were more on the American side, both in size and the amount of flavors.

Although we both ordered the Sushi course, I wish it had been presented more as a course (coming out individually) rather than served on a big platter. The big platters make it tricky because the nigiri / rice will quickly degrade and you have to know to eat the nigiri first before going into the sashimi.

Overall it was excellent food and we hope to come back soon:)

Probablement le meilleur restaurant de sushi à Montréal. Nous n'aimons pas le menu dégustation et souhaiterions une carte des vins avec davantage d'options bio / nature mais la sélection de poisson (arrivage du Japon) etc.est incroyable. Une expérience unique mais à un prix qui est aligné $$$.

I’ve been a few times now and although expensive, the food and service are great. Hard to get fresher fish in Montreal than can be found at Park. Great service and perfect spot for a special occasion.

Handling of sushi was expert. Rice was less seasoned than other places with a more pronounced "bite. " Still, a perfect canvas for the creative highlighting of the various seafood. Scallop mouse dish in chrysanthemum was strangely awkward to eat. Uni sauce was a surprise, but not sure what to make of this dish. First dish was beautiful "kohlrabi flower cups" filled with some seafood tartare with crisp [rice? ] bits. Chicken farce with roasted mushroom dish was also a head-scratcher. No explicit sauce on the plate, but a side of "sauteed greens" provided some welcome moisture. It ate dry and seemed like it could be so much more. Dessert was a pleasing ending where apple was used in multiple ways.

Ce qui est autour de l'assiette est une autre histoire hélas. Le service est correct, sans plus peut-être même nonchalant, l'ambiance est limite désagréable avec de la musique totalement inappropriée jusqu'à nuire à l'expérience du repas.

Considérant le budget qu'il faut prévoir pour en profiter je dirais que ce n'est pas un bon choix pour aspirer à se démarquer dans le bon sens.

La liste des vins est correcte mais pourrait être plus utile et créative. Les majorations avoisinent 3x.

En général ce n'est pas généreux comme offre, on en ressort en se demandant si on en a eu pour son argent, malgré la cuisine top niveau.

Probably the best sushi in town. For 2 people we shared 2 mains and 1 appetizer salad. Everything was fabulous. Puts sushi shop to shame obviously! Great for date night we had our anniversary date here. We sat at the bar and got to watch the chefs execute all the dishes so beautifully. The service is also very professional and discrete; the overall ambiance is intimate and romantic but a business dinner could also be as long as no one raises their voices and disturbs the peace. Ask the waiter for the perfect sake, ours was very knowledgeable.

Small restaurant with quality of food that is out of this world!

I have to say that the sushi/sashimi are better than the rolls themselves. The fish is so flavourful that sometimes, less is more. Even the meat I ordered was delightful! It melted in my mouth.

You do get what you pay for. Of course it is pricy but Park ISN’T Kanda sushi. If you want to have a culinary experience, I suggest to go there with an open mind and anticipate that it will be costly but TOTALLY worth it.

Clairement le meilleur endroit pour manger des sushis sur Montréal. Je recommande particulièrement les nigiri avec saumon torché et l'assiette de sashimi dont la fraicheur et la qualité des poissons resteront dans votre palais pour le reste de la soirée. Le caviar d'Espagne est également exceptionnel. Également, on peut y déguster d'excellents desserts que je qualifierais de "cuisinier", subtiles et bien assaisonnés. Quelques hics toutefois, bien que extrêmement cordiale, le service est extrêmement lent et présente quelques petites erreurs (oublis de certains couverts, oublis d'une spécificité pour un plat) non attendues dans un restaurant de ce standing. Également, c'est la deuxième fois en un ans que je me rends chez park et j'ai été déçue de ne voir aucune évolution dans la carte et dans les plats et je ne pense pas y retourner à cause de cela. Un petit nouveau toutefois dans les desserts que je conseille vivement: mousse citron / menthe / huile d'olive accompagnée de sa glace au chocolat. Un conseil pour le chef: la mousse mériterait d'être un poil désucrée, et quelque goute de yuzu la rendrait encore plus fraiche.

Montreal please step up your sushi game. Reviews for this looked great but this was a major disappointment.

Firstly, service was horrendous for this level of establishment. Upon arrival the restaurant the hostess reluctantly showed us to our seat in a sparsely occupied restaurant but were seated right next to another couple about tables about half a foot away from each other. There were empty seats all around. I was a but miffed, but not one to complain I sat and took it in.

This was the weekend of a heatwave as well and noticed that the restaurant was quite hot. The server/hostess did not mention upfront that the AC was broken. It was quite warm and a very uncomfortable meal to say the least. I mentioned that it was very hot and ordered an iced drink, which was promptly forgotten by my server.

Nigiri Omakase ordered along with some apps. Steamed buns were topped like tacos and pretty much tasted like tacos in bao. This kind of worked but unfortunately the meat was overcooked and dried. It was so unmemorable that I forgot what type of meat it was. I want to say it was a lean piece of chicken because it would be difficult to cook any fatty meat to this dryness.

Also had the hand pulled noodle dish as an app. This was also a disappointment. Noodles were overcooked and mushy, and the soup was all sesame flavour. No depth of any level near what it should have been.

Nigiri sushi had some interesting pieces, this was satisfactory and presented decently. Nothing blew my mind though.

Pancake dish pictured was tasty as well as the dessert. Dessert was probably the highlight for me, the sorbet was quite good.

Overall the entire meal was poor value, the "nigiri omakase" I could have gotten at about half the price in Toronto at a mid tier sushi place.

Perhaps the bad service and heat soured my view on the food, but I would not return to this establishment given the experience that I had.

5 stars for the very sweet sushi chef John and 5 stars for the stellar - though very expensive - albacore tuna hand rolls.

However, overall I was very disappointed with my visit. The service was slow, the server could not answer any of my questions about the menu and did not seem to care to find out, and the nigiri was completely forgettable.

When I pay $30 for a Nigiri lunch, I expect to be impressed by the cuts of fish. But honestly, the only stand out of the lunch was the salad featuring salted mix nuts. The only memorable nigiri was the cut completely over powered by the onion salsa that topped it. Not a bad plate, but just not the quality of sushi expected by the high price tag for lunch.

Came here and got the omakase tasting menu. There were three options 5,6 or 7 course options. We did one 6 and one 7. In the end 7 ended up being too much but we were very eager to try it all! We did end up sharing the last dish. The nigiri here is seriously delicious. And everything coming out of the kitchen is a beautiful sight to be seen. The only downside was the choice of music, it seemed very club like for the environment that we were in.

Won’t ever return. Please do yourself, your wallet and your family a favour and do not eat here.

Beautiful place and great food selection. Got the tasting, found it a bit overprice. Dessert was great. Love the miso soup.

Sushi tastes amazing and fresh. Nigiris are far better than the makis here. I wouldn’t order the makis here considering the price you’re paying.

I found my experience at Park underwhelming and fairly dissapointing. Having heard great things, my sister and I decided to take our family out for Mother's Day brunch. I'll start by saying that the service was not great. Our waiter seemed annoyed that we needed him to explain some of the dishes to us, and he was not super tentative. They didn't have some of the dishes listed so we kept it simple with an order of pork buns to share, and a round of bimbaps. The pork buns weren't bad, but I've eaten a lot of bimbaps in my life, and though the dishes looked beautiful, it just honestly wasn't very good. None of us finished our meals and when I asked for my food to go, we waited at the table for quite a while. My sister got up to ask about it, and they waiter returned to tell us that they had accidentally "given the food away". For $100, I wasn't impressed.

Great lunch. Staff are wonderful and accommodating. The decor is nice and ambience is pleasing and relaxing. Wasn't too packed and not stuffy from my last experience during dinner.

Good quality sushi and sashimi, beautifully presented dishes, wonderful tasting food; but service was lacking finesse and attention to detail (example: white wine was not chilled before being served, we were almost always refilling our wine glasses; description of tasting menu dishes was inaccurate and misleading). For the prices charged, expectations were greater for a better overall experience.

Amazing service by Eddy, Nick and the rest of the team, this restaurant really care about the customer experience. No words come even close to explain how wonderful the food is. The open view of the kitchen let you see the chefs doing their superbe art. Very fresh food. More then recommended.

Super cute restaurant. We reserved seats in front of the kitchen and it was really cool to see how they made their dishes. It is very expensive but it’s worth it for a special occasion. The sushis were insane, All the ingredients were so fresh! My favourite sushi place in Montreal

Went twice so far, great food and a nice experience. If you know your way around sushi i would suggest picking your own food instead of the tasting menu. It gets a little redundant with some of its plates.

High quality fish and refined sushi going along excellent service at this high-end sushi joint. A culinary adventure not for everyday as pricing is expensive.
